If i could put no stars I would. I placed my orders on the 3rd March and sent the items back after I received them due to them not fitting me and I’m still waiting for a refund for two orders I made with them. They sent me an email saying I would get a refund and it would take up to 10 days for me to get it but I’m still waiting and whenever I email they they ask for my order numbers and then never reply again!!! They are shocking!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would !!!!!!
Still not had my refund after 5 weeks message them and get the same response they want your tracking details then what you have sent back then you don’t hear anything. Amazing how they don’t have a phone line either.
Honestly don’t buy from this company they owe me £70 absolutely disgusting !

Ordered three dresses (at a cost of over £70), however only two were sent.
I emailed them in great detail (as no customer services telephone number) to advise of missing item, however took nearly a week to respond. When "Michelle" replied it was as if as though she hadn't read my email as she was asking what dress was missing! Three weeks later I'm still waiting for a response to my second email (which I have resent 4 times).
I have contacted them via Facebook and Twitter but my requests for them to get in contact have been ignored. Utter joke of a company. I will never buy from this shoddy company again.
Will be reporting company to Trading Standards

They have had my return since 1st April and still haven’t refunded me. They have asked me for tracking information which I sent them and then when I’ve chased for my refund the only response is to ask the exact same question again. I will be reporting them to PayPal. Avoid this company!!

My items were returned and signed for by Missfiga on 18th March. Have sent around 10 emails and still no refund.
They keep asking for order number and what items were returned. I have already sent this and photos. I would never order from them again. They are a disgrace to the consumer.

I will never order from this company again. I'm still waiting for a refund since January. I've sent proof or return etc twice and they email back saying my return has been processed. The same standard message that everyone else has posted on here. Avoid this company totally. They should be closed down..

Disgusting company, lied saying they hadn’t received my parcel with over £120 worth of goods, when I proved that they had they said they would send my refund within 5-10 working days, 2 weeks have passed and still no refund and they are blanking my emails! I sent the items back in February disgusting company! Just ripping people off!

Awful company. Tell so many lies can't get my refund said it had been processed on the 8th of March bit now they are saying they don't recognise my order number or postcode . No number to phone !!

After seeing an Missfiga advertisement, I was interested in purchasing some items. I ordered 4 items all of which were delivered promptly. 3 fit perfectly, quality and fitting were amazing. The 1 item I returned was dealt with quickly and I can’t wait to wear these items out. Another highlight was that I could pay with Clearpay & Klarna which was super safe and easy. Absolutely would purchase again. Great value for money.

Beautiful items and fast delivery proceed. I fell in love with a dress but it was out of stock. I signed up for notifications and once it was back I managed to buy it. It arrived the following day & I loved it. Definitely will buy some more stuff

Refund takes forever to process, paid for tracked delivery, aware that they have received it and are doing anything they can to avoid giving me my money back. Will definitely not buy from here again, wish I’d read the reviews sooner.

Awful customer service. Ordered and paid for dress back mid February. Not answer my facebook message or emails now for days. Only cheap but still not the point. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!@

Do not buy from Missfiga! I'm having the most awful experience with them. I ordered a dress back in December and paid extra for next day delivery, the dress never turned up! I've sent them many emails and raised and even sent an official complaint, they have done everything to avoid giving me a refund and are now ignoring my emails! Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
ordered my goods received them on 11th Jan 2022
Returned them on the 12th Jan 2022 I gave a tracking number and I’ve tracked it and they have received it.
It is now the 11th March and still no refund.
I have e mailed them on numerous occasions but still no refund.
The last email I received said,
We have processed your Refund and it can take take 5 -10 working days (that was 3 weeks ago) & oh by the way it’s up to your bank when they credit it.

Been trying to get a refund since January advice anyone not to order off this site they need closing down there after sales service is atrocious same old tale one of our service team will reach out to you. Load of bull having to get a small claims court involved to get my money back

Have placed 2 orders in the last week and paid for them. Received tracking info but items never arrive and courier advises parcels not received from seller………no response from customer service via email, Facebook or otherwise. Thankfully paid through PayPal and raised complaint so should have payment refunded.
Would not recommend for this reason! If zero stars were available would rate them 0 for post sales.
Feel though they took money under false circumstances!

AD TO RETURN THE GOOD WHICH I WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS THEY ARRIVED END OF JANUARY, I SENT THEM AS REQUESTED RECORDED DELIVERY, HAVE PROOF YOU RECEIVED THEM, THEN YOU SAID ON 1 FEB 2022, TE MONIES WOULD BE IN MY BANK WITHIN 10 DAYS, AND NOTHING,NOW LIKE THE REST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU ARE CONVIENIENTLY NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS, WELL YOU TTOOK THE MONIES YOU SHOULD REFUND IT, I AM REPORTING YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS,IT IS ILLEGAL WHAT YOU ARE DOING.....DO NOT BUY OF THESE SCAMMERS

Will not buy from again. Faulty item which I had to pay to return. Then no refund for all goods returned. I posted back recorded and sent proof that they had received goods back but still no refund. They have now stopped replying to my emails after taking my money and given me nothing.

Poor communication, had to question where my order was to be told it was out of stock and then told they'll speak to warehouse team. To be responded with a rude message in regards to my refund. 'Oh and just so you know' is not a professional response to a paying customer!

Avoid this company! To cut a long story short I sent back 4 dresses to the tune of £116 at the start of November 2021, which Missfiga have received, still no refund despite many many e-mails and a recorded delivery letter from me. They have stole £116 off me, PayPal refused my case twice and now going to national fraud on their advice. Not hopeful. DO NOT USE MISSFIGA.
