Legacy Touch

I love the necklace with my father's finger print. It helps me to deal with his loss. I wished there would have been something like this 28 years ago when I lost my mother. It's beautiful and reminds of his love every time I wear it.

3 family members all got a piece of jewelry and/or a keepsake with my moms fingerprint on it. We all love our keepsakes, but my main reason for not giving 5 stars is the pricing on the rings. I don't know if it is the process of getting the finger print onto the ring or what but paying $500+ for a sterling silver ring was tough to swallow. Unfortunately I really only wear rings so that felt like the only option for me. My brother got a pocket knife and my sister in law got a lovely pendant necklace, both of those items were around $200 each. I have purchased enough jewelry over the years that I just don't understand that high price tag for a sterling silver ring of an average width, and if you want any other type of metal it is an even higher price.
I did have a couple questions during the purchase and customer service was prompt and friendly.
Overall it was a good experience and if I could give 4.5 stars I would but a half star is not an option.

Extremely disappointed! Mom ordered the kershaw knife for me to celebrate my dads life after his passing. Paid $289.00 for a $50.00 knife. The flyer from Legacy Touch showed the knife with the loved ones name, birth date and date of death. My sister added the monogram to the order thinking it would be on the opposite side of my dads name and dates. Received knife, it did not have dads name and dates on it. It's just an overpriced knife with initials on it, not a remembrance of dads life. Called Legacy Touch, no empathy, didn't care. I asked if it could be sent back to have dads name and dates put on it. Legacy Touch said no.

I got my necklace the day of my Grammys funeral. I am in love with it the only thing I don't like is that the birth stone charm has already tarnished after 2 weeks of wear. I guess it isn't sterling silver like the finger print. Otherwise I'm happy with my order. The picture I uploaded is from the first day I got it.

It turned out perfect. It is a gift for my mother who has never gotten over the passing of my father. It's going to be a wonderful Christmas present for her. She's going to love it. I know I did and my sister loved it too.

Our children asked that I get their dad's fingerprint at the funeral home. I was given the brochure with a pin number to order what Legacy Touch wanted. Of course I couldn't have a copy of the fingerprint but this company can. They are taking advantage of people left and right in their time of grief. We would never order a piece of jewelry from them at their prices. The exact pieces can be purchased for 1/4 their price elsewhere. My advice is to make your funeral director furnish you with a paper copy of your loved one's print unless you have plenty of money to play with.

Yes it is a little expensive but well worth it to have a part of my mom with me all the time and it was very good quality, had to get a diffrent chain for the pendant but only becouse it was a little small/flimsy and I don't want to take a chance on losing it. I am in love with it!

Purchased the neckless for my mother after my father passed. It was expensive but I thought for the closeness she would feel having my dads finger print close to her heart it would be worth it. I was surprised at how small the locket actually was when it arrived, however mom is a small lady so the size was perfect. Maybe a little misleading in the brochure but otherwise very happy with my purchase.

I love my necklace; it's a sweet remembrance of my mom. It's comforting to put my finger against her fingerprint. I think of how her hands cared for me over the years and all the work that was accomplished by her hands. I wish I could afford this in gold. The silver is very pretty and I was not disappointed. Website was easy to navigate and my order was processed and received promtly.

After receiving my pendent w/ my husband's finger print I order our grandsons keyrings. It was a little pricey for a keyring but Legacy Touch turned out nice. I think our 17 & 20 yr old grandsons will like them when they receive them for Christmas. They were very close to their PopPop.

I got a ring with my fathers fingerprint on it and a little sentimental quote he'd say to me inscribed inside. I feel like I have a little piece of his spirit with me everyday, wherever I go. Thank you Legacy Touch.

I know I made a mistake in the year but after spending almost 1400 in month due to the lost of two loved ones all I could get was a 50% off. I will rethink next time a love one passes away. As it being February I accidentally put 2020 instead of 2021 but was still upset at the lost of my father now have something I won't show anyone as it is wrong

When I think of my husband, I find myself reaching up for my pendant and when I place my heart pendant between my index finger and thumb, I can feel my husband's digital print and it gives me a sense like I'm actually feeling his fingers intertwined with mine. It's a little thing but it feels so comforting.

I received my pendant within the week. Customer service had excellent communication with me and even called me at some point along the production process. I've been wearing the piece since I got it and it's beautiful. It feel heavy and well worth the money spent as I worried a lot over it. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My shipment was never received and customer service was exceptional and quick at getting the problem resolved and shipping my pendant out quickly. Legacy Touch even went the extra mile to ship it overnight. Thank you for being so courteous!

