I received the wrong item (different color from what I ordered) and called customer support during business hours. Automated system indicated to send an email, which I did. It took nearly a full week to receive a reply indicating I would be able to return the item but they would have to check if the correct item was in stock at the shop. This seems like something that could have been done before the late reply as the availability of the correct item would influence my decision to return.

I found a great deal on a Heron Preston tee, and it almost felt too good to be true. The whole order and delivery process was smooth, and pretty quick. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying from here in the future. I highly recommend this site

Your return procedures are terrible. I tried emailing you for some additional information on that and got zero response from you guys, while you guys claim to answer your messages within less the. A 24 hour period. Not too sure I’ll ordering from you guys in the future. Won’t be recommending you guys to anyone either.

Best place to order skate stuff online. The fact that these people curate items from local skateshops nationwide is absolutely outstanding. I’m always excited to see where my product is coming and the shipping is always very fast. 10000/10 would use Parade World over anything else.

Fantastic service! The original order, which was for a birthday present, arrived very quickly. When the youngster opened it on his birthday it was too big. Having lost the order number, I contacted Parade who couldn’t have been more helpful. They found the order number and even sent a free returns label and will exchange the item at no cost. Brilliant customer service, and many of our public and private sector people could learn a lot from this. Well done Parade.

I bought some shoes… all very easy and smooth. Despite having feet like Sideshow Bob they were too big. Never happens. So I returned them for a refund… which was all very smooth and easy. Support grass roots skateboarding by supporting independent skate shops. ✌🏻

Shipping takes too long. I have literally had orders take 2 weeks just to ship, and when I contact customer support, they tell me the item has been shipped and they can’t cancel the order. Phone support NEVER answers for the US region. They also stopped showing which shop an item came from which I hate, and I feel like items generally come out more expensive when ordered from Parade.
Go to any other skate shop’s website and order it there first if you can. For example, I was going to purchase the dressy blue half cabs for my fiancé from Parade, but found them for cheaper at Skateshop of Tampa. Buy directly from the skate shop first if possible. At least I get the item shipped between 1-2 days and I know I can trust where my item is coming from.

I would have rated 5 stars because everything up to the packaging was excellent! The box my skateboard came in was huge and very little paper for packing was in the box it it was flopping around. No damage at all just could have been packed better.

Item arrived in 2/3 days so was happy :)
Using DHL too which is way better than Dpd !
Althought i gotta say receiving a skate deck withouth cardboard made me worried but in the end the item wasnt damaged!

I received all new shoes that had a black smudge and reached out to the customer service team about helping me out and only heard once with no solution, I was just asked to send more pictures when I had already sent them.

Very fast service and delivery. Very pleased with that. My only complaint was that I didn’t get an order confirmation ever, and nor did I get any notification if it would arrive or not. But my money was processed in credit card. Customer service got back to me once, very pleasant but I still didn’t receive confirmation then the package arrived. While I was pleased, I had absolutely no idea it would arrive.

Interface is very user friendly and I like supporting shops a lot so will def continue to use, but trying smaller brand goods I don’t know about size/fit and having to pay full price shipping in both directions if it doesn’t work out is kinda rough sometimes (willing to do it but acts as a deterrent)

I’ve been using this website for everything I need.

it would b nice if u could group what items ship from what shop so I could easily save on shipping. But the service is great and the Sh8shop who I purchased from did a great job with my order and sent extra stickers so I'm happy.

I was sent the wrong shoes…. I have emailed twice, called multiple times, even wrote them on Instagram. And I have heard nothing. My sons birthday is next Wednesday and they were shoes for his birthday and I guess I’m going to have to figure something else out. Because there has been no Help from anyone… poor customer service

My shoes arrived in a soaking wet box.. within a shipping bag. I’m not sure if it left Parade like that, or somehow in shipping the seemingly waterproof bag allowed enough water to ruin the shoe box. I let the shoes air dry and they seemed to be I damaged. Very shocked to see that.

I love my shoes - but they were delivered with a half-eaten stale cookie stuffed in them. I would have expected something coming from the company as a nugget of I'm sorry but nothing. Just that they talked to the supplier. I will not use this company again.

Good prices. Fast shipping. Good quality items. Was unsure at first bc I never heard of this website but took the chance and bought some shoes and I’m glad I did. They had the best pricing and availability for the shoes I purchased. Will definitely come back and shop more.

Got my new fav’ pair of shoes at a great price from parade! It was pretty quick and easy to place my order. Received my shipment on time as scheduled and, look forward to doing more biz in the future.

Total SCAM.
I ordered New Balance shoes and as soon as I received them I could immediately tell that the quality was poor and there is no chance, that New Balance would release shoes that were this poorly fabricated.
When trying to return the shoes I received a message from Parade, saying the seller won't accept the shoes because they were returned in an unacceptable condition.
Of course, this was not the case. It is obvious that the seller knows it is a FAKE and this leaves me with a loss of 100$.
