I bought a light from Luna and elected to return it within the 30 day time span. Not only did I have to pay the FedEx ground return cost of $65.00, but Luna also charged me a restocking fee of $54.00. So it cost me over a hundred dollars just to look at a light and decide it wasn't right for my space. Will never order from them again.

Quick ship
The light fixtures I ordered were very cute I haven't seen anything like them on any other site. I order them and Luna Warehouse came very quickly even though they cautioned that with the COVID it may take longer. They were perfect and I am very happy.

The customer Service reps answer quickly
The customer Service reps answer quickly. I appreciate the helpfulness by phone when I call to inquiry about a product. And the price matches. It brought me back after my first purchase. I will continue to be a customer.

I found it via google as I was searching this specific fan and google showed a price comparison on the side. This was by far the better price point and not being familiar with this site I looked up on BBB. Had an A+ rating and could see that the owner and customer service was quick to respond to all reviews. Most people use the BBB to leave negative reviews and that spoke to me on a customer service level Luna Warehouse are quick to deal with feedback. I look forward to using them again soon!

The worst company ever
Bought 3 lights from them back in Jul 2020, cancelled 2 the same day and returned the other one back in Aug 2020. The UPS delivery date shows all the tracking, it is now end Nov and I am still chasing them for refund.

My experience shopping was good
My experience shopping was good. I had trouble checking out. I had selected Amazon pay, but the window did not link correctly 2x. Than I tried to check out with my credit card and found the price incorrect when I reviewed my order. I went back and was able to get the price corrected, and then I checked out with PayPal, which worked slick. Trudy Weisberg

Your customer service stinks
Your customer service stinks. I've been on hold for 1 hr 20 min. Problem is, on this order I used a discount code and got a sale price of 163.65. I was ready to purchase but then I saw a discount code "OOPS" for additional savings. That changed my price to 193.31! $30.00 higher. Been on hold for so long trying to get my $30.00 back. Just decided to make the purchase and beg for my 30.00 back. Now I am asking you to refund me that $30.00 asap. Is there any reason that I would want to do business with this company again?

I found this light in local showroom at Ferguson
I found this light in local showroom at Ferguson. Then same product look on line get the same item with best 30 % di#count with easy shopping systems. No need to call sales person and it was on holiday days. Every was busy for celebrating thanksgiving with family. I enjoyed my quick shopping.

Missing parts
I bought an outdoor post light but it came with no mounting base. I called customer service, Luna Warehouse were extremely rude and lectured me the entire time and refused to have the light returned unless I paid the shipping back Terrible business do not buy from that awful place. I will be disputing it with my credit card company

Worst service ever
I ordered and paid for a $300+ mirror more than a month ago. Since then, the only communication has been the creation of a fed ex tracking label (twice). Luna Warehouse took my money but no product or communication has been sent to me. I've tried calling, chatting, emailing and checking the status of my order on their website. Nothing works. I've had to order many things from many companies over the past six months. None have provided worse service than LunaWarehouse. Be aware.

I had ordered a Kichler Bowden fan from Amazon on May 29th. I'm a prime member so it made sense and Luna Warehouse promised delivery by June 4th. It was shipped and sold by 1stop lighting through Amazon. It still had not arrived on June 9th so I cancelled and ordered from Luna Warehouse. Not only did I get a better price but it arrived in just a few days. No issue, no problem and the fan looks great and works perfectly. I will absolutely buy direct from Luna Warehouse again.

Best price, by far!
Bought 3 bath light fixtures... One fixture was broken. Luna sent another quickly, and I didn't even have to return the broken fixture. I was pleased!

One of three lights was broken. I took pictures and submitted them to Luna. Luna Warehouse sent another light and did not request that I return the broken fixture. Nice and simple. I appreciated that!

Placed my order...
Placed my order... Looked back a week later and found a problem with my credit card. But never received any communications from the company... Not great...

However, when I placed a new order, I did receive the same price which I am grateful for

I needed to change my payment on an order and couldn't figure it out online so I called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I now cancelled my order and just placed a whole new order. I really want the ceiling fan I ordered.

Defective Product and No Refunds or Replacement
We purchased three bathroom light fixtures (product #2443) for our new construction. When the time came to install them one of the fixtures was defective, missing a component in one of the socket assemblies. The part is deep inside the socket (first picture is a good one, second shows the part missing) so there's no chance it came out during shipping or the installation. We submitted the information and pictures to the third party customer support line who said Luna Warehouse would get back to us. They never did. We called and started the process all over again. We received a shipping notification but the tracking provided showed the package didn't exist. So we started the process again a third time. Now they are asking if the product had been installed and thereby no longer in warranty. If this company put as much effort into ensuring they don't ship defective products as they do in avoiding the cost of their defects we wouldn't be having this problem. Instead, we're left with a dark bathroom and probably will be out $300 spent on the useless light fixture.

