Very disappointed! I am a Kirkland fan but….
Online store shopping is disaster! Their website tells you if you shop above $45 shipping is free and then There is no way to know if the stock is available online, and when I called costumer service Kirkland's ask me to check nearby store. What is the point of online shopping if I have to call store one by one for my items availability and also go and pickup in store?

Shipments are taking FOREVER!
I bought some decorations for Christmas at the beginning of November, almost 30 days have passed and I never received any email with updates, when I go to check my order it only says PROCESSING.
The ladies at costumer service have been super nice but obviously Kirkland's can't help much, and the worst thing is that I can't cancel and get my money back until they send my order.
It is so frutrating and more because THERE IS NO ONE WHO WILL HELP YOU!

Terrible online purchase and return policy
I placed an order online. Less than 24 hrs later I called to verify details on the item not available online. It was a wrong product. I asked to cancel but was told cancellation was only within 30 minutes. Items were a gift which made it frustrating for the gift recipients. Took a week for the order to ship and my return immediately. What a process just to cancel an item. Refund was not initiated until I called 2 weeks after item was returned. Refund was received 5 days later less shipping charges which was not indicated anywhere in the process. I could have had item returned to the store. Makes you value AMAZON so much more. Very rude customer service personnel except one person who responded to my late refund. Take your business elsewhere, not worth your tax dollars!

Please whatever you do never order from this place. All my merchandise wasn't delivered to my house. Then Kirkland's tell me it nothing can do item cost $284.99. And there's nothing you can do. The devil is a lier. It wasn't never sent out with my other item.

Worst e commerce business ever
This is now the second time I have had issues with on line ordering with Kirkland's and Kirkland's will never get another order from me again. Back in October I ordered fall stuff that they said was shipped and it wasn't. Well past the date they said I would receive I contacted them again and they said they didn't know why I got a notification that it was shipped cause it was still pending at their end. When asked if I could cancel they said no because it was at their warehouse. The order finally arrived the week before I was ready to take my fall decorations down. So next order I placed nov. 23rd and it again said it has shipped these items were for Christmas. As I had not received again after getting notices that it shipped I reached out to customer service last week and they said it was sitting at their warehouse and they would check with their supervisor and get it straightened out. Yesterday I got a notice they received my return...? Like what.? I called customer service again and said I didn't return anything I am awaiting my shipment still. She says let me look into. Oh I see what happened. It looks like someone else got your items and they returned and we processed the claim. I am like well why didn't they get shipped to me if they were returned? She says let me see if I can get them for you. Then she proceeds to say oh I am sorry none of these items are in stock now so your order has been cancelled. So I placed my order on November 23rd anticipating for Christmas; have been told along they were going to be delivered and as of December 15th now my order was cancelled!, Kirkland's lost a valuable customer today. Horrible experience the whole way around. Bottom line. They do it once, they do it twice they will do it again. For me... never again!

Worst customer service
I order an item from online and I choose pick up in the store my order arrived to the Kirkland on hall rd I went to pick it up and my baby was with me so I decided to call so Kirkland's can curb side my order I called and they left me on hold for 11 minutes and the call got disconnected so I had to call again and she told me hold again I told her I was on hold for 11 minutes her answer was she have line inside the store and she had to take care of them and she told me if I want to come back later they provide curb side and they don't know how it works. The worst customer service

Customer service
I tracked my package and it said my package was delivered to my front porch. I get home and it's not there nor is there anything on my camera. I call Kirklands customer service and get told I need to dispute it on my credit card and reorder. Are you kidding me!? What kind of customer service is this!? I'll never buy from here again!

The pay sucks!
Kirkland work their employees like a sweat shop its hot as hell in the store. You're lifting heavy ass furniture and mirrors all day including pictures, building shelves, bringing merchandise to floors, climbing ladders putting up heavy items on the walls, while managing to ring up customers and having to do curbside pick up which is ridiculous! This job is horrible! This is a multi million dollar company and Kirkland's pay their employees like $#*!! What I make in a day is what 1 of their less expensive pictures cost! They are down your back about signing customers up for credit cards and to reward the employees we get chips and water! News to kirklands if you want employees to care give them a living wage and show them u care! We want money not some cheap ass snacks!

Very Rude Sales Person
I ordered something online so I could have a curbside pick up when I called that I was there so Kirkland's could bring it out the lady by the name of Susie answer the and very ugly saying we have a very long line of customers it's going to be a long while before we can take it out. So I go in there was only 2 people checking out witch she was checking someone out and another girl. When I told the other young lady the person was very rude on the phone Susie started raising her voice at me in front of her customers saying she was not Rude on the phone and rolled her eyes at me.

This debacle started when I placed an online order to a store in Indianapolis (Ft Wayne did not have stock). My daughter was going to pick it up, but I decided to cancel the order the day after I placed it. When I called the store Kirkland's said, "Your daughter need to make a return" - She never picked my order up! "Well, sorry that's what she needs to do." After arguing with them, they finally agreed to give me a STORE credit!?! Fine, I ordered a clock for $112. I live in Indiana, after 2 weeks I checked to see where my clock was and Fedex Tracking showed it in Canada. I chatted with customer service who told me it was a Fedex issue and my responsibility to call Fedex. I did, they said Kirklands put too many bar codes on the package. That was a week ago, Fedex just called me to say that because Kirklands put the wrong bar codes on the package, it was delivered to someone in Ontario Canada. I go back to Kirklands customer svc and she says, well now it's between you and your bank to get your money back. SERIOUSLY?! Kirklands is now checking to see IF they can refund or replace my order. I believe the problem is they hire 20-somethings who have NO idea the value of treating your customer like they are valued! Grrrrrrrrrrr!
