What a disappointment this sleep bonnet was. The color was beautiful and it seemed to me the one to purchase. However, it was just a cheap imitation of what a "REAL" hair sleep bonnet was, as it did not have a back elastic adjustment; basically, one size fits all. Not a good thing. I wore this for a few days, but my hair kept slipping out in the back as the elastic was stretched, and I have long hair and it was so bad that every night before I could use it, I had to bobbie pin my hair up into a bun to prevent it from coming out. And this bonnet was not a normal fit for a woman nor even a man unless you had the size of a head as a huge football player. During the night the bonnet would slip down over my eyes and cover my nose and shift all over, with the back drawing up exposing my hair. I couldn't even sleep well, it was horrible. There was no telephone number to call except messages which I had to wait for days to receive, and this I just do not accept; especially after I had spent over $100 for my other silk items. I was informed in a message to returned this item, but I had to pay the return postage since they do not have return postage labels, but once received, they will credit your credit card account, and you had to sent them a receipt; no problem which I did. I had to message them about 4 to 6 times on the status of my credit, and asked for a replacement which took 2 weeks. And the bonnet arrived in the same condition as before, which now I had wished I had asked for my full credit back. So I have this worthless bonnet, which I was told if I return it back to them this 2nd time, then they would not credit me. So what's a person to do? Such a bad unhealthy company to deal with, and never again will I, nor recommend them to any of my family and friends. I must say that the other items that I had purchased like the hair scrunches were pretty good, along with my sleep mask, other than that, this sleep bonnet is terribly bad and I definitely would not recommend it. I'm doing a stitch on the back to keep it from moving as that's the only thing in which I can do at this point until I find another way to keep it from moving around. JUST STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING THIS DEFECTIVE HAIR SLEEP BONNET, not worth your sleepless nights.

I bought the 2-in-1 comforters set. Unable to identify the difference between lighter and heavier weight comforter easily. I was told that the wight of my two comforters are similar. I don't think the customer rep knows about the products well enough at all. But, I'm pleased that they took my suggestion to write the weight of each comforter on the washing mark to help customer to distinguish each comforter's weight for different season.
Also, I don't like that the customer has to wait for the responses in a few hours via message live chat. Not very user friendly.

The pillowcase was not what I expected and I’m ok with that. Trying to return it was a hassle, but they have contacted me and refunding my money.

I get compliments all the time on my silk masks and they are great on your skin. I also have a silk pillowcase and my hair dresser was so impressed about the improvements in my hair that she started telling all her clients to get one.

It took a while to come because it is shipped out of China...my curls are much happier..

Delivery is always so quick. I love the pillowcases and have given the as gifts too!

Do not like your pajamas as the sizes are not right. XXL Is the size of a small. Plus you DO NOT send a return label with the shipment. I am handicapped and can’t get to the post office often. I would NEVER recommend that anyone order from you.

Purchased two sets of pajamas and robes. Exquisite feel against my skin. I love them! I also like the magnetic closure on the robe that helps keep it closed along with the belt!

I was very pleased with the shopping experience. The product arrived quickly and was exactly what I had expected from the photos. It was my first mulberry silk purchase and I am happy with the overall feel of the silk.

Love my new pillowcase. It fits perfectly and is wonderful to rest my head upon. Highly recommend Mommesilk.

The zipper portion tore after a year. Pretty satisfied with the quality of silk.

These pyjamas are gorgeous in the green color. They are very comfortable; however, I think the bottoms are a little small to be a medium. They're a little tight in the hips and the booty area, so if you've got a curvy bottom half, I'd suggest sizing up if you want them to be loose.

The product is excellent. We returned one for size (seems to run a bit large), and asked for an exchange. It took over two weeks for the exchange to arrive. Would've appreciated a quicker turnaround!

I bought a set of pajamas for my husband who was 6’6 and 220lb. I wasn’t sure which size would be good for him. So, I sent an email to ask the support staff and was recommended to go with XXL. That was perfect for him. He really loves the product! Email correspondence was very smooth and they were friendly and helpful. I’m extremely happy!

Their team wrote me and is sending me replacements free of charge. Really appreciate their customer service. They went above and beyond to fix this mistake. So grateful because I really do love the product so much!
Oneof the two pillow cases I order has a broken zipper. Because of the material it just slides right off the pillow. Reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. Sad because I was excited for these.

We found that these were just not right for our skin type but a very nice product

I really loved the fast shipping and of course the incredibly soft silk pillow.

The sizing is not as inclusive as it could be and it runs much bigger than other brands. I got an xs and it was much too big, so there was no way to size down to make it work.
