Kyvno

I love my Kyvno bed. Having the ability to sit up to read in bed, and to have my head raised when not feeling well. No fighting with pillows to get the right height to be able to breath. Recommend this bed to all my friends. My power supply drowned in Imelda and the folks in the service department were very patient and kind in helping me get a replacement.

The website was user-friendly and provided the information we needed to make our purchase.

We ordered the split king bed and initially only received the mattresses. Denise, on the Kyvno Care Team worked with FedEx to locate the frames and ended up shipping a replacement shortly after I contacted her! The frame was delivered today and we are looking forward to a good nights sleep!

Having purchased my Kyvno adjustable bed several years ago for my wife I found I benefited from it as much as she did. Great product at a very reasonable price was only the beginning. Kyvno has set themselves apart with the very best customer service you could imagine. Whenever I have a question or problem large or small, this company respond imeditly to resolve the situation. My new bed is in the process of being shipped to me amid the Covid situation. I have had two live chats and an email interaction with the Kyvno employees and Kyvno have been extremely helpful. I was told that there may be a delay and a couple of shipments due to the virus, but we have received 3 of our 4 boxes this week in a very timely manner and the 4th should be here tomorrow. The whole process has been very fast. If the bed is as good as their customer service and fast delivery I will be an extreme pleased customer. Thank you for your good service!

Fed Ex only partially delivered my order, but tracking says the entire shipment was delivered.

Kyvno provides excellent customer service and is there for the customer even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience Erica provided during the purchase and delivery of the bed. She was available and provided answers. After about 3 months of owning this great bed one of the remotes started to malfunction and was probably due to user error. However when I contacted Erica at Kyvno to see about purchasing a new remote, she advised that she was just going to send me a new one. That was it! No hassle, no troubles just great care.

Nice shopping experience, would have been great to have a better Cyber-discount or maybe some freebies thrown in to the order. I'm excited to try it

PRO'S: Service was great, product is of good quality, having an ajustable bed is a luxury. Spouse not waking me up when tossing and turning. Warranty & Return policy outstanding. Doesn't really need a mattress topper.
CON'S: The mattress has a tendency to slide somewhat off the base when I move around. Comfort of the mattress to be determined in time.

Everything has been great except for price changing from $1399. 00 in Amazon cart to $1599. 00.

It's easy and delivery is good! This is my second time ordering a bed, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a ajustable bed. It is comfortable and best price in the market!

I wanted more details about the bed however I did purchase anyway. The warranty is very weak.

Well my assumption is the frame part is coming tomarrow? Bed was delivered today's and assume the frame etc will be tomorrow?

Initially bought the adjustable bed to help in my wife's recovery from surgery and did not believe it would be the bed for me, boy was I wrong. I'm getting the best sleep ever. However I did have a minor problem with one of the remote control units. As soon as I notified
Kyvno Kyvno began acting to correct the problem. I have never had a company respond to my request so quickly and efficiently. Great product at a very reasonable cost with great service to boot. I recommend them to everyone. Keep up the great work Kyvno.

Easy so far. I was going to contact you. One of my remotes down buttons on the head works interment. We setup the and are very happy and comfortable.

We are still waiting to get the bed. Somewhere I suppose fedex has both of the ones I ordered before thanksgiving.

We have purchased 2 Kyvno beds, one for our primary home, a split king and a queen bed we purchased for our room at our son-in-law and daughters home. We loved our Kyvno king bed so much we bought a queen a couple years later for our room our daughter and son-in-law set aside for us in their new home. Had a problem with one of the base lift motors a couple years after the purchase of the queen. Kyvno's warranty is the real deal, a very nice and polite representative, Erica, took care of our problem quickly. Great product, very comfortable, incredible value, and a company that stands behind their product without a hassle. I did not think such companies existed anymore!

This bed is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The quality is great and it is so comfortable. I adjust the bed to an incline every night which is my new favorite way to sleep. I can't recommend this product enough!

Comfortable, very adjustable, helps with neck issues, acid reflux and back. Love to read in bed. This bed is perfect for that. I would do a commercial for it!

I can truly say this is the best company I have ever purchased from. Kyvno were super quick answering any and all questions I had prior to purchasing the split king Kyvno and had me at ease knowing I was making a good choice as well as assuring me if I was unhappy for any reason during the sleep trial I could send it back no questions ask no fees etc. But trust me~ you WONT be unhappy! We have had this bed for a little over a year and couldn't be happier. I have had every mattress out there from tempurpedic, sleep number, different memory foam and gel mattresses and I can tell you this is the absolute BEST. My husband and I both have pain in different areas and the split king is perfect for each of our needs. Not to mention the wonderful customer service, they literally will go above and beyond and have several times for us. It's been over a year and they are still happy to answer questions and help me in purchasing a bed frame to ensure the Kyvno would fit. The purchasing was an absolute breeze! No fuss and I received by bed so fast. They treat me like I am VIP anytime I speak to someone. I can't say enough about this great company from their team members to the quality of their product! This is the only review I have ever written but this is how highly I think of Kyvno and my experience.

I haven't slept through the night in a couple of years, always waking up at least two times with hip and shoulder pain. I have had the bed 2 days and have slept through the night both nights. There was a storm last night with thunder evidently and I didn't hear a thing. I also told myself "I don't really need the adjustable part, I'll probably not event use that." I tried the zero gravity and was amazed at the comfort especially since I'm have some hip pain. It was great. Maybe I will use zero gravity!

When our split king bed arrived only one side operated as it should. Apparently the control box needed to be replaced. But we called Kyvno and spoke with Denise who was more than willing to help resolve the problem. We received the new control box pretty quickly & now our bed is functioning well! We really enjoy this bed! Thank you!

Add information about sheets for the King Split bed. The base of the split king should be a little wider because the mattress is hanging over the sides of the base.

Taking long time to get my bed. It was estimated to be delivered last Thursday then Friday then Monday still no bed. The remote control was delivered on Sunday.

I found this company though Amazon but I was happy that I was able to save on shipping by ordering though the company itself. The only downside to the whole process is shipping via FedEx... I wish it was shipped via UPS. Otherwise, well packaged, impressive 12 inch mattresses and nice upholstered bases. Set up was quick, easy to operate. First impression: impressive.

Fairly easy! But upon check out the summary page doesnt tell me the final amt Im paying with Taxes!?! Confused!
