I haven't even received my item as yet because it keeps being rejecting my order as it won't deliver to anything than a physical address... We don't get anything delivered to our physical address as we live in RURAL WA! It will end up at the PO anyway!

Good to be able to purchase online and have the item freighted to the nearest MegaBuy store. Glad their are direct payment (non 1.5% surcharge) options. Would be handy to be able to pay via EFTPOS in the store when picking up.

The shopping experience was great, the product is great, just took longer than advertised to ship, then a lot longer to deliver

Excellent services always from megabuy. The support team was very helpful especially supporting us, the Central Bank of Solomon Islands with our orders for many years now. We from Solomon islands but there was not even a single time that we had any issue with our orders, everything works perfectly as expected.

Simply sublime. Shopping on MegaBuy is like having my genitals gently wafted with the finest rose petals by chubby cherubim.

Credit Card section can not be auto-filled by password managers. (Had to manually type in credit card number)

Also, I had to reset my password and noticed a few security issues.

- On clicking reset password, I found the database would give me a successful or unsuccessful response depending on which email is valid in the database. The response should instead say "If the email address provided is valid a password recovery email will be sent" and allow for the backend server to do the valid/invalid process and not make the end user aware.

- The password sent via email is only 5 characters long, well below best practices for password security.

Online search and find the correct product was easy, the availability of PayPal payment option is very convenient and secure.

You have way too many issues with subsidies - just realised that it will cost me 2% extra on top of other costs

I think that if you spend a large amount you should have a discount or free shipping. I just spent over $1000. 00.

Adding freight insurance and credit card payment fees as a last step (when you already quoted freight) is misleading and leaves a bad taste.

This is my second time through the shopping cart - the 1st trip appears to have got stopped by this survey that did not give any response to the submit button so i had to 'x' out of it - then when i continued on the 'checkout successful' page the next screen showed my shopping cart was not empty so i went through again (i can use the second purchase so do not need a refund but it would be nice if the checkout / survey interaction did not appear to break or gave some indication if it did or did not work)

A little unsure that I have properly understood availability - as far as I could tell all the items I ordered were in stock (if not I wouldn't have bothered with the order) but then I saw there were bold red caveats at the bottom of the checkout screen. Well, here's hoping I got that right.

It would be great if there is no Master Card processing fee and also free shipping if I spend more than a certain amount. I was about to buy this item plus the 256GB SD Card. But the shipping cost is $15/item. This is so excessive, so I will buy the SD card somewhere else and you just lose the potential business.

I do not see why I would need to pay 2x freight cost for 2.5" SSD & 3.5-2.5" ssd mounting bracket? I would expect these items to be on the same premises.
It appears lately I am charged extra freight for every line item, is this a glitch in the system or should I just find a new supplier?

It is ok but I dont like to be told after I buy that there is extra charges for delivery to Perth metro, mastercard fee and insurance extras. I expect it to be delivered safely.

Amercian Express Card was Not accepted through your payment platform even though it sailed through on PayPal. If you don't want to accept American Express don't put it up as a payment option!

The subscribe to newsletter checkbox on the Checkout page appeared to check itself again after I clicked submit order. I really hope I wasn't illegally subscribed to anything without my actual consent. I also don't appreciate that the checkbox was illegally checked by default. It really must be unchecked by default, and it should never automatically check itself. If I receive any newsletters from you, I will report this to ACMA.

Very straight forward, though I prefer to see stock availability and delivery times alongside the product. Product images small/compact in comparison to most shopfront websites though the product detail was clear enough. Would shop again.

Very good service and price. Price of delivery a little steep due to 2 deliveries instead of all in one to Broken Hill.

It took 2 days of emails and waiting to see if this was the correct part or not. I gave up, and just rang the shop and talked to a tech guy. This took 3 mins. 3 minutes with a positive answer compared to 2 days of talking with people who didn't know anything about computers, and emails that offered no answers….

Checkout was way to hard, talked to the lads in the shop and said Could order everything to the store but isnt the case..

Website couldn't locate an item that is there.
Lack of communication when order is late or out of stock.
No ETA given.

It's not clear how to transfer money to pay for the items, and your survey window partially obscures the window.

Excellent every time, there's no other looking around for PC stuff - you have the best prices, service and website. The others look pretty second rate. Keep up the great work :)