I bought this necklace for my niece, its the heart shaped necklace with her mom's birthstone. I just mailed it to her and hope it last. This necklace was VERY expensive, I think that the price I paid was ridiculous! You can't afford to buy anything else for your family unless your a millionaire. For this price, $415.00 it should be made out of 14K gold.

I lost both my parents in 18 months, and I wanted to get a front/back heart or oval with one fingerprint on each side. Legacy Touch only offer double sided with the dog tag and I didn't want that. So I got two hearts (one offset) and wear them on the same chain. I have their names, dates, and a sentiment on each as well. I do think that I will get a heavier-weight chain though, with the cost of the hearts I certainly don't want to lose them! Although overpriced, I am happy to have this lasting memorial of two of the most wonderful people that ever lived.

I ordered bookmarks with my mom's fingerprint as a keepsake for myself, my son and other family members. Legacy Touch are beautiful and high quality and I became tearful looking at them and touching her print. Thank you for this perfect keepsake that will be placed in our Bibles.

I only have this company 3 stars because the shipping process was HORRIBLE! Legacy Touch chose to use FedEx. Our order got lost and traveled around the US for almost 3 weeks. Nobody could find it and it was so frustrating! We finally received the necklace and it was BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with the product itself... but goodness gracious... thank God we weren't trying to get the next day torn around to have it at our family members funeral, because it would not have showed up. And when you are already grieving... stuff like this makes things worse. The company did say they would have replaced the order if Fedex wouldn't have found the package, which is good... just frustrated that it had to almost come to that point!

A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart. I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

I wanted to get a necklace with a fingerprint for my loved one and it was very expensive. After reading some of the reviews, decided not to due to the lack of quality of the product. Decided to look for another company.

The first ring arrived with a noticeable black line in the ring. Although the process was pretty involved with getting it sent back and inspected to be fixed or replaced legacy touch was quick and replaced the ring with no additional cost and the customer service was excellent very timely and communicated every step of the way on what the status was with the ring. Definitely recommend this company Legacy Touch do beautiful work

The quality of this item is pretty much top notch. And I was a little surprised that it also came with a key ring if you don't want to use the chain. My only issue was the cost. I think it's a bit expensive. But it's my father's print for my daughter, and she really wanted it. If it weren't for the cost, I would have given it more than 5 stars if possible. All in all though, I'm very pleased with the item. Thank you!

Just what I needed while I grieve the loss of my mom. It's beautiful and exactly as ordered. The package was sure to keep it safe during shipping and also as the years pass. What a beautiful remembrance of my mom!

I was hoping that the fingerprint would be engraved in deeper so it wouldn't wear down. It looks like it is just drawn on top of the knife handle and in time will fade away, which is very disappointing. I bought this for my kids after their dad passed away and was hoping ot would last them forever.

I was very pleased the funeral home took my husbands finger prints, so that I had the option to buy and wear it in any shape of charm LegacyTouch had to offer. Too bad the gold ones were overpriced because I would have chosen that one. But the Silver tone is fine and I have my hubby's hard working fingerprint close to my heart. But I miss him and his voice every minute of the day since 28 April, 2020. Thank you very much

I ordered the sterling silver tear drop pendant with premium bail and 24" silver cable chain. The pendant is beautiful and of course very special since it contains my daughters fingerprint. The entire front is polished silver. The fingerprint is recessed into the pendant and the ridges are 3D, you can actually feel them. The ridge background is darker to help you see the print. The back of the pendant is not polished, but a brushed silver. I put a monogram on mine, which is again cut into the pendant and slightly darker for readability. The premium bail was not quite what I thought it was going to be, but it is as pictured. The ring at the top of the pendant is very small and so is the ring on the bail, so occasionally it will catch awkwardly. The cable chain is nice, nothing special. Their items are quite expensive! But it is truly one of a kind and I am glad I have it.

I purchased 2 different products, both great, except for the heart shape ern necklace. The seal came off once, after I took it to the funeral home to get it filled with my dads ashes and was told it was completely sealed. I was able to get it replaced through the website in a short period of time. I put in the seal myself to be sure it did not happen again, but if I am not constantly making sure that the seal does not come off again, or fear of it happening again, the seal would of fallen out already. I will not purchase this product from them again.

The other necklace that I purchased was for my daughter. She choose the army dog tags which she loves and wears proudly everywhere she goes.

This was the first time we ordered cremation urn pendants for a family and Legacy Touch are absolutely beautiful.

Unlike other cremation urn pendants on the market, these pendants hold a larger portion of ashes and I think that makes these even more special.

The quality is fairly good but extremely pricey knowing most people are purchasing for deceased loved one and want to memorialize them with something nice, could be little more reasonably priced. The turnaround time was very quick.
