This company does not care about customer service. I placed an order and had an issue and took the credit they offered for a future order. I placed another order and had issue with a suit not fitting and requested an exchange. I was told no, because I used a credit! I had ordered 2 so the cash I paid for the order was more than the cost of the 1 suit. They gave an automated response that they do not allow refunds/exchanges if you use a gift card. What the heck should that matter I still paid $$$. Do not order if you are not sure of size etc! Terrible service!

My order was lost in transit and Meet Curve has been a nightmare to deal with. They are refusing to either resend the order or give me a refund. I've been emailing them and their answers are completely ridiculous.
Save yourself a bunch of trouble and order from another company.

Despite the claim that they cater to all sizes, beware if your chest is larger than DD. Their suits and tops do NOT change in the chest as you go up in size, very poor fits for a chesty gal. Overall inconsistent sizing across different styles.

Returns are absolutely horrible, be absolutely sure of your purchase before ordering. They require return shipping WITH tracking at buyers expense. Customer service does not boast great communication and very difficult to come to a solution with.

Will not order again and very poor experience.

I have spent more than 1 week trying to return items that did not fit based on incorrect measurements online. I have been offered 4 counter offers for partial refunds and to KEEP the items. They also said they would help with the shipping cost and best offer was a $54 refund on a $77.97 purchase; returns would be sent to NJ address. It does not take more than $20 to ship from NY to NJ. They are impossible to get a full refund from and to actually return the items. I have indicated I will get the Better Business Bureau involved. We will see what happens. Let this be your sign to research Instagram businesses before buying.

Delivery takes much longer than promised because it comes from China! Wrong fit, want return items. They give you only 15 days to return. After a week of back and forth they gave me a incomplete return address! This company is a complete fraud/scam! Never again!

Looking for a swimsuit that was not too big in bust and fit like I wanted it to. And it did. All of them were true to size. Bought 4 suits. 2 for daughter and 2 for me. I was going to send 2 back but Meetcurve both fit so good I decided to keep them both. Now I won't have to wear a wet suit the next day.

The products at Meetcurve are fantastic - but buyer beware of the expense of sending back returns with the required tracking. Almost the same cost as a swimsuit. Very happy with my chosen swimwear - very disappointed with the expense to return. Before purchasing, make sure that you are definitely sure.

Responsive customer service

First off. The size chart lies a little. Meetcurve are not baggy by any means. They are skin tight but forgiving in the right areas. They made me feel sexy but covered. I got what I thought I was in normal sizes and it paid off. They are not that big. I think I chose the smaller size that I was in between and it fit perfect.

I ordered this suit as a gift for my mother. I used the size chart to match her number size to MeetCurve's letter size and was glad I did--I may have ordered too small if I hadn't checked. The tracking info was a bit cumbersome, since I had to cut and paste the order number into the tracking site (several clicks to see tracking). My order arrived when expected and my mom loves it. She says she has gotten lots of compliments on the bold design.

Good selection of suits. Ordered as a holiday gift. I thought I gave enough time but it arrived after New Year. Disappointed about the length of time that it took to deliver. I wasn't able to personally inspect the garment but it looked true to the photos on your website. I believe the size was also true. With that, I'm satisfied.

I received a ticket #. Which can now be cancelled as the suit was received a couple hours later.

I had issues using my card while checking out. It failed my transaction 3 times. Pain that I have to go through PayPal. I also don't like that shipping costs so much, but I have high expectations for the swimsuit so we will see. The swimsuit arms are tight. The model was my size, so I ordered an XL. My arms aren't abnormal they're proportionate to my body type. So the sleeves could have been a bit bigger. All in all though, it's a cute suit. I'm looking forward to wearing it.

Meetcurve helped me work out payment issues

When I found Meetcurve, I was skeptical that I could find a quality swimming suit for the price. I have historically paid premium prices because I need the support (all over) and was convinced that more expensive would equal better quality and support. I stand corrected- I absolutely love both suits that I ordered (surprise!) and I can keep them both because the price for two is about half of what I would have paid for one! The quality is great and styles are flattering and stylish. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality and fit. There were 2 out 8 suits that were sized bigger. I decided to not send them back as returns are at my cost and I did not realize Meetcurve were shipping from China. That being said the suits are very cute and I am super happy with them. I will just give the other 2 away :)

I love that your website had bathing suits for plus sizes. However, it was hard to get a size that was right. I have very large breasts but small torso, so the measurements were forcing me to get a longer bodied suit that I had to take in and redo to fit. The quality was good. But maybe having sizes for petite plus.

