Totally love my Khaki green Charlie hat so much (which I bought at The Little Big Market in the mount) I had to buy a black one online too! Have had lots of compliments when wearing as totally nails an outfit. Real friendly efficient online service too.

The product is of poor quality and not aligned to description. Arrived very late and when I have raised that 1) the products arrived late and 2) were not as described I was not allowed to have a refund. I wanted to support local NZ business but this one definitely doesn’t deserve it

Super happy with my Charlie. It's replacing a grubby old cricket hat I've been using for when we're out and about in the sun. I got the green one and love it. I get comments about it usually. My cousin even said it was Pharrell Williams-like, i'll take that :). I bought the wrong size, 61cm, and sent it back. They came back with the 59 super fast. Great customer service and business story.
