I thought it was free at first so that was irritating. To do all that work and then basically have no choice but to pay or else it'd be a waste of time, maybe show that at first. However, it was cheap and I'll pray you don't steal my info because I don't want to have to file a report. Overall though, super helpful.

Ive had a great experience building my resume at Hloom, its a professional website and very easy to use. But i was surprised that i had to fill my account number and pay in order to download my resume, i thought it was free. Anyway, i loved it.

Wish I knew it costed money before I spent all that creating the resume. Other than that, this service helped me organize my work history, which was something I was worried about and stressed over. Very easy to use and the customization tools for formatting were simple and looks great.

Your format is not user friendly. I had a great deal od difficulty migrating through the program and when I contacted three representatives Hloom were not very helpful and were visibly annoyed with me.

It is ok, but too difficult a platform. Why can't I just drop a typed up resume into your program, and let it flow through? I have to cut and paste paragraph by paragraph, sentence by sentense.

These sites all say Hloom are 100% free then charge you after spending hours trying to make the perfect resume. I will concede they are very easy to use but am frustrated when they say free then charge and you have to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges. Would rather be able to choose from one time fee options than be forced into a subscription

There was nothing to let me know--at least I don't think so--that I would be charged in order to save it in an Adobe Format. It's not too expensive--I'll only need it for one day--but I would rather have known.

Also there was a place where it kept capitalizing something even though I kept changing it.

CV on their website looks good, but I could not print it before payment, so I don't know if I like it. Also Hloom don't leave you a choice of level of subscription, so you have only one way to pay

I have discovered a major problem with billing and subscription.
I have found myself with a completely unintended rolling monthly subscription (charged to my credit card) when I consciously paid for a single one-time use on a single day in May 2020. In seeking to correct this problem, I have now found myself with "one month free". I was trying not to be lost to your system while the matter is sorted out. I trust I will not be billed for this "acceptance" while we correct this ongoing unacceptable charge to my credit card. I look forward to speaking with you as soon as possible. Regards, David

So far it has been very good. But the proof will be whether I can get a job with the resume that I have built with the program.
I've been sending to different places and hoping this service lands me a job.

This site state free ATS templates so after about an hour of using the site to get the final resume I am not having to pay to get. Bait and switch. I would have not wasted my time if I had known this would charge me.

Hate that you have to pay, and you are not clear that after the trial ends you will continue to charge the customer monthly, I am just glad that I read the fine print.

The regular price is quite expensive. I tried HLoom out of curiosity to see how it works and it is really easy and well done! I will probably cancel but for now will pay the 3 dollars in case I need it in the future.

It doesnt adjunt to a one page resume, most US and European CV ask maximun 1 page resume and when you do it in the platform, it seems like one page and then you download and its like 3 pages resume.

This is fantastic. I have not updated my resume in forever and had so much to add. I was overwhelmed and not sure where to start. There is so much pre-fab information and language in here that I got a result far, far better than I could have made myself. I am so thrilled and impressed!

If I could give less of a rating I would. I do not like that I chose this option thinking I creating a resume for free only to find out when it is complete that there is a fee. Would have liked to know up front.

Good experience, but can you let the user to change the colour of the panel which contains the contact number and email, I do not like black colour there but could not change it

No mention of payment while making the resume, instead we are hit with a paywall. And then you have only a singular method of payment accepted, via credit card. I had to waste 3 days looking for a card that works after trying several.

Quick and easy process and made life easy! Of course it says free and at the end it asks for payment, not happy about being duped but it did make life easy for that moment!

Haven't upgraded my resume for so long since I find it very challenging. Hloom is my life saver since it makes it very easy and great and now I recommended it to my family and friends.

Do not trust or sign up with this company. Worse decision I have ever made. Taking advantage of people looking for work is such a horrible thing to do, when people are their lowest. Disgrace, and I pray for the day the company goes under.

I really liked how this assisted you in creating the resume. HOWEVER, spent over 2 hours on this to find out that I had to pay for all the work I had done or I get nothing.

I loved how easy and seamless this process was, normally building new resumes is just the worst process since I hate myself. This eased the process lol. But I didn't know I'd have to pay. A more clear warning ahead of time might help? But hey, you got me so maybe you're good.

I would love to be able to change certain things on the resume template to adapt to personal preferences (e.g., put a link to linkedin profile in the heading, rather than a whole section.

The convenience of this website was so worth the money. Thank you. It has been two weeks since I made my resume with Hloom and the day after I sent my resume I was called for the job. Great price to pay for this remarkably easy resume.

It took longer than usual because it would make me skip words even though I typed it. And if i copy and paste then it would create double and i would have to work to get rid of it. Its not functional

The subscription process is weird. It costs 24 dollars a month to. But as an individual use, how many times am I going to make a CV? Maybe a subscription process that allows one CV?

This site was amazing! My old resume was a big mess and i had my work history all over the place as far as wording. Hloom option to look up my job title and select the skills that best described my work was amazing. I now have a nice clean resume.
