HORRIBLE. Never got my order. Nobody knows anything. Your "manager" or " ambassador" KappaCrew just block you on social media and never have an answer. Don't buy from them. You are better of getting something descent at target. BTW they are overpriced and not good looking either. Don't waste your money.

I love how KappaCrew brand mission that's why i purchased one of their products since they're helping save Ocean and it's marine life KappaCrew always respond on time and i love how they assist me about the process for being an Ambassador. Though the shipping took like 2-3 weeks and i understand it due to pandemic but i got my Swimsuit and I'm so excited to wear it, it's so amazing being one of their Ambassador

I see a lot of people getting over dramatic here, my package was late to deliver, however, I talked with them and it's completely understandable, they're a relatively young brand and with that comes problems KappaCrew need to solve with worldwide logistics to give us customers the best experiences. I trust them and believe in them, they also informed me they are working on the logistics problem and already have a USA warehouse in Texas for select products and are working on moving all their stock to that location to provide 2-5 day shipping. All in all, my package was delayed but once it arrived I was very happy with it and the team at KappaCrew! I'm excited to watch this business grow, perfecting their systems and I will be there to watch there success at every step along the way. Godspeed KappaCrew, love you guys!

I heard about KappaCrew through a friend because I loved her bikini. To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first because of some of the reviews, but I personally had a great experience. I looove the fit and the color looks amazing! It also arrived a lot faster than I expected it to but I guess shipping it always unpredictable. Would def reco this to anyone looking for a new bikini!

I recently bought 3 bikinis from KappaCrew and I love them! The shipping was a bit longer than expected but definitely worth it! The bikinis come in a cardboard box wrapped all pretty with some super cute stickers (I put them on my locker and my laptop). My bikinis fit really well and the colours are so beautiful! Buying one for my friends birthday next month!

I ordered 2 bikinis and a necklace and the tote bag and KappaCrew were even better than I expected. Also came with stickers which was a nice bonus!

It took them 3 months for them to ship, when KappaCrew finally shipped, the import fees had changed and I had to pay double the price - they trick you into paying the highest shipping fee I have ever experienced. I thankfully got out of the collab, do not buy.

I would like to say that I'm a supporter of small businesses that I gave KappaCrew a try. KappaCrew reached out to me on Instagram and asked me to be an ambassador. Looking at the website it expresses women from any background who enjoys themselves and has a feeling of belonging in a group. I thought the concept sounds wonderful. The recruiter continuously direct messaged me. The recruiter gave me a promo of $100 off any bathing suit, which all the bathing suit is about $100 and up. You'll have to pay for shipping of $25 and once I placed the order on February 10th and the order had a tracking. It did not ship for 2 months that I thought it was a scam. I sent an email to *******@kappacrew.com and it was not a real email. So, I just waited until it finally arrived in April. The bathing suit came in a plastic bag. As I am looking at the material, it looks alright. The inner lining on the top is cheap. The left strap has a marking and a tear. If I could return and get a refund I would, but since I cannot I'm here writing a review on the type of service I received and the quality of the item. The top has the poor stitching. The customer service and the quality of bathing suit is terrible and I will not be buying anything from this company anymore.

The company reached out to me to model their swimwear. I ordered 2 sets of bikinis and KappaCrew are an absolute My order came in less than a week. I'd recommend everyone to order from this company. I love their packaging, I felt like an influencer while I was opening it. Their support and brand managers are very helpful and they get back to you really fast. How amazing! Would love to order more soon.

I was asked to be an ambassador, and was hesitant. Now I am super sad I had to pay for shipping. Took 3 months to arrive, came from CHINA not anywhere beachy like KappaCrew make you think. The bracelets I got, wore them for not even a full day and they are discolored. Crap quality. Do not fall for this scam.

My package was never shipped I've been waiting over two months now and no one wants to reply this is a bad business KappaCrew can't just return my money because this is ridiculous.

I think it's really misconstruing that KappaCrew put on their website that the swimsuits are expensive and nice and promise their shoppers that they will love their swimsuit, and when they receive it it is cheap, flimsy, and I'll-fitting. Not to mention that the shipping cost is inflated to account for the free promo codes, so you're really just making money off of the shipping. Just seems really shady to me. Customer service refused to refund me as well. Bad business all around

I love the quality of their bikinis and their missions towards saving our marine life. KappaCrew are so accommodating with all of my questions <3 i loved to recommend them to my friends!

I received a code and ended up paying $25 for a bikini. It took 2 months to arrive. It wasn't worth even $1. The size was incorrect and wasn't even close to the photo or description. No one responded to my request to return/exchange/ or refund.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my bikini, almost 3 months now. Their tracking is not accurate and customer support does not respond in 12 hours like their website says. Do not buy from here it feels like a scam website.

Ordered swimsuit April 2020, it's now Feb 2021 it never came :( KappaCrew took my money and sent me a fake tracking number and then never replied to any of my follow up emails

Their swimsuits and bikinis are very cute and of amazing quality, their shipping is quick and efficient, and KappaCrew help the ocean with part of the money from the brand which is awesome.

Got offered a bikinimodelling deal with Kappa Crew. KappaCrew offered free bikini but only pay postage, which was more than the bikini itself. Then came offer for ambassador deal. Half price bikinies no postage and free set for a friend. Bought few. Paid all. Never got them nor tracking info or nothing. Weeks went pass, no info no emails. All the helpful personal messages on instagram ended to my payment. Scam. Do not fall for it.

I purchased bikini in March. Never got it - its August. No communication from support. I am glad I paid with PayPal, which did refunded my money.

I love KappaCrew! Great brand that I enjoy wearing. Once my friends introduced me to them, and after I got my first purchase from them I've been in love!

If i could give them a 0 i would. I ordered my swimsuit a month ago and still don't even have a tracking number. I've reached out on instagram and KappaCrew told me to email support and my email got blocked to them. I tried responding to my initial order confirmation email and that got blocked too. They're claiming covid as a reason for this but i paid $25 for 7-14 business day shipping and it has been over a month since i placed my order. Don't waste your time!

Along with many other individuals on this thread, I also was contacted with a coupon code through Instagram to purchase a suit. I chose one that I liked and applied the code and still had to pay for shipping which was $24.95. I then got a confirmation email of my order and my card was charged immediately. I then thought about it and came online and read reviews, well I then decided I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed them at *******@kappacrew.com which was the email at the bottom of my confirmation email and I received an email back saying that the email wasn't valid. I then tried to email *******@kappacrew.com (which KappaCrew claim someone answers within 12 hours) well it's been 10 days and I can't cancel my order, talk to someone, and no suit. PLEASE do not fall for this scam! It looks real up front but DO NOT buy it!
