Being a Saints fan, this was the perfect urn for him, I messed up and somehow ordered the Steelers. I contacted In Light Urns and explained what I had done, and without a second breath, I was told not to worry, and that they would ship me the correct helmet and assured me that I would have it on time, and they were also sending a prepaid return label for my mistake. We unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our baby girl before we even said hello, at just 21 weeks gestation she was perfect in every way. I ordered the urn and 2 pieces of jewelry and purchased expedited shipping, they came quickly as promised and perfectly wrapped so no damage, and engraving was just as I wanted. Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces to remember our loved ones and to be able to carry them with us.

I ordered the Memorial Heart 3D crystal infinity wood urn set and every morning when I look at my dad's face in the crystal I am amazed at how beautiful it turned out. After my dad's services, quite a few family and friends asked where we found such a beautiful urn and crystal. It had that much of an impact on everyone. I really liked that I was able to confirm the proof before it was made. It was also delivered in a timely fashion. hello i am pleased with there professionalism, understanding and compassion. i recieved 2 keepsake urns and 1 adult urn. everything was fine till i looked at them. all was fine except the lid on the keepsake was chipped. i called and and sent a picture of the lid. they are replacing the lid with no questions ask. as i said very respectful staff and very compassionate about family needs. i highly recommend them. thank you, howard

Very amazing experience. The pieces we ordered came at the end of the time frame but still in time for the funeral and the urn was beautiful and detailed. Amazing customer service placed my order on Friday at around 11 pm and accidentally ordered 2 times I sent email imma to cancel one of them. 9 am on a Saturday they sent an email double checking if I wanted 2 of the same order and then 10 mins later an email replying to mine. Promplo voided the second payment. Would definitely order again but hopefully not for a long time

I ordered several different urns. If there is only so much room to put an engraving big enough to read please limit the engraving. Be more specific about the bold engraving being easier to read. My granddaughter has not learned cursive yet so I went with fancy font but it is really kind of too light to see. You should be more specific. The drum urn pendant, I was really disappointed because it is very hard to see the picture of the drums (the print was way too light)which was the whole purpose of that particular pendant. The black dog, my first time to order such things, you should not offer so much engraving if it is going to be too small to read. I reordered a different dog one and probably should have gone with bold font but wanted it to match the drum pendant as my son and his dog died together in a horriffic car accident.

I absolutely love the urn I got for my husband and his neice bought the matching mini one the price was no where near as expensive as everyone told me it would be my only issue that upset me was a corner of it was all scratched up plus originally I accidentally ordered the mini one but I emailed a letter and they fixed it so that I got the one I needed

I purchased the super hero pendant urn. I later found out that the item was pulled due to copyright infringement, but I did order and receive mine. And it will forever be the vessel that holds my sons ashes forever. He was a hero to me and I am so glad and blessed that I was able to receive it before it was pulled from your stock. My father recently passed away February 22, 2022. This has been the most painful experience I’ve ever gone through in life. My father was my best friend the greatest man I’ve ever known. I purchased the butterfly urn necklace and it’s the most beautiful thing that I’ve ever seen. The instructions were very easy on how to put ashes in the necklace and the jewelry is beautiful and makes me feel like my dad is close to me again. Thank you so much for this beautiful company and helping during the grief journey. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for jewelry or urns.

The urn received was very nice... but the date printed on the urn was wrong. It should have been 2022, but was printed as 2002. I have no idea whether I submitted it incorrectly or it was misprinted at the factory, but even if I submitted it incorrectly, it seems someone should have checked with me to be sure that was what I wanted. It would be odd for someone to order a keepsake urn 20 years later and pay to have it rush shipped for a funeral.
Update: Apparently I did submit the date incorrectly. Once the company found out it was in error, they promptly sent a replacement at no cost, and apologized for not noticing the error on my behalf. Their customer service response has been excellent, and I would highly recommend their product!

