Hate the way the delivery price seems to get bumped up right at the end making the total price higher than you wanted to pay, but some beautiful items, so like s rabbit in headlights I'm dazzled and can't resist!

I have only just found you. Your stock is wonderful, bright and beautiful so far I haven't seen anything i don like. Thank goodness for your beautiful stock. I can't wait for my order to arrive, and I can feel it.

Very high postage and difficult to search for specific items as Irisruby are not named. I had to scroll through all the gloves to find the ones on my mums Xmas list as she had to identify the item by the reference number.

Taking a leap of faith as not ordered here before - the site seems good and easy to navigate - we shall see how well the products turn out!

Not received the order yet - hoping that it will come soon for my granddaughters!

I wanted to look at more pages, only got up to around 20 of 136! The pages are easily lost when going over detail and you cannot get back to the page you were on without going through all the pages again. I hope the products prove worth it.

Products look good but l think you are Airyday using a different name and the purchases l made from them l sent back as the quality was terrible l am hoping this purchase is a much better quality, if it is as good as it looks online l will purchase more.

Since I discovered your site I have so much difficulty choosing what to buy. This is my second order in two days. I'm beyond excited I turn 70 in two days and this by far has been my favourite present to myself not to mention the Xmas gifts. I know you will be on my go to list thanks

I was unable to 'continue shopping' before going to the checkout as I wanted to purchase more items (and would, also as a result obtained free shipping) The company has lost out through fewer sales and I have missed out through not having free shipping. I suggest that the website is more 'friendly'

I found for most part the shopping experience fine, but the lack of clarity regarding shipping costs prior to purchase was very frustrating. It is impacting not being made clearer the cost and delivery period prior to placing an order, most sites now are clear about this, especially so close to Xmas.

I love the sense of style, colours and quirkiness of your clothes. This is the first time I have ordered from you (some are Christmas gifts) so really hope Irisruby arrive in time. Pretty please. Shopping has been straightforward and fun and look forward to re-visiting you again. Also am excited about my order.

Only after committing to order via PayPal did I find out that 'free shipping' was 10-20 business days (misses Christmas). I would have happily gone for an express delivery option and paid more for a pre-Christmas delivery, but that was not offered as an option. If delivery is actually before Christmas I will revise this.

If I may, I would like to ask a question. I have shop in Switzerland and all the items acquisted I shall sell in my shop. My question, is there a different price range for comercial buying. Please, let me know if there is a % and can you aply it on this order? Thanks for feedback Carmen Tanja

I do not appreciate placing an order for a stated price and authorising payment with PayPal only to discover that there is another £7.99 to pay for post and packing after placing the order. This should have been stated at the original checkout stage. The fact that the p&p for two light weight scarves is almost as much as one of the scarves makes me very annoyed

Found it hard to complete the order and even harder to pay. Am now concerned that I may have paid twice, since paying with paypal seemed not to register and led to an email saying I had ordered and not paid, so I then gave details of credit card to pay that way. My first time with Irisruby; the product looks excellent. Improve ordering process and quicker delivery.

It was tricky to checkout ended up going around in circles as wouldn't accept my address and then it seemed to process payment twice (I hope not but will check my statement)
Also the site said that I would get a 10% discount for my first order using the code IR10 but then wouldn't let me use the code provided?
The clothes ordered look fab though, looking forward to them arriving.

This is my first purchase from Irisruby and I am looking forward very much to receiving these lovely items. Your site is very exciting, your clothes are very colourful and here in the U. K I have not seen such beautiful clothes. Please send as soon as possible and if I am pleased with them, I will certainly be purchasing lots more and telling my family and friends about your site.;

Found the checkout page a bit confusing. Irisruby sent me an email saying I should have received my order, which I hadn't, but when I replied to that as suggested, the response was that I hadn't waited long enough! I was happy to wait, as it was not a long time, but it was their email which led me to expect the item sooner, which confused me. I suggest that you do not raise false eapectations, then people won't be disappointed.

3 stars because I thought the percentage scale of discounts were on all items- it doesn't seem to have added up that way. I only carried on with the order because the small pool of places where I can get ‘me' clothing in person is dispersed around the country and most of them are either not online at all or don't offer their broader range online. It could well have been a chair/keyboard interface error in interpretation but if the discounts had worked as I thought Irisruby would- at this stage of the order process the score would be 4. To get a 5 I would have liked to have seen and been able to order different colours of the same item screen not having to go back to a previous screen eg the long sleeve and patchwork tops in my order.

I am really looking forward to my parcel and hope to be able to give a higher score for the actual goods.
