Hi everyone, I have recently purchased necklace in December 2010 now early end of January 2021 I still haven't received anything and there's no one to contact JoyAmo don't even have company phone number I don't want any one else go through what I been through!

Order a necklace for Christmas have not received it now telling me it will be a 30% fee for canceling this is ridiculous

No contact no item and I paid for fast track delivery
Scam artists. I have cut my losses

I think it a scam, adders is in New Castle, phone in Cambridge, watsapp in US. no-one answering the phone or e-mail.

Does anybody have a phone number to contact these people, I live in UK... Purchased a chain for the Mrs heard nothing since other than an email offering discount on further purchases

No idea where my parcel is? JoyAmo don't answer the phone. They don't keep you updated! Waited over 10 days and still don't have my item

I ordered a custome 14k yellow gold necklace, brushed finish on the name plate. JoyAmo sent me a gold plated one not brushed. Been going back and forth with this company via text messages and emails. They couldn't see the difference once again I ordered a textured name plate and got a flat plain one. But with all the close up pics I sent they were still unable to see the difference. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally noticed the difference. Asked me to send the necklace back and they will send me the correct one. After all the back and forth I don't even care for the necklace anymore. I know I lost money, but with their unprofessionalism I gave up...
