DO NOT order from this company. Hayneedle cancelled my order, then shipped it after I had bought something else. And shorted my return by $70.00. Never again will I order from them

I ordered several glasses of the Artland Inc. Iris HiBall glasses - set of 4. Hayneedle were shipped in accurate time and very well packed with very good padding. I love the colors!

I would give them zero stars if it were an option! I purchased a bed, but never received it. Of course Hayneedle were paid as soon as it shipped. Somehow it got lost in transit. I waited patiently to no avail. Still no bed. I purchased a bed from a local store and cancelled the bed order with Hayneedle. At first they gave me the run around. They first said I would have to wait until the bed was found and returned to them before I could get my refund. Finally, after more communications, they finally agreed to refund me. It has been nine days since the refund was suppose to be given. I have contacted them several times and I am still being given the run around. I plan to report them to the BBB. I would never do business with Hayneedle again! I certainly would not recommend them to family or friends.

SERIOUSLY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Hayneedle REFUSED TO CANCEL AN ORDER 2 HOURS AFTER IT WAS PLACED. THEY ARE TELLING ME THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THIS ITEM AS THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CANCEL.

After some deep digging around I figured out that Hayneedle made up a name for their fake manufacturer "Belham Living" this is who Hayneedle said made our umbrella and therefore could not replace the handle."Belham Living" is not the company that made the umbrella, it's not even a real company. We found the tags of the actual umbrella manufacturer stuck inside, and the company is" Treasure Garden" we will be contacting Treasure Garden(a legit company) to let them know that Hayneedle is stealing their product and passing them off to consumers under a fake name.

I ordered my item 21st july. Hayneedle say they cant ship it till the 8th of august. But some peoples reviews said they got theirs in 2 days. I really hope i get my item when they say ill get it. They say some how an item shipped on the 8th will be here on the 13th. Really hope it will be. Also i need this item to help start my business if i knew it was going to take 4 week for an item to get to me i would have never ordered from them. Update they canceled my order! Thanks will never do business there again.

I ordered a dining set from Hayneedle. I should have known when the address was incorrect on my package that this was only the start of bigger issues. Once Hayneedle worked with FedEx to add my apartment number to the box, I was shocked when I received it. I'm not even sure you would call the packaging a box. It was very tattered and worn cardboard. Of course upon opening the package, the dining table was cracked in multiple places. Since I had already spoken to Hayneedle regarding the shipping debacle, I called right back to let them know the table was broken and sent images via email. Hayneedle let me know that the supplier would be shipping a replacement tabletop and gave me a FedEx tracking number to track it. Over a week later, the supplier had still never even sent the tabletop to FedEx. I contacted a few times to inquire about the status and ask Hayneedle to contact the supplier to get my item sent out. Hayneedle gave me the run around and said to wait two more business days before they would refund me if the item wasn't set. The tracking finally updated, and the package was out for delivery today. Well guess what? Hayneedle forgot to give the supplier my apartment number AGAIN! FOR THE SECOND TIME! It is Saturday and Hayneedle customer service is closed until Monday morning. If I ever do get the table top, I probably won't even be surprised if the second table top. In fact, I am expecting that to be the case. This has been a stressful and completely horrible experience. To spend hundreds of dollars on something and to feel like you are getting scammed is the absolute worst. I wish I would have looked up reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing from this retailer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! You will definitely regret your decision.

Do not buy from them! We bought an end table and it was broke. We could not assemble it. Hayneedle told me over and over they refunded me. I never saw it. I disputed the charge with my credit card and Hayneedle still got out of it! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I have nothing but good things to say about Hayneedle even though they're basically the middle man. I did have a wonky situation where I purchased two nightstands and a dresser. The nightstands shipped and the dresser was marked shipped but used the same tracking numbers as the nightstands. I called a total of four times to initiate my concern and follow up to ensure I didn't get burned on a pricey dresser (ex. Showed it shipped/delivered when actually it didn't), every time my wait was less than two minutes if that. The customer service personnel were all polite and very helpful. Hayneedle sent an email to the supplier to figure out the issue, found out it was on backorder, and told me it would ship Dec 22nd 2021, and sure enough it shipped this morning. I was scared my dresser was going to be mia, but I will forsure continue doing business with Hayneedle.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. I ordered two beds. The first was packed well. The second was not packed well, missing parts, and I'm not talking about nuts and bolts, actually wood pieces, and some of the wood pieces were cracked. Hayneedle said they would order the parts and send them to me but it could take up to 21 days. I said I would rather return the bed and have them send another one since they arrived 10 days after I ordered. They said they would refund me $100 to fix it myself. Seriously? The bed is made of wood, off white, and was missing pieces of the actually bed! I'm supposed to find someone to remake the wood pieces?
