Has to be the worst place you can possibly go eat I went and ordered 14 piece meal got home and it was a 6 piece and paid $44.59 unbelievable! Never again

After visiting KFC in Iceland i have to say if I was reviewing UK Kentucky fries I would give 1 star but Iceland Kentucky fries would get 5 stars all day long

Unreal I go to get food on 1/13/22 didn't get all I purchased come back next day and I get told today that KFC aren't open they don't have enough workers. When asked what time they will open since they open now at 2-10 was told idk maybe 4. What the heck is wrong with this place. Never have the food you order never have orders correct then the hours are changed from 10:30 till 2-10 and still don't open at said time. Unreal the one on sunset In Waukesha wi highly suggest you travel some place better if you want quality service and to be able to eat!

I visited the KFC on Schillinger's Rd. In Mobile #J718281@5:31 PM. 12/27/2021 Ticket#1237! I asked if KFC had any freshly made Pot Pies and was told by Courtney, the drive-thru teller and she said yes! I continued to look on the board to add another order of a breast & wing but only saw a combo for a breast & wing. I told her I just wanted to add that and not a combo and how much would that be? Her response was; I don't know until I add it to the order in a very nasty tone that sounded like she was having a bad day or did not want to be there or did not want to serve customers tactfully! I have a right to ask a question, so I said add it and I will come on through. I should have said, that's Okay and went somewhere else that had time to take the order as I wanted it. The manager or person in charge asked me what was the problem and I told her and she said; my questions were confusing and she heard the conversation and it was confusing to her too because she is fixing the food. My question was simple; can I add a wing & breast without paying for the combo; a simple YES OR NO would have been the answer, There were no cars behind me, so I asked if there is a time limit to making an order and she said 70 seconds; I have never heard of such and on top of that I did not get the drink I ordered and had to wait another 7 mins for the drink. Got home, the chicken was cold and looked as though it had been fried for some time and not under a light, the pot-pie was unfit to eat; chalky, cold, no chicken and appeared old too. I live 10-15 minutes from the store, so it should not have been as cold as it was upon my arrival! My Grandson threw the breast & wing away and I have just thrown away $12.08!. I hate the reputation of KFC has gone down the drain. Never Again!

So many menus here widgets types of burgers chicken without bone the taste of their chicken skin always gets me

I don't even have words to tell you how much bad their food is, the food is bland and unseasoned its cold most of the time and KFC wont do anything about it

Kfc in gordano regularly gives short measures never get a full pot of gravy got home there was less than half a pot again. Cant provide proof of purchase as again no reciept available?

Your biscuits are hard as a rock and every time I try to eat them I'm scared KFC might break my tooth

About twice a year, I settle for KFC because it's the only local chicken place. EVERY time, the chicken tastes like the fryers, very oily and there's other food in the gravy. Quite disgusting and waste of about a meal and $30 or so.

The extra crispy was not double dipped for the crispness. I know cause I used to work at a KFC. You people are going to loose a lot of customers if you don't retrain these people. I have friends in Moundsville, WV. That says the same thing about KFC. Your food is horrible. Cournel Sanders is probably rolling over in his grave. You are ruining his name. KFC was always my favorite chicken place to eat. But if I can't get extra Chrispy chicken then what is the point. I hope you can fix this problem before you go belly up and loose everything. I know a lot of people that quit going to KFC cause of the chicken. I pray you do something about it before it is too late. It's a shame cause I grew up with KFC. Thank you.