We purchased the companion urn so that the ashes of my parents would be co-mingled when they were placed on the water. The urn was released 3 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico near Cedar Key, FL. Our experience as customers was outstanding. We had a rather lengthy amount of text to print on the urn and the company was happy to make it fit (see photograph). The customer service representative was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. We found that the urn floated for about 30 seconds with the complete ashes from both of my parents. My wife, sisters, and I were there to see our parents go off on their last journey together. The entire experience was excellent for the family as it created a lasting memory. The companion urn was an outstanding choice for us, as my parents were inseparable up to their passing. Many thanks to In the Light Urns! Your company's product made our dream possible.

When my 38 year old son passed recently, that in of itself was pretty hard! He was a mechanic and had large tool chests with tons of tools, when I looked through there wasn’t anything available for that but his other love was fishing, so lol and behold you did have one available with fish on it and the colors on the one I saw were off a blue on top and beige on the bottom. Well this son and I when he was 8 made a wooden toolbox which looked very similar to this one, plus the color beige was what we painted it at first, then my son y years later ended up painting his three same light blue! So God was healing my heart in this way as well and by putting his picture on top via laser it’s a wonderful thing. His wife, my daughter in law couldn’t have loved it more! So I thank you all for having these available to set his ashes into. We love it and it’s nice to remember him in this way ♥️

As with everthing related to death services everything is over priced. The pool table urn was a good decision for my father being he enjoyed the game. The quality and workmanship was disappointing for the price of $350. The sticks and a couple of the balls are loose and was made of what seem to be scraps of wood and generic trim pieces. I will reglue the pieces and will use it for the purpose I bought it for. As a craftsman myself my expectations where a little higher than what I received. Thanks for allowing me to leave my opinion.

I found the perfect urn for my husband. They had it delivered in plenty of time for the service regardless of the fact that it took me forever to decide. The urn is beautifully made. The only issue was when we tried to remove the bottom to put the ashes inside; we removed the screws and the bottom had swelled so it took some time to remove it without damaging the urn. It was concerning for a few minutes, but it all worked out. I was slightly disappointed that I didnt get a blank name plate with it when I opted to have the inscription done later. But the urn is perfect. 🥰

While placing my order via phone the rep was extremely kind. However, Fedex didn't deliver my package and when I notified In the Light Urns they didn't hesitate to replace it. After everything my family and I have been through they didn't add any extra stress they apologized eventhough it wasn't their fault and replaced it. I'll be ordering our chains soon.

It was a very easy process to have my brother’s urn made the way we wanted and it came out very beautiful and his daughter was very impressed and loved it and that made me happy to know that it helped her and gave her comfort. I have only seen it through a picture from her but it truly looks amazing and I can’t wait to see it in person soon. We were so pleased we could find an outdoor-themed urn for my Mom. She loved camping and fishing - it's where she found peace. After receiving the urn, we brought it to the funeral home. The director couldn't open it because one of the screws on the bottom was stripped. The director didn't think he could open it without ruining the urn. I called your customer service line and you immediately sent a new urn, It was there in less than 24-hours, just in time for the visitation. What amazing and appreciated customer service at such a difficult time. Thank you!

For a moment that was so hurtful for the family, In the light Urns really care and understand loss. They were out of the urn we ordered, so they called us right away, and told us about it, and returned the shipping fee, since we had to wait a little longer. They emailed us quickly and called, us to make sure all was correct afterwards. We received the urn, and it was beautiful.

I'm rating this 4 stars because my mom (who I bought this for) still really liked it, and it seems to be of good quality. But I honestly thought it was going to be different. The charms size comparison doesn't look like the picture. Everything was kind of awkward sizes that didn't fit well together which made it look awkward. It kind of looks like just a bunch of random charms on a necklace. I had to rearrange the charms so they weren't overlapping each other as bad. Also the birthstone is a very very faint color, you can hardly tell its supposed to be green (August). Overall, I was expecting more for the price.

David Parham was hands on, concerned, helpful, and had great understanding of the sense of loss. Dealing with David was easy. I was concerned about after hours inquiries, but he responded quickly with concern. The product was as advertised. I will recommend "In The Light Urns" to anyone that needs an easy transition for the lost family members.
