HealthGrades are afraid to publish negative reviews of dentists. I, and a few other people, had a bad experience with a dentist, and they won't publish my negative review.

Healthgrade Reviews about businesses SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT be attached with Google business reviews. For example, a business may have one person who is getting terrible reviews, but the whole business with several employees is being listed with the same review.
Successfully adding reviews is "tricky" and the process is inconsistent. This website is absolutely NOT USER-FRIENDLY. Even multiple contacts to Healthgrades administration did not receive timely and meaningful responses (just a copy/paste response from "help center"). Someone can easily create a false account and no one can get it taken down. VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONAL WEBSITE.

A person who has never been a patient of mine posted two vicious and personal reviews on Healthgrades. I flagged this and HealthGrades responded in one day telling me the posts met their guidelines and remain on their site!

The doctor has been great with my tooth/gum care. His team worked diligently with my dental insurance for a recent procedure to ensure it was covered. He has even been willing to twice squeeze visiting relatives into a busy schedule over the last year. Front office very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I left a rather angry 1-star review for a family member because I hate said family member. So then her business suffered, and she asked me to take the review down. I contacted the web site repeatedly because my log-in info kept not working; and even after I contacted them, HealthGrades played clueless and dropped their efforts at removing the review I left. So now my sister's mad at me and asking me to make the review go away. What can I tell her? I've been trying to take it down for over a week. The site sent her an email saying they'd have to hear from me directly. Um, THEY HAVE HEARD FROM ME DIRECTLY. AGAIN AND AGAIN. I wouldn't bother using this site or trusting their reviews.

Dr. Chiu and his staff are very professional, courteous and kind. My experience with the hyperbaric oxygen chamber was a positive one.Dr. Chiu told me I would need between 10
And 20 treatments and after the 18th treatment I was discharged. People asked me how the chamber works. It is a glass capsule. You lay in it on a mattress and you can move around lying down. The technicians, who were wonderful, can talk to you through a telephone, there are speakers in the chamber. If you need a technician, you knock on the glass, and HealthGrades ask what you need. There is a television above the chamber which utilizes the speaker system in the chamber. It takes about 15 to compress the chamber, during which time your ears will pop, like they do when travelling on a plane. You need to either yawn, drink water, which is provided, or hold your nose and squeeze. For the next hour and a half, you watch tv, sleep or just relax. The final fifteen minutes is when they decompress the chamber. It is a painless treatment that helps your body to heal.

I am writing a review on behalf of Dr. James J. Hoski of Carolina Spine/Neur0surgery Center in Asheville, NC. Dr. Hoski's expertise is among the best in the nation. I have had no pain since waking from surgery. His staff is courteous. My experience was painless and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pain.

Dr. Jordan Slutsky and his team are excellent. The care that was given to my husband made us feel comfortable, confident, and secure. What an example for health professionals!

A patient asked me out on multiple dates and I declined. FYI I'm happily married and wear a wedding ring. She then found my email address and continued to ask me out on dates. I ignored these emails. She later threatened to post a negative review about me online. I saw that she has posted a horrible review on HealthGrades. How can I tell? Because of the details that she included in her review-- I think that she wanted me to know that it was her punishing me.

I explained the circumstances and requested that HealthGrades remove this review. HealthGrades refused.
