You always have all the parts
You always have all the parts. The pricing is virtually unbeatable. I can always count on that so I don't have to shop like crazy. Speed of shipping is middle of the road but the pricing offsets this and hence doesn't bother me. Service is amazing. Feel free to post this in your reviews.

Mixed bag
Mixed bag. See product review, I didn't have the greatest experience, but in the end, I think the part I received will work, just not what I ordered.

No one answered the phone, multiple times multiple days. Emails were returned days later.

Very good service
One order delivery confirmation was counted twice so second part of order wasn't included, (fuel filter and 2 seals).
But an email to Nina resulted in a very quick remedy and delivery of the two minor parts. Thanks Nina and the rest of crew. You all are great!

The first part ordered unknown to me was for fresh water only I’m in salt so PartsVu were happy to exchange and rush the correct items to my doorstep

It may just be me but I struggle to find items on your...
It may just be me but I struggle to find items on your website. I have searched for several items on your site and given up because I couldn't find them. I then Googled the exact same item and you pop up as one of the options for that item. It's strange to me that your search bar won't find it but Google can find it on your site. I feel sure I would buy more items if it were easier to find them. Additionally, I search specifically for Mercury parts & the results are populated with Yamaha and other manufacturer's parts. An advanced filter search page would be a nice option.

Received both of the products I ordered
Received both of the products I ordered. One of the filters came with the box completely smashed open and a small dent in the filter. I don't think this affects the performance of the part so it was installed. There was no damage to the exterior packaging of my shipment, so the smashed box and dented filter were packed and shipped to me from PartsVu in that condition.

Well this part that was orderd didn'tfit so I sent...
Well this part that was orderd didn'tfit so I sent it back and re -ordered the another size to fit the motor on my boat. Still waiting for my credit on my card. I was told to mail back the item and once PartsVu received it I wouldget tge credit back. Again still waiting. Hoping they stand by there word.

Wasn'tbad. The person who helped me was informative and said to re-order and send back the the ityem that didn't fit.

Website is good
Website is good. Not sure I got the correct filter as I usually use Yamaha MAR-FUEL-IL-TR and it seemed to be unavailable online. Spent near an hour waiting on hold with Customer Service to check if the Sierra filter is a correct replacement, but was eventually, disconnected. So, your phone service has to improve. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

When ordered it said all parts were in stock, when i got my order 2 items were backordered, i did get my hat a few days later but i am still waiting on my water pump rebuild kit and the order was short the drain plug gaskets it said 2 were shipped but only 1 in a baggy.

Ordered about a half dozen coolant hoses for my 16...
Ordered about a half dozen coolant hoses for my 16 year old Mercruiser I/O and felt PartsVu offered pretty fair prices. When installing them, I noticed the fabrication date stamps were from 2014, meaning PartsVu were basically "new old stock ". Better than what I had, but not quite brand new.

Great Service from PartsVu
Awesome! You guys always follow through and follow up! I can't be more pleased with the level of service and quality of products! I ordered three 100 hour Sevice kits last Thursday and received the kits the next day (Friday) with no exceptions! This is the third time I've used PartsVu with the same level of service and quality! I called and explained that the parts I received were not red in color but more pink then red in color, customer service () had my order number and my phone number (as well as all of my other information) the call was disconnected and I never heard back from you!

Great customer service and dependable based on a previous...
Great customer service and dependable based on a previous order in 2020, and everything came packaged exceptional Only problem I have is that PartsVu wouldn't price match Amazon, which would have only knocked $3.00 off my $170.00 order "Kinda like a dime holding up a dollar"
Note: I will update review once my parts arrive!

I'm generally happy with my purchases from Partsvlu...
I'm generally happy with my purchases from Partsvlu but I purchased and item 10 minutes after a larger kit purchase. It charged me shipping which I wish would be included in my first larger order to avoid paying shipping on this smaller order. Can some combined them please?.

