Product came damaged. They would not replace the cabinet, they would only replace the damaged door. As far as the scratches on the cabinet, they would only supply a paint code to find it myself locally costing me more money. Honestly, for me it is the principle here. Most likely will not use them for the future project plans. Disappointing.

A few thousand dollars of product, with missing part, damaged parts while customer services were not helpful at all. The first time, I called for a missing leg for the standing cabinet, and then during the installation, one of the hanging cabinets has missing holes to mount the lights. I was informed by customer service that they will respond within 48 hours, however, 5 business days have passed, and no information update.
No wonder, I was asked, called, emailed to sign off the delivery when a huge box was delivered to my driveway.

This company is very attentive to your as the client during the sales process. However, after that they will not help in any way possible. They are a frustrating company to deal with and would not even supply a receipt showing that the almost $5,000 order had been paid for by credit card. They also shipped products early and without out our knowledge at a time when we were away. Because the trucking company held it as long as they would they were going to send it back or I had to pay storage. Very inefficient and unhelpful company.

After playing phone tag with another designer at Newage, I switched to a designer named Vishakha. She was extremely helpful, rendering drawings through a shared screen, quickly changing my quote when I needed some alterations, and making sure I had the right accessories from the get-go. Throughout the process, she was professional, patient, and smart. Highly recommended.

Damaged, Missing Parts, delays, missing refunds, hour phone waits, 10 months so far and still not made whole. This has been a nightmare. I ordered a huge setup... Over $7500 after discounts in April 2020 with an estimated delivery date of first week of May. It came and went. I called and told it now mid July and everyone is suffering so I just need to be understanding (OK, but damn!). July comes and I get 1/4 of my order. Socket tray was heavily damaged and missing sockets, damage to 2 of tge 4 cabinets. 2 weeks later I get all but 2 racks and a slatwall. Both lockers were damaged. Hinges were out of wack on lower cabinets and not adjustable. MANY calls later Newage Products sent me new hinges (backorder till November). Replacement for lower cabinet (backorder till October). Locker doors (I'm on my 4TH SET! THEY KEEP COMING DENTED TO ALL HELL! A Replacement cabinet worktop... DENTED! 3 socket sets sent... All missing sockets! I finally have 1 full set by mix matching. I was offered $100 refund over a month ago and still haven't received it. I ordered this in freaking April... It is February! ALMOST A $#*!ING YEAR!

I was on the phone w/Rasmi a sales consultant. I ordered a lot of cabinets and she was very helpful. Actually was on the phone w/ her for about 30 minutes. She was patient w/ me, she was polite and did a good job on my order. I knew exactly what I wanted however out of stock on the 36in multi-in use locker had to settle for the 30in. Not the end of the world it will do. Looking forward to delivery. From reading reviews New Age packs these cabinets very well. Sure hope so. Nothing is more annoying then receiving a damaged product. I will hope for the best. Looking forward to writing another review after I receive them.

I spent considerable time reading reviews of barbecue cabinets before purchasing a set of three for our patio. I decided to go with the NewAge grey glass front cabinets and I love them. Newage Products arrived earlier than expected and all were well packed and in good condition on arrival. They are sturdy and fit our new Napoleon grill perfectly. It took longer than I expected to put them together, but the results were worthwhile. Now, we'll see how they stand up to the weather.

SHARVARI was patient and easy to work with. I had trouble connecting on video. She asked a few questions by phone then sent a new link that worked perfectly. She reviewed my photos and drawing and quickly understood what I wanted. I enjoyed watching her create a virtual workshop in my garage. She made some good suggestions and I agreed on a design. I received an email invoice and paid online. Quick and easy.

Went online and ordered the product within just a few days had my product in my garage had one item that was damaged contacted the company the very next day within two more days I had the damaged item replaced and setting in my garage unbelievable customer service if anyone is looking for this type product there's only one company to use New Age products!

Gavin went above and beyond with his excellent customer care. We are in the middle of a major home remodel but the exterior space has not gotten as much attention. We both work full time and just don't have much time left. We were looking at multiple exterior space planning companies and cabinet options. In the planning process Gavin did a great job explaining the options and sending designs for review. We had multiple changes but he was patient and quick to respond. In a time when many companies are taking days or weeks to get back to you, his quick response time helped NewAge close the deal with us, over the other companies! Great job!

