Worst experience ever. I ordered the floating umbrella 2 weeks ago, PoolZoom don't email about my order, they cancel it but fail to refund my money. I call and the guy says it was not completely canceled just on hold. So I tell he I want the item but don't want to be charged again. He tells me I won't be charged again, we'll the was false. They charge me again and I call again. Now a lady tried to tell me I was refunded. All I wanted was the umbrella for our pool. I will not be ordering from this place again

The item didn't arrive even within a week of their stated date. And PoolZoom had the nerve to ask for a review BEFORE I got the product. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. When I did receive it, it didn't come with all the "parts". Still can't get in touch with them. Also, when I tried to "review" them via the email they sent, it wouldn't "keep" the review... maybe because it was a one star rating?!

PoolZoom do not honor their own return authorizations and deny having received back product despite valid ups return of shipping notification.

Absolute worst online buying experience! Steer clear of this company. PoolZoom don't answer the phone, Email responses are a canned message. I would rate this company below 1 star if I could.

If you have people out there that you don't like, suggest this company to them!

This part was hard to find here locally but PoolZoom had it available. It comes from an Australian manufacturer. It arrived on time as well.

I ordered a Hayward high flow 1.5 hp pool pump and paid for it. Pool zoom states that the pump will arrive on the 16 th of July two weeks later. When I finally get to day 16 the pump never arrives so I call. There warehouse in which PoolZoom say sooty it has not shipped yet. So later that day they said it will go out and arrive on Monday the 20 th. It does arrive then I call back and they said sorry that pump is now out that they no longer sell that pump, this company continues to lie over and over. Stay away from this company. They continue to lie to you over and over. They have the worse service. Poor business practice. All they did is hold my money and never delivered nothing. Beware of this company.

I wish I would have read the other review before buying from them. Their website says PoolZoom take returns, but I have been waiting over a month for a refund, and they are charging a 25% restocking fee. I don't even know if they sell anything themselves- for the pool handrail I purchased, they are just a middleman.

Received the package about a week early. Great price! Merchandise selection much larger than local pool companies.

Cancelled my order after almost two weeks of holding my money. Reason was the product had no in stock date from manufacturer and would simply take to long to deliver. After contacting the manufacturer myself PoolZoom said in fact no it's the normal 5 day turnaround. Letting poolzoom know they completley changed their story to freight cost increased. Now they said they would keep my order only if I paid freight costs of $635. The entire freight cost. Not the amount it increased by. Honesty goes a long way. Instead I got fed lies and tried to be gouged. Horrible company

We purchased a Dolphin Triton with PowerStream Robotic Pool Cleaner from PoolZoom on July 24,2017, Order #*******645. We received the Triton Robotic Pool Cleaner on July 27,2017. The next day we used the Triton Robotic Pool Cleaner for the first time. It does not clean our 14,000 gal fiberglass pool, especially in the shallow end of the pool that is 3 ft deep. At this end of the pool, the Triton appears to blow the dirt up on the pool steps, which are not cleaned, and into the corners of the pool, where the dirt remains. Also, the cable was tangled. It defeats the purpose of having a robotic cleaner if we still need to clean the pool manually. We do like the ease of cleaning the collection cage in the Triton which is pulled from the top of the pool cleaner.
On July 31,2017, I contracted PoolZoom and talked to Alex. I explained to Alex the shortcomings listed above. We exchanged several ideas on the Triton Pool cleaner issues, which did not appear to be malfunctions. I asked about exchanging the Triton for another Dolphin Pool Cleaner during our conversation. Alex recommended contacting Maytronics to see if there is any trouble shooting that can be performed. If not to call him back and we will work out a solution.
I immediately contacted Maytronics and discussed the issues with the Triton with Power PowerStream Robotic Pool Cleaner. Maytronics did not believe there were any malfunctions with this pool cleaner and advised calling PoolZoom back to discuss an exchange. I called PoolZoom and talked to Karen. I explained to Karen that I had talked to Alex who stated that I call back to discuss an exchange of the Dolphin Triton Robotic Pool Cleaner. Karen stated Alex was not available and PoolZoom does not allow any exchanges once the equipment has been used. This does not make sense. How do you know if the equipment works without using it? I asked for Karen to wait and discuss with Alex when he returned. Karen stated she would do that and return my call within 1 hour. I believed Karen would call me back, but it is now several weeks later and I have not received a call from PoolZoom.
PoolZoom has demonstrated very poor customer support.

I would not purchase any product from PoolZoom if you need to use that product before knowing if it works or not.

PoolZoom sent me the wrong item, and now want me to pay for return shipping. I have called them twice and explained the problem. They don't care and eventually hung up on me. So I am stuck with the product or have to pay return shipping to get a partial refund. Terrible customer service. Don't ever order anything from them

Poolzoom.com had the best price on a replacement ozonator - DEL AOP 50 Ozone + UV Generator, up to 50k Gal. Appreciate the excellent communication confirming the order shipped with an accurate delivery date. Well done!

Good web site for ordering. Replacement parts easy to locate via individual part listings and exploded view of all vacuum parts. Vendor sent prompt confirmation of order fulfillment and shipment tracking information. Order arrived on time and was complete.

Bad business, do not use them, I submitted order and it was expected in 3-4 days, only way I could contact we by email and PoolZoom did not ship it yet. Now it may arrive in 12 days if I am lucky,

My husband didn't look at the reviews. He order a part for our pool PoolZoom charged our card but never email us a tracking number. He's been calling to see about when it's coming they never pick up the phone how is the place allowed to do Business my next call is to the attorney generals office and better business bureau.

Received my order and three of my bags of shock had been punctured and shock was all in the box. Everything else was good.

Called for advise on what all I would need and man I spoke with was super knowledgeable! I even had to call back 10 minutes later because the seal kit he told me to order was out of stock. Off the top of his head he told me the exact part number of each seal to search for on their site to add to my cart. Received my order 4 days sooner than original expected delivery date here in Ky. I'm sorry to see others had problems, but I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I asked them if the parts that I am ordering are correct for my pump PoolZoom said NO, I asked to cancel. Next day they send the part and they say return is but we will just give you partial refund. If this is not fraud and thief I do not what it is.

You said this was for hose for pools no way. O ring has a value. A pool hose is 1 1/2" not 1/2 " Take me off your mailing list Thanks