Less than a great experience
Ordered two impeller repair kits. One was in stock. I contacted them to find out when the other was expected to be in stock. I was told about 4 weeks. I agreed to wait to ship both together. When the other arrived PartsVu shipped only it to me. I called to find out about the one kit that was in stock when I ordered and why it wasn't shipped. I was told it was out of stock and would not be in for another 3-4 weeks. First and last time I will do business with them. Oh, they will send emails at least once a day to entice you to purchase more items though.

The only reason i ordered this product from you was...
The only reason i ordered this product from you was because i have ordered from you in the past and most importantly your website said you had product in stock. I needed it to winterize my boats. Once ordered I got an email saying I would get delivery in mid- February. I asked you to cancel but it showed up a week ago and i got charged for products I cant use now. Obviously boats are already winterized. Oh well just wish you would keep you website updated.

The oil filter box wasn't packed properly
The oil filter box wasn't packed properly. The oil filter was loose in the packing box and the oil filter box was crushed between the gallon jug of oil and the bottle of gear oil. The oil filter is still usable. A little packing material around the oil filter box (which is from Mercury and is flimsy), should be wrapped around this item when shipped with other heavy/bulky items.

Order arrived on time
Order arrived on time. Never have had any issues with PartsVu. Shipping price was reasonable. I would like to see PartsVu website show inventory levels of their parts. This can avoid ordering out of stock items and having to check (by phone or email) to see if any of your parts are going to be delayed. Showing "In Stock" quantities (ships within 24 hours), ships in 2-4 days (obtained from an outside warehouse), and "factory backorder-expected delivery in xx days" can be very helpful.

Like the site. Easy to find what you need. Fair pricing. Will return for future purchases. The only issue I had was that I ordered the 20hr service kit and think I received the 100hr kit instead?! I don't think Yamaha requires the moisture separator to be changed at the 20hr mark?! The only thing not in the kit I received was an impeller and lower unit seals which it's not time for?

Had the transducer I ordered been on back order, I never would've ordered any of the parts. The fact that it was not listed on the website and I was not made aware of this until after the soft pack was delivered is very disappointing.

Second item backordered but not made clear.

Good service.
I requested that the in stock parts be sent right away and the back ordered parts be cancelled. The in stock parts arrived in 3 days and Partsvu sent the back ordered parts in 10 days. That allowed me to service 2 boats and get them winterized in much warmer temperatures.

Parts Purchase Yamaha
I ordered parts for the first time from Parts Vu and was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I received the order as promised in 2 days. I was pleased to put it mildly. We will continue to use them for our parts needs.

The delivery took a lot longer than expected
The delivery took a lot longer than expected. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days but was delivered more than a week (~10 days) later. Considering the part could easily have been put in an envelope and been delivered at the same time as a regular letter, the delay seemed excessive.
The parts were two tiny little wires about 12cm long.

Asked about shipping delays/lateness.
Received an email that helped, but after the part was delivered.

First time customer. A friend suggested I visit the PartsVu web site and I thought it was easy to find what I needed and place an order. It arrived faster than expected, and in perfect condition. Happy with the products, service and web experience so far.

Sometimes you can get your parts quick and cheeper...
Sometimes you can get your parts quick and cheeper on parts vu. But latly have had issues where orders where processing for over a week. When my parts finally arrived only 1 of 3 items where in the box. Now have to try and deal with custmer service to figure out what is going on. As a industry professional I would not rely on having your parts on time. Upset customers.

Customer service explaned that my parts where not shipped out because PartsVu where doing inventory. Said my parts would arrive the following week. Box arrived the next day and only had 1 of 3 parts in the box when packing slip said everything should be there.

I gotta say, I am a LOYAL customer
I gotta say, I am a LOYAL customer. PV makes shopping EASY. Find your bundle, pay a fair price and its on its way. FAST. Its all OEM, so there is never a fitment issue. I ordered the 100-hour kit and the price only increased slightly since the last time I ordered in early 2021. Thanks for lowering free shipping to S150, it helps.

I paid the extra $25 because I had an appt with a mechanic to get serviced. I sent PartsVu a note, receipt and note from the Post Office. PartsVu refunded the $25, so I am pleased with my experience