My shopping experience was pleasurable. I could find 3 swimsuits that I purchased but I would have been happier if the products came in different colors. An example on my order would be instead of 2 black swimsuits, I would have preferred one in black and one in a shade of purple. I was concerned about the. Time it took to receive my order but considering the Covid situation around the world and lack of employees, 4 or 6 weeks isn't a problem for delivery. This is the first time I ordered from Meet. Curve, I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will be making future purchases.

I was very skeptical as I have had bad experiences ordering on line, ie never received the product ordered, and never got a refund... but things went quite smoothly with Meetcurve and product arrived in the nick of time for my holiday.(bathing suit).

I emailed several times to find out if the product was on it's way and I got a tracking number that showed me the progress.

It was easy to navigate through the site. I haven't received items yet to see quality. I'll update my rating once I do. I was disappointed that on the initial ad there was a larger woman and then when I clicked on the site Meetcurve pretty much used the same model over and over who was several sizes smaller. I'd like to see more full figured women in the swimsuit catalog rather than the same smaller model.

$50 shipping to Alaska after a giant "free shipping on orders over $69" splash on landing. BOO! Most shops have figured out how to cover free shipping to AK, so this is a major strike against you in my book. LOVE all the cute styles of swimsuits for curvy girls though!

Actually so thrilled to have options for well-priced good quality bathing suits for my body type. I purchased several suits last year and Meetcurve were all excellent quality, I felt comfortable in them, and got many compliments while wearing them. This has been an incredible experience to scroll through and have sizes available, cute styles that are trendy and flattering. I have never had this before. Most of my shopping experiences have involved struggling to find my size, and feeling uncomfortable when bathing suits are designed to flatter a smaller body type. Thank you sincerely.

Received an Email about shipment but in reality, only the label was printed and it was over a week before it really shipped. Once UPS picked it up, it was quicker

The quality of material is great and it's very true to size. The shipping was also as expected too. It took about 7-10 days. I bought 3 different swimsuit pieces and each one fits perfectly and feels great. I'm 5'5,210 with hips and we're an XL fits great! Will definitely order more!

The products were excellent quality. Very pretty and true to size. For reference, I am 5 foot 7,180 lbs, hour glass shape, size 12-14,38 C bust. I bought XL sizes and everything fit great. Soo much variety. There is a swimsuit (or three) for any body type. Really excellent value. Love the free shipping to Canada and my order arrived faster than I expected.

I was pleased with my purchase. I felt the pictures represented the true colours of the product. I have ordered a lot in the past from another online company and have felt their clothing and service has declined so much so that I no longer purchase from them. The photos Meetcurve have exhibited did not represent the inferior quality of their product.

My daughters and I ordered ourselves a couple bathing suits each for an upcoming vacation. For starters, didn't realize the items would ship directly from China and take 3 weeks to arrive. Additionally, the bathing suits don't fit any of us well, they're short in the body which leaves you feeling like your butt or chest is going to pop out with any kind of movement. Needless to say, we are rushing around trying to find suits before our trip in a week.

The tracking for my order showed it was sitting in my hometown waiting to be delivered for 5 days. It was delivered on the 6th day

When I placed my order, I expected it to take much longer than it did to arrive. I ordered multiple swimwear and was skeptical on quality of material and sizing. To my surprise, the sizing was accurate! As for the quality of the material, it is relatively better than I expected. The only thing that was different than I expected was the coloring of the print. The pictures online are more vibrant and rich colors, the material is more matte, so Meetcurve are not as bright and fun as I was hoping. Overall, I would order through them again! Thank you!

The sizing chart is way off, and there's no direct way to contact customer service. I expedited my order because I'm going on vacation next week… arrived today and totally wrong size by using their chart. Now I'm scrambling and hoping I can get the correct sizes in before I leave. Very disappointed- the suits look like they'd be great.

Meet curve offers a variety of styles and fits that accentuate curves with fun, flirty, and elegant prints. The delivery took about a month so prepare for that. I ordered large and many bottoms were slightly small for me. I'm 5'6,175 and a size 12/14 so I probably should've gone with xtra large. Some pieces are sold together and some separately which I didn't realize until Meetcurve arrived. Overall I was very happy with the suits that fit and would purchase from Meet Curve again.

Although it was delayed, the woman who helped me was very nice. I apologize for being so frustrated, it was more so directed at the shipping company than your company. The package sat for days at a location 20 minutes away and then shipped to a few different cities for days before it finally got to me. The suits are super cute so I hope Meetcurve fit!

The swim suit is very cute. However, I did not like how the swimsuit fit and/or how it looked on me. There is nothing wrong with the suit.