I found this light on "big box" site, but it didn't have all the information I needed to make a decision. Your site is the only one that had installation sheets with the dimensions I needed to know, AND you have the best price, good return policy and free shipping.

1)Your site shows a green chandelier when the color...
1)Your site shows a green chandelier when the color indicated is grape. I'm not sure what color will actually be sent.
2) I received an email that delivery was being changed to June 12, but when the 12th came, no package. It has now been two weeks past the 12th and no delivery or communication. Then I see that I may have ordered the wrong color given your inaccurate info on your site. ( Green choice with a grape picture and grape choice with a green picture)
The light is a gift, I could not find another anywhere else so I ordered another hoping one of the two ordered would be the right color.
Probably foolish of me, but I'm hoping everything will get straightened out and this note will help you fix your site info and communicate about the missed deliveries.

Buyer Beware
I paid for an item in February 2020 and was told there was a lengthy wait. Come September still no furniture and an email said October. I checked on the site for my item which said the someone took the last one. I immediately cancelled my item and was told I would receive the item in 3 to 5 business days. I called and I was told 8 weeks and Luna Warehouse would be sending a check and returned to my card bc the purchase was over 6months. Nobody told me that. When I tried to speak to a supervisor, that person was either unavailable or out to lunch and would def call me back which of course never happened.
I've never been treated so poorly or unprofessionally. NEVER AGAIN

You cannot reach anyone in customer service right away
You cannot reach anyone in customer service right away. You have to leave a call back message and when Luna Warehouse call you back they tell you they are from 1 stop lighting. I ordered these from Luna warehouse not 1 stop lighting. I have search on many sites for these chandeliers so I was not sure if this was another company or what. Alsop they call you back from a variety of phone numbers ( not the ones I called) so I missed 2 call back as I thought they were telemarketers. Confusing. I still don't know if this has processed correctly.

Experience ok until checkout. I encountered a problem placing order using PayPal. It took me thru the checkout process until Place Order with PayPal and then the response took me back to the checkout screen. I had to place the order directly inputting my credit card.

Stay away, save your money
I purchased a light fixture and was sent the wrong color. After immediately contacting Luna Warehouse to let them know and providing pictures, I was no longer able to make contact with them via phone or email for months so I rated them on this site on 11/23. Luna Warehouse called me directly on 11/23 and said I would receive a refund in 3 to 4 days. No credit received and no response to emails. Don't waste your money they cannot be trusted.

I first ordered an item that said it was in stock and then found out the next day that it was backordered until December. I reached out to Customer Service by email and got a response 2 days later. I wrote back immediately and then never received a response.

Hampered by pop ups and not being able to use the president'...
Hampered by pop ups and not being able to use the president's day sale pop up when trying to check out. Size of product not readily available. Search engine would not search by size. Almost gave up and left site.

Product arrived damaged, but company still had me pay return shipping. Product received back to Luna on 2/12 and two weeks later, there is still no credit to my account for returned items, despite a follow up phone call confirming Luna Warehouse received items back. Long wait times on hold to speak to anyone. Products are nice but could have bought them elsewhere and most likely would have been a better experience.

Nice website
Nice website - my only concern is one of the lights did not have enough drop down boxes to add LEDs or other options Pagoda Hat Three Tier 6" Model: LS-AL 03-3T L12 Black Texture. So I am ordering that from another company.

Easy to place order
Easy to place order. I have looked all over the internet for this lamp as I had already purchased one at a Home Goods store and wanted another. Happy to find it. Now if delivery goes as smoothly as purchase I will be very happy!

Ordered in July never received product
We placed our order in July was told about three weeks later that it was going to be delayed and ships on October 10 as of October 16 have not received a confirmation that it's been shipped have sent several emails to the company as well as called and still have had no response

I have been saving (my change - not kidding!) for this rug and waiting for it to go on sale - It was an amazing sale and now I am going back onto your site and looking for ceiling fans. Professional, helpful - wonderful customer service and support - at the end of the day that really makes the difference between walking away and making a purchase. You made my day.

For the most part it has been good
For the most part it has been good. After I placed my original order on Thursday night, I realized there was something I should have ordered in with that order. Was going to order it separately and saw there was a shipping charge to do that. So I didn't go through with the order. I then figured I would cancel the entire order and place a new order. Even though this all happened within an hour, I was unable to cancel the entire order. Only one piece of the order was potentially cancelled.

Hit or miss on whether you actually receive the orders you place... so far, we are at 50%. Love the products we've received. Very disappointed with an earlier order that was partially fulfilled with no notice until I received 1 of 2 matching mirrors.
