I heard about Mint and Lily via wors of mouth. The necklaces I've just ordered, I had the pleasure of seeing them up close and personal. Mint & Lily were GORGEOUS. The search and order process was quick and simple. I can't wait to wear mine. I purchased three of them. Two of them are gifts.

Quick and easy order process. Ring sizing was a bit confusing as the measurement appears to be for the width of the finger rather than the circumference and that was not clear in the description.

Good. I give a bracelet for everyone I meet that has lost a child. I wear a few and when I meet someone I ask them which one Mint & Lily like. It strange how I run into people that have lost a child.

New customer, all seem to be great products. Customer service is good, not as quickly as I would like. Making returns good be much more friendly user & with a quicker process as things aren't always received as you would like. As for myself, I would prefer credit so the business doesn't lose out on a profit. However, promptness & convenience is everything. With this said, return, credit & refund could be better & I would rate it a 3.5, I haven't had the products long enough to rate the quality. But, thus far Mint & Lily seem solid. Thank you!

Love the jewelry from Mint & Lily! Ordered a customized ring with my Childrens names on it and I absolutely LOVE it! So meaningful and beautiful! Customer service is excellent and I'll be ordering again!

I have several pieces already and love them all! Great quality! I am constantly getting compliments on each piece; however. I could not use the coupon code and have difficulty using the website through my phone.

This is my first order, shopping was super easy BUT toooo many cool things to choose from! LOL... I can't wait to see the quality of the pieces I picked out- I got a bracelet - my mom passed and I have the scripture that is on the bracelet in a tattoo I got in her memory! Had a name issue with shipping. And I ordered three bracelets on the first order and then turns out only two were ordered. I tried throughout the day to reorder the silver bracelet but it wouldn't let me.

I love the brand and style. I do wish it gave a little more personalization options... Like being able to capitalize letters and options on chain and length of chain. Thank you

Bought my first order as a gift for a friend. I was on the fence about placing an order for myself. LOVED getting the coupon code for 50% off a second order! Placed an order for myself right away!

Ordered May 3rd, with expedited shipping extra charge. Write to them on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8t, 10th 11th and always the same reply from a "Gerald"... "I'm very sorry... your order had been processed"... I opened a case with PayPal and I'll escalate this in all possible forums... Scam and money theft... Paid almost $100 and I'll not be ok until I get it back.

Hope this alert everyone looking for a safe purchasing, this Mint and Lily isn't what you're looking... buy only from trusted sources.

I recently made my first order and haven't received it yet. However, I love their customer service... reaching out to me to ensure Mint & Lily have the correct address, thanking me for my first order and giving me a code for a discount on my second order. Their thoughtfulness inspired me to make a second order.

The 3 name ring was not advertised so I wrote an email. Katherine answered me promptly and said Mint & Lily were working on. A few hours later she wrote again saying it was available! I just ordered it!

We just recently had a house fire and lost almost everything which includes all my jewelry. I love being able begin replacing my jewelry with such a special piece with both my sweet girls names. Love love love! At the end of the day Mint & Lily are all that matter!

Easy choice, easy to navigate site and exactly what I was looking for (found on google search using the phrase). And I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it can be personally engraved! Price was definitely on pint as well since it was on sale (probably would not have purchased at full price.

Thrilled! With specialized soul sisters silver bracelet, to Mary in Santa Ana, California IAlert! I want it shipped only! By pay pall, just signed up for them, put down on order as other place was wanting me to sign up too.

Beautiful pieces and great customer service, but the boxes for the rings and necklaces could be better and nicer. My boxes came a bit damaged and do not look nice enough to give as a gift, had to buy a different ring box. Shipping also takes pretty long, wish there were other options, but overall I will continue to purchase from here. Love everything I have ordered so far.

I have ordered two items for my daughter in love, but I have not been able to change the shipping address. I am going to have to pay "triple" shipping just to send them to her in another state.

It would be helpful if you could see script styles side by side to. Help decide.
