I researched a lot before buying MyCubeSafe. I knew it would be marvelous product. But I can say I got much more than I though, it is perfect, it worth it!

The quality is very high, but most impressive was the amazing packaging for shipment. I can honestly say, I have never seen better protection on anything I have ever ordered

Super clean website; they were able to send my safe out very quickly. I received it within 2 or 3 days. Couldn't ask for me really!

I was shipped timely. To our delight, the safe was double boxed. MyCube was no match for our FedEx driver who handled the safes with little respect. The directions are easy and our clients love them.

Took me a while to commit, but so glad I did. Mounted in my closet, I have immediate access to all my jewelry instead of going to our larger combination safe another part of the house. Easy, easy!

A big shout out to the customer service at Mycube! I wrote in to ask for help with a key that was not opening my safe - the batteries died and I could not open it with my key. Turned out that it was not their safe, but they still reached out within 12 hours of my panicked post and still offered to help me. Then, I got a second email from yet another person offering to help me. That is pretty epic considering I am not even a customer (yet :)). Thanks team!!

I just received my biocube mini. It’s size is perfect, you can easily put it in your closet. It’s very easy to register for fingerprint and password. It has a secret key hole, not easy to find. I assume that’s an advantage. Scott is a very pleasant man. He responds your email right away. They have a very good costumer service, very helpful. Thanks

Initial problems resolved. Think you should include instructions on how to open the safe
with the safe...outside of the safe.
