We placed and order and then we received an email stating that the item is no longer available, but yet our credit card is still charged in case you get in back n stock. That's highway robbery.

The fact that I can't get a human being to answer your phone in a reasonable amount of time is really not acceptable. I need a phone call from you about my order. My number is *******811. Thank you.

GOOD. HOWEVER, I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CONTACT YOU AND CAN NOT GET THROUGH. I SENT AN EMAIL AND GOT NO RESPONSE. I AM DESPARATE TO GET THESE LIGHTS. THE WRONG ONES CAME LAST TIME WHICH I WILL RETURN.

I normally like to shop for these sorts of products in person, by the lights reputation is quite good. Trying to find a reputable distribution/ sales set-up. Thanks for the reasonsble computer interface.

Love it. I did have a bit of trouble confirming the item. I needed a specific downrod and the manufacturer's item number for it didn't appear anywhere on the store page. It did show up when I reviewed my cart, though.

A tad disappointed I didn't get quite the discount I got earlier this morning. My credit card put a hold on approving until Louie Lighting verified the charge with me and they didn't contact me until hours after I made the purchase.

The fan was exactly as described and really fits the bill-Great service, shipping fees were a bit high-would have been great if shipping was included. I guess you can't everything. Thanks for the great service.

Really wanted to talk to someone live also chat button didnt come up impressed with price but not at all with lack of customer service. So hope this is light i was looking for, there was an extended one but noone to answer a couple questions

I was looking for a specific ceiling lighting. Not only did Louie Lighting have it, it was priced, and the delivery listed a date that was the fastest compared to the other sites. I was extremely happy, and it took me all but 3 minutes to checkout.

I found the mirror I wanted at Louie Lighting for $200 cheaper than most other online retailers. I'm a little wary ordering from a company I haven't heard of but I'm hopeful everything will be great and I'm looking forward to receiving my new mirror!

I have ordered several items, all have come well packed with no damage. Very pleased with all items.
One item was backed ordered and took longer than I wished, but I was notified when I placed the order and I was willing to Wait for restocking time frame.

Previously shopped this website. Service, prices and products have been outstanding! Made a previous order, & TOTALLY our fault, had to return product. We received a full (100%) refund! Hence, our current/future order(s). By the way, Jazel is AWESOME! Thanks

A pop up comes up to put in your email to receive a 25% discount. It then gives you a code but does not let you use the code because there is more than one item in the cart which was there before the pop up. The pop up should not come up if you can't use it.

Your shopping cart was easy to edit and the shortcut to PayPal was a good UX--virtually no form fill or anything. Really painless quick experience--and you're still stocking the discontinued Kichler Hard Strip LED lights, so I was relieved to be able to find them!

There was no message explaining why I wasn't given the option of placing my order. I finally went into my account and filled out everything and then when back into my order and re-entered my payment info and then I was able to place it. I also couldn't reach anyone when I was having trouble.

I phoned because there were other models of remote controls listed for our ceiling fan. The person I spoke to had absolutely no knowledge of the product and in fact told me that Modern Fan Company is not a company! Eventually despite her I figured out what I needed. How frustrating to call (live chat was not available), wait and then speak to an incompetent person.

This was my 2nd order placed with Louie Lighting. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the service provided. Easy to navigate, site is laid out well, huge selection of high quality in stock products, and great pricing to boot. My only regret is not finding Louie Lighting sooner! This is my 100% honest opinion and review. Buy from them, you will thank yourself for doing so.

I purchase two items from Louie lighting items 91021 and 91014. Louie Lighting arrive on time they were packed extremely well and they look absolutely beautiful in my dining room. The customer service was great and I'd advise anyone if you're looking for items sold at this company I strongly suggest you purchase it from them. The photos are exact replicas of the products they sell. If you like the photo you will definitely like the the items that you purchased.

Purchased hanging warehouse light. Received light without wire guard. Contacted them and Louie Lighting advised that it was not included even though it is shown in their display picture. Advised it was an additional $30. When I advised customer service representative that the wire guard is listed as a included part in the instructions for the assembly and installation of the light, she advised that she didn't print the instruction. Deceptive advertising and absolutely no customer service. BEWARE this company...

Horrible customer service, cannot reach anyone Louie Lighting will not contact you back when there is an issue with an order. I ordered two lights paying over $425.00. I only received one light from my order, not the two I ordered.
I had to return the one I received as it was too small for my space. I returned it as directed per the website, with tracking, but have no refund, or exchange for the item. The other light was never delivered. No one will contact me and when you call them, it is only a recording saying go to website when you call them. I have sent multiple emails asking for someone to please contact me about this, no reply.
Now since I had to return the smaller one light I received I have no lights and am out the money. Like $450.00.

I have witnesses only 1 light was delivered originally, as they go to an office to accept all packages.
I just want my lights I paid for. The correct ones. I did need to exchange the smaller one but cnat even get anyone to help with it.
If someone will contact me and correct my order from Louie Lighting I will revise the review. But so far horrible company to deal with - stay away!
