I received my first order yesterday and I'm really happy. Everything is ok and prices are really interesting. You have to know that you may have to pay taxes when the order arrives in your land if different, but it's always more interesting than other saler's prices. I'm so satisfied that i'm going to get another order. They're really professionnals and Nbeads work very fast.

But about this Nbeads always warn that the colors on the screen and in life can be different. And I understand that. Overall, the purchase was pleasant. I never received the order. It was stuck somewhere in Belgium according to the tracking. I was told to wait and wait and wait - eventually, I was offered store credit - and then blamed for having chosen a slow and unreliable shipping method! Since the shipping methods were offered by the seller one could also ask why Nbeads offer a slow and unreliable one. But, no it has to be the customer's fault. Needless to say, I am not going back there.,

Very bad customer service! Does not respond to emails if you have a problem with your order! Also Nbeads send coupons to people who post positive reviews here, so they basically pay their customers to post positive things! Its right on the website, I have attached a photo.

I can get almost everything i want on Nbeads. From Seed beads to seed bead containers, tibetan lobster clasp (going to use for macrame key chain), jump rings (really good quality). The seed beads colours are vibrant! Really a good place to source for DIY handicraft.

Yes, my large cubic zirconia earrings came a bit chipped at a hidden spot, but its cubic zirconia, its huge, shines brighter than diamonds and it costed me less than 5 usd.
Yes I got less weight of stainless steel, but I got my money returned when I reported it. Later, when the packages were heavily discounted, I didnt ask for a return of money for the weight difference, because the products were worth their price or even more.

Shipment was very fast, about a week or less from China to Romania!

Beware of this company! Especially if its a large expensive
Package. I had a package that was lost by the USPS. The USPS emailed the
Claim back with lost mail, Nbeads has to file the claim. Nbeads sends
The packages insured but will not assist you one one way to file the
Claim so you can receive your money back or the merchandise.

Due to eagerly need, I have to choose sites which had goods in stock. Compared with 5 sites, then I chose nbeads as my provider. It was did great fast delivery, beads arrival in time with desired colors, styles and sizes. Pleasant experience!

I bought a elastic cord from nbeads in March to make my own mask. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the shipment was affected. I have not received my package for a long time. You need to be patient after communicating with nbeads customer service. I finally received my package in April and made a mask. I'm so happly. Although I waited a long time, the product was very satisfactory. Nbeads gave me a new coupon after I wrote a review.

I've ordered from Nbeads many times over the years. Nbeads have nice gemstone beads, great prices, and they ship quick. If I've ever had an issue, they are quick to resolve it. It seems they're really trying in this regard. Perhaps other reviewers had older bad experiences? That's why I keep coming back. I do order enough each time to make it worth my while to ship DHL direct. That way its quite quick and trackable. I don't recommend getting it shipped EUB or whatever the slower options are. They're cheap options for a reason. You're saving a tonne on beads - you can afford to pay a bit more for shipping. Much less stress than wondering if it's ever coming.
