I like their merchandise, but unfortunately I will not buy from them anymore because shipping has been VERY unreliable and everything arrives very late, after rescheduling multiple times. I tried to complain, maybe get a different shipping option, but the supervisor at costumer service really didn't care about my order, my problem. Bye KJordan

I have had my Original Account for at least a year. I received 2 different statements, both had 2 different balances. Anytime I charge something, I use the Account Number that was assigned to me. So how did K.Jordan open a new account for me when I charged something? And they explained that, unfortunately it happens. Why did they do this without my knowledge? That has never happened, and I am not ok with it. Why should I be responsible for their mistake? And got 2 of the rudest Customer Service Reps. I loved this Company, but after this incident, I will close my account.

LADIES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. ANGELA, BRENDA AND EVEN STEPHANIE FROM MANAGEMENT HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! WALMART HAS BETTER QUALITY ON CLOTHES!

I ordered a shirt for $45 when the shirt arrived it was of very poor quality. I returned the shirt and was only refunded $25. And when I called to inquire why I was'nt refunded my total balance. I spoke with a supervisor who told me about alot of unnecessary fees I was charged for returning the poor quality shirt
The supervisor shouted and hung up on me. I have unsubscribed from every catalog associated with Kjordan. I will never buy from them ever again.

Retired from USPS, 66 in May i purchased 2 dresses the same day the magazine came. After 2 strokes i am visually impaired. All my clothes were gone since hurricane Florence. I call and explained how this would be my only dress and how being depressed i want to buy it straight out. I ordered 2 different dresses and used my debit card. (No problem right? He ask for my account number. I told him i don't have one. This is the first time i'm calling! After paying $111.00 he tells me K.Jordan may try to make me make payments! I say how i just bought it. I recied a bouble order; i called them as i returned the package. I was charged also! The manager talked to me( like she's talking to her kids). She pretended to hang up as i'm looking on the back of the paper for some help. She returned $70.00 and charge a fee for all of this ober $13.00. I spent $100.00 waiting for legal aid (crickets)! I would like to just pay what a lawyer would get but they will not listen to me. The scam was treating me as if i can't afford too! Ps: Massy uses the same people in billing! Massey never stopped me from buying straight out! What's really going on? Thank You yall... going to need therapy when this is all over! Because of K Jordan i will not be able to shop at either store! JUST GREEDY!

Even if K.Jordan send you the wrong items they still make you pay for shipping! This company is a rip off!

So I received their catolog today. So while I was on hold trying to talk to someone about if K.Jordan had petite sizes was on hold for 6 mins BTW. I came across this review site. WOW NOONE likes their clothes. Thanks for sharing your reviews it can make a huge difference in someone's choice to make a purchase

I ordered 6 or 7 things. Every single item was dollar store quality. I didn't need to open the plastic wrappers. Filled out the return slips, taped it back up, and sent them back. Really can't justify spending 40 - 60 dollars on such terrible quality. On top of that, they're still trying to get me to pay for it.

I placed an order with them a week ago (and applied for credit at the same time) and got an email that I was approved. The status of my order on the site still says "credit pending". The day after I ordered, I saw all the bad reviews and requested that K.Jordan cancel my order and request for credit. They said since it was processing they couldn't do that (but it's not marked processing, it's marked credit pending), but that they'd try and that I needed to keep checking back to see if it cancels. I've checked back every day and it still says "pending". Since the order hasn't been processed or shipped, there is no reason they can't cancel my order. I emailed them today and I got the same automated response. Customer service is terrible! Beware, this seems like a scam to me. I took an inquiry on my credit report for nothing!

Received K. Jordan magazine for the first time, was about to place an order, however, decided to read the reviews first. Wow! The majority of customers that have ordered are truly unhappy with this company. So I decided NOT to go this venue and destroyed the application and trashed the magazine, I never entertain any company with such Negative results. Thanks but no Thanks!
