The staff in store were really helpful, I came in without a scoobies on what hat I truly wanted and left with the perfect technical diving hat to suit my every need. I have to give a special mention to Harvey for all his help! I look forward to coming back for more clobber soon

Bought this suit as I am allergic to the sun and a passionate open water swimmer. It really has helped me to get back in the water. Fit is great and keeps put those harmful UV rays. Delivered super quick, as ever from Mikes Divestore

I originally ordered a D5 copper from a Suunto dealer in New Zealand as they showed stock on their website. They did not have stock and 5 weeks after taking my money and giving me no indication of when I could expect to have my new computer (they offered me a black one instead) I canceled the order. I order one from Mikes dive store as I have used them in the past before moving to NZ and found them to be really helpful. What can I say, 7 days from order my beautiful D5 copper is on my wrist and I love it. So glad I went with the copper, such a good look and may end up being my daily watch. Looking forward to my holiday to Fiji to put it to a full test. Might have to go for a test dive this weekend in the lakes. Easy to setup and the Suunto app works well. I will be using Mikes Dive Store again (next is the tank pod). Thank you team for amazingly fast service.

I brought this dive bag for holiday travel and it has proved excellent for holiday use.
It is large enough to carry all my gear and the dry area works well for sundry items such as towel and log book etc. It works well for carrying gear to the dive centre or taking out on the boat. It is very sturdy but light and folds up easily into a suitcase.

I bought this snorkel fin case ,after my plastic one broke on holiday so decided to go straight onto Mikes Dive Store to order a new case ,it was exactly as it was advertised on the website ,my fins are quite big so the fin bag was ideal ,and my goggles and snorkel fit in there aswell ,superb quality ,excellent value for money cheers all at Mikes

I love Mike’s Dive Store. The customer service on the phone and in the store was exceptional! They are divers and know what they are talking about and have the time of day for everyone. I will definitely be returning.

Service from mikes store and also had to return a item because of my own fault ordered the wrong item and mikes team on the phone are fantastic to deal with and also there returns team are brilliant, alot of companies have forgotten how to treat customers over the years but mikes team haven't and that's why I keep going back for top service and advice 10 out 10 well done

This is just the best experience ever in online shopping. You guyz are real pro's. Thank you for being out there. Wish I could visit your store in the UK and if the road takes me there won't miss it

Collected fine but confirmation from dive store by text on land line just crackle and noise same for advising when ready and being sent. Did not complete the service log that I had enclosed so I just hope the service was better!!

Great service!!! I wasn’t sure about posting my watch in and having it couriered back but the whole process was seamless and really quick. Always nice to come directly to the Mike’s store , stuff very helpful very easy to communicate/understand…. I wish another shops have that kind of polite stuff . Definitely will come back soon to buy another few items, thank you Mike’s store

I ordered a Xerotherm top for my husband, it was the wrong size but the refund was done very quickly & I reordered the next size. Very efficient delivery, packaged in brown paper bags that can be recycled!

I have just purchased 2 new wetsuits for myself and my husband the price was excellent
The website and checkout is easy to navigate and delivery was very quick
Unfortunately I ordered my husband the wrong size so I had to return it and get a refund which was easy enough
I reordered him a different size which again came very quickly and the refund was very quick at being returned to my bank account
All in all a very good service.

Very good communication during the whole process. The colour I chose was out of stock and I was given the option to wait or change. I didn't feel the delivery time was any slower because of this. Fantastic service!

Ordered the wrong size mask, my fault. Filled in the online returns form requesting a refund, posted the mask back and re-ordered another. New mask arrived and refund in bank within three days. Great service, won’t hesitate to use them again.👍

This isn’t the first time I’ve shopped at Mike’s Dive Store and it certainly won’t be the last! The online store always has a wide range of dive kit, in stock, at competitive prices and with reasonably-priced quick despatch and delivery.

Really helpful staff, over the phone they talked me through the process of getting a prescription snorkel, recommended what level prescription I needed and the best budget snorkel for me, very easy and definitely recommend.

I know my tanks had been there a few months but unfortunately my father past away I then had an accident at work were I wasn’t able to walk for a few months.
But at usually the service was fab and very helpful.

Only had the zoop a week cleared two dives with it. Set up was straight forward. It worked really well, easy to understand, screen was clear figures easy to see. Navigation around the settings with the extra buttons makes it simple to use. User battery change when required. Can see me keeping this for a while.

Description: Mike’s London Dive Store may have been established for more than thirty years but its history goes back much further than that. It’s founder, big Mike Calder, was the super-salesman at a dive store in Fulham Palace Road in West London. A local lad who was larger in life than in so many ways, he was so successful at serving divers with the equipment that suited their needs best that people beat a path to his door from all over the country.

Mike was a diver and he believed that if his customers were satisfied they’d return. He took the long view. He was eventually so successful that other dive shop owners even protested he was distorting the market.

It was inevitable that he would set up in business for himself and with the help of a local friend started selling dive equipment from a warehouse at Richmond’s waterside. Eventually he moved the business to the more accessible premises it is in today.

Mike was a giant of the UK’s diving industry in many more ways than one and all who knew him were shocked when he was suddenly taken from us long before his time, in 2009.

Still in his early teens, Scuba Steve started diving in the Sinai in 1989, in the days when Red Sea liveaboard operations were truly pioneering. He accompanied skipper Jan Ellingsen on Colona IV on a 1200 nautical mile trip down to the Sudan and learned to dive on the way. A few exciting encounters with grey reef sharks and he was hooked.

He worked alongside Mike and purchased Mike’s Dive Store when it became available. Mike’s son chose to sell to Steve because he could see that Steve had the same passion as his dad for scuba diving and was confident that he would carry on the tradition of good service and advice from a position of a wealth of knowledge very much as his dad had done.

Mike’s Dive Store is not about shifting boxes of product but having the patience to understand the particular needs and wishes of every one of its individual customers. That’s you!

There are very many aspects to the underwater world and Steve has seen most of them. He instils in his staff this philosophy to only sell the right tools for the job and many of the currently regular customers will tell you that it was Mike sold them their first set of diving equipment. Mike may have passed away but Mike’s Dive Store is alive and well, and Scuba Steve is carrying on the traditions that Mike established for it.
