The time for free shipping is ridiculous. If it is in stock there is no reason why it shouldn't be able to get here with no extra charge in 10 days. It is not like it is a large/heavy item.

Well, I still have some Texas flags that were sent to us by mistake; I haven't gotten a return label from you. I would surely like this problem solved. Thank you!

Tried to contact to ask questions 45 minute wait for phone. Chatted on line and was told I would get call but never did. No tech support.

First, I am shocked that you don't offer a veteran's discount, especially on large orders. Second, I was told through chat that to sign up for the newsletter to get 10% of my order. I signed up, got the code, but when I typed it in, it was invalid. When I chatted again, I was told that the % off was for specific items only. The email did not reflect this. I went ahead and placed my order because I had no other choice, I'm running out of time to get them here on time.

2nd order as original order went ground shipment through UPS mail innovations. After 10 "shipping" days, the order was lost and refunded. I had to drive to the post office to verify it wasn't there as mail innovations stated it was... not. I just reordered and selected the 2-day charge for delivery. Mail Innovations is not an acceptable carrier, don't you think? Time for a change.

I like these metal clips much better than the cheap plastic ones that were supplied with the pole and flag kit! Just wish OnlineStores stated they were plastic when I ordered it so I could have ordered them all at the same time!

I bought electric Hydraulic Floor Jack from this criminals; zi repeat this is a floor jack to lift yiur vehicle during tyre replacement; so by nature this item can only be delivered by hand.
Not onlinestore or criminals as I can 100% call them, OnlineStores sent me an empty flat pack box, as far as I am concerned it came from them, this people charged me for delivery; so they should have done everything to ensure at every stage it is protected by signature to released it, no that didn't happened, the empty box was push through my letter box; so we never had any contact or opportunity to reject the empty box; I sent a photo of the empty flat box; with the little postage sack; they didn't dispute this, so I concluded this scam came from them.
This experience has taken away my confidence buying stuff online.
China is a huge concern for me now, they have no fear of God in them, and most of them are willing to kill for money.
Avoid onlinestores; all this positive reviews are fake and dead trap to cajole you into buying, once your money is taken, it takes a month for the rubbish you didn't pay to be sent, you have no clue what day it get delivered.
Buy your stuff from. Shops, if you must buy online use Amazon or any Britiish site, avoid heartless Chinese devils.
A jack is no item anyone can pass through a letter box, pls find attached photos of the garbage they sent me, they created tracking number for their scam, this is their convincing scaming technique; they provide a tracking number for delivery empty box; my Electric Hydraulic Floor Jack was never delivered.

I bought this for xmas present and it was wrong and I called the co. And told them and OnlineStores were more than happy to return it and cridet my accont the money I spent so I can get a new one than you very much

My previous order was cancelled due to no street address on my profile. The customer service rep was a little bit rude when I called. I have been a customer for a number of years.

Have ordered flags from OnlineStores for many years and have found it easy to order online and the flags are always good quality.

I was excited when my package came but felt like a real dummy when I opened it and found the rings for my flag pole to be too small for my pole. It is totally my fault for not checking the size before I ordered. These are 1" and my old ring measures 1 1/8 inch. Or there abouts. I never thought to measure it before ordering so it is my bad. Otherwise the service was great!... I will go to the flag store in town and see if I can get the right size... which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh well! Live and learn.

Original flag order not as intended. Customer service rep incompetent so now I am ordering parts to convert flagpole from Sleve to regular pole. This eliminates return fee and shipping cost for correct flags.

Website hard to navigate, the search is not good. I knew the sku number and it did not come up, had to look around for several minutes. Your prices seem high but this is for DAR and I do not know where to go.

It has taken too long to get my order. Shipping via "Mail Innovations" is the slowest delivery service since the old days of snail mail. It can hardly be called an innovative service by any means.

Merchandise too limited. Where are 12 X 18 Police Memory Cemetery Flags? If you sell Police Cemetery Holders, you should have a good supply of flags to fit holder.
