Was running low on Clenz A Dent Water Additive & couldn't find it anywhere. Healthy Pets had it & saved the day. Thank you so much.

I wish I had. Seems this company likes to take your order and never deliver the product. I Called to cancel and talked to the rudest person. I just hope HealthyPets refund paypal.

I ordered 21 tubes of toothpaste. I confirmed twice HealthyPets were shipping fed/ex not usps. They shipped usps. I told the rep that the post office would return the items because they didn't use my P O box address. She told me to change it with the post office, I told her the the post office would not do that. She tried to change it and called me back saying "you're right, they won't change the address." I said "told ya". She said they would have the toothpaste returned and reship it to me via fed/ex. Well, they charged me for 21 tubes but only re-sent me 6 tubes. I asked the rep I spoke with why they charged me the full amount but only shipped me 6 tubes. I was told that they kept 15 tubes of my order to fill other customers orders! I had to wait for new stock to come in to receive the rest of my order. I called back and asked for a refund on 12/21/2021. They assured me I would receive a refund. My credit card statement came on 12/31/2021 and there was no refund from healthypets.com for the 15 tubes of toothpaste that I still have not received; and they told me they cancelled my order. When I called healthy pets, the rep told me the accounting staff was out for the weekend and she would send an email indicating I am due a refund for the 15 tubes of toothpaste I have not yet received. I called back on Monday and the rep I spoke to called the accounting department. She then told me they would not refund my money because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called my credit card company and told them healthy pets refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me because I filed a dispute!

DO NOT SHOP FROM ENTIRELY PETS, ENTIRELY PETS PHARMACY OR HEALTH PETS- they are all the same company and incredibly DISHONEST!

Dasuquin is out of stock on Chewy and 1800PetMeds, so I searched for another service. HealthPets did not say that it was out of stock, so I ordered it. When the due date came & went, I tried their customer service link to contact them, but the web link failed, with an error.

Then I emailed them and HealthyPets responded 24 hours later, saying that Dasuquin is "back ordered". I replied, telling them to cancel my order and provide a refund. I also told them that other sites tell you they're out of stock or back ordered - and don't even let you order the product. Chewy, in fact, will send me an email message when it is back in stock.

Going forward I will revert to the more professional Chewy & 1800PetMeds.

Have the stuff I need, web site easy to use, good price, quick turn around. Have bulk prices for items I use which I haven't found anywhere else

Some order are always pending status. Your should explain why has bee not processed about it through send email to customer

I think Healthy Pets concerns about their customers and handle their orders as soon as possible. I received my orders within 2 weeks and considering the delivery out of the States is not an easy issue. I think I got the right company for my purchase and I would consider to have further purchase from the company.

A very easy site to use. It'd be great if you would and could ship outside of America to Bangkok! Due to America COVID-19 issue it's great to order on line and would be better to have products shipped outside of America DIRECT.

The product are fine, but be careful about using their autoship. I tried twice to get it stopped. The autoship kept coming. I just now tried again and asked them to take back the product HealthyPets just shipped. They said they would allow me to return, but it would cost 20% of product cost. BEWARE.