Vishakha at NewAge Products was actually fun to work with. She was incredibly professional, made reasonable suggestions without being "pushy" and made the layout of our garage the best it can possibly be. To be able to watch in real time as she worked with the software to suit my needs was truly and enjoyable experience. My family was already a NewAge garage fan but we're fans for life now... Great job Vishakha!

Rashmi Lathi was very helpful with my selection of NewAge Garage Cabinets. I had two long conversations with her during my search and she even emailed and called me in between to see if I needed any additional information. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Wish more salespeople from online sites were like her. She's a keeper!

I will update review when I actually get my grill. I purchased the main kitchen set and was told Newage Products had grill. After I order I was told they don't. Maybe a few weeks? Now I'm waiting months and it looks like it's a few more months? It's unacceptable. We are returning it untill we can get the entire setup. I read about this last year and it was spot on. Wait for parts is ridiculous long? So far I asked for a discount to keep my u it and nothing. I asked for discount on grill since I will miss the entire summer and nothing. Everyone has been nice but nobody has done anything but be polite. Still no grill.

I spoke with Manju and she was awesome. She helped me navigate through the process and was super pleasant to deal with. If you have people like herself in your organization you will have a very successful company.

I will also add she is a very good sales person as I just spent an addition 3 thousand and I am still happy she was great.

We are so pleased with our 14 piece Newage garage cabinets and slatwall. The product was ordered from Costco, where it arrived in less than 2 weeks. The products were well packed with no dents or scratches. The assembly was easy with the assembly guides installed along with all hardware. Our cabinet installers were also impressed with the construction of the cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful with ample room for storage. I also just placed an order for an additional power adapter for the second storage bench lite with Sagarika Design Consultant who was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Just ordered enough cabinets and shelves to do my entire garage! Can't wait for everything to be delivered and get it installed! Price was GREAT! And the representative that helped (Juilee) was more than helpful! Kind, courteous and was more than helpful with all my questions! Will definitely deal with Newage Products again if needed! NOW, I wait for the deliveries... I'll post another review when everything is said and done! Before and after photos... But so far, Couldn't be better! Thankyou Juilee!

I ordered a Pro Series 6 Piece Cabinet Set on August 27,2021. I received 5 of the pieces on September 18,2021 but did not receive the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet in the set.

Receive an email on September 14,2021 that the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet had shipped with estimated delivery date of Sep 08,2021 - Sep 24,2021.

I started contacting both NewAge and their shipper NDS on September 29,2021. For two weeks the only status I can get is it is "in transit" or we are looking into it and will have an answer in 24-48 hours. I finally got a reply that "NSD is unable to locate the shipment" and another please give us 24 hours.

I was planning on buying more cabinets to complete my garage make over but not willing to deal with these delays in receiving a order.

The NewAge high-quality products go along with the best customer service. I've had an opportunity to reach out to NewAge customer service twice. First, I've requested that the delivery is completed before I go out of town. A customer service rep, Isha, expedited the delivery and I've received all the items today. Second, made a decision to order installation service. Called NewAge customer service today. Rashmi was very professional, quick, and thorough with putting together an installation quote. She also expedited the installation service for me for which I'm very grateful. Thank you Isha, Rashmi, and NewAge for delivering the best garage storage products and service!

I haven't ordered any Newage products yet but this review it's for their customer care and especially their designer. I had scheduled an one on one virtual design workshop with Juilee Makhe. It was great experience having a 3D design made on the spot for my garage cabinets. She was very swift in 3D designing, extremely professional and courteous. She was very through in explaining me all the options, details and was able to price it out immediately. It was an extremely satisfying session. I would highly recommend.

For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to arrange the cabinets I wanted in my new shed space. Fortunately I discovered the 3-D design service and Vishakha was fabulous. She helped me through several floorplan iterations, listened carefully to my feedback, and in a short time, was inspired to approach the design problem from a whole new angle that that I had never thought about, and one that works magnificently. I found the website very well done and easy to navigate until I wanted to order and the site would not except my postal code here in Canada, so I decided to call and talk to a sales representative and was put in touch with Sharvari, she was very quick with all her emails and information on the different garage cabinets and very patient with me until I decided what I wanted, never any pressure, thank you so much Sharvari for the great service

Excellent experience with Juilee Makhe in going over our design options and showing us various options to design our garage cabinet layout. Very professional and knowledgeable about all of your products and answered all of our questions completely. She created a 3-D image of the design for us giving us confidence in our final decisions. My order was large and complicated. I did rough draft after rough draft until my design was what I thought would be optimal for my garage remodel. The website took a bit of getting use to but once understood, finding dimensions and product choices became easier. Actually ordering was somewhat daunting after being mentally exhausted from design fatigue. I had my products already lined up on the website and continued to add more but some items dropped off without me picking it up except for the "grand total" change. So all of this was a preamble as to why I needed and greatly appreciated the incredible help of your agent SHARVARI! She saved the day by her vigilance and attention to detail on the intricacies of my product list/desires and ensuring a perfect New Age Garage Cabinetry/Shelved/Slatwall and Accessories order. I'm not a much for writing reviews but after owning this nearly $2000
Semi stainless piece of junk I have had one problem after the next with it. After less than a year the ignitor failed and no replacement parts available so now I get to light the grill with a long ended lighter. After two years all four valves developed leaks were Newage Products meet the supply tube and when ignited one day blew up. So nobody in the customer service really knew how the grill is assembled so they insist on photos of the problem and hire a licensed gas fitter to tell me the obvious, Ad if I haven't spent enough money on this piece of junk.
Long story short, DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL unless you plan on using it twice a year.

The Pro Series Wall Cabinets from New Age Products are truly built to high standards! All steel welded construction, top quality door hinge and locking hardware and an amazing paint finish. The shelf height adjustability within the particular cabinets I ordered is very adjustable. I ordered a few wall cabinets in black color about a year ago and just ordered a few more of the same color today to complete my project. I am not a contractor, but simply a "do it yourself" home owner working on my basement and enjoy learning the fast array of fastener hardware and high quality products to complete my basement refinishing project. I installed these shelves in my house basement shop using 2 x 4 hardwood backer boards and Tapcon masonry screws. These wall cabinets can hold up to 200 pounds of weight and there are plenty of wall surface mounting options as seen in the photos. These cabinets come with a under cabinet lighting valence. LED lighting kits are also available through New Age Products. To place my online order, I called the toll-free number and spoke with Vishakha a Design & Sales Consultant with New Age Products. Vishakha very clearly explained the difference between the products I was interested in which helped me make my final decision quickly. While on the phone she walked me through the online ordering process and sent order confirmation emails as well. To be able to make a phone call, have someone like Vishakha to quickly pick the line, quickly answer any questions about the vast array of products to even help you with placing your order is a rarity today. After reviewing NewAge's site and seeing the grill island cabinets, I ordered the two cabinet set along with the black granite top; both cabinets and the granite top were packaged very well and secure on pallets. Since I opted for the white-glove service, two men carefully unpacked all parts and carried them to our patio and made sure I was happy with the quality received. The cabinets came with a plastic material over all exposed sides to prevent scratching and there was none! After setting up and adjusting to the same height of my grill, I caulked the top of the cabinets and placed the granite on top to secure the granite at the exact same height of my grill cabinet. I could not be happier with the service, the price, the construction, and the quality of all the parts received. If your looking to create an outdoor grill island, you owe it to yourself to check these cabinets out! I plan on ordering the side burner cabinet next when back in stock to complete my outdoor kitchen and be the envy of the neighborhood!

When converted to propane with the kit provided by Newage, the bbq heats up way too much. Newage do not have the technical support to fix the problem. The gas orifices provided by them are too big and I had to hire someone at my expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was getting with the conversion kit was 410 degrees with burners set at minimum. Newage advised me it was normal and to use it with one one or two burner on. Ridiculous from them

I made an order on March 24,2021 where I bought garage furniture including Wall mounted shelfs, on May 3rd 2021 the product was delivered to my house and after a confusing scheduling process the installation team came, did half of the installation and left all the garbage in my garage and just left without finishing the job.

I thought this was something normal that could be fixed with a phone call or a couple of emails, but here I am almost a month after the installation and I dont get any update from this company, Newage Products stopped responding to my emails. I was open to any date even when they proposed June but they never confirmed any date.

Be careful with the delivery and installation team of this company, products are good quality but are not worth all the trouble you need to go when you buy their products.
Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are ton of other companies way more formal than this one.
