Ordering process was simple, quick and easy. Once the delivery men showed up(even a little early!) Hallman were kind and got the washer & dryer installed quickly, cleaned up the trash and were ready to go in no time. We are VERY happy with the service we have gotten with Austex Appliance so far, highly recommended!

would like appliances delivered and installed the 13th of July. Address is 108 Clear Water Pass, Bastrop, TX 78206 but not in the postal system yet my phone number is 7204566. i know there will be additional charges for installation and delivery.

I put in a request for this washer dryer combo as well as a refrigerator last week. I got an email receiving the request but no one called me or emailed me after that

I would have preferred to talk to someone by phone. Online chat was very slow and phone line not accepting calls or messages.

Great experience!!! Washer arrived in perfect condition. It is just what I wanted and I saved $150 too over the other guys !!!

Your website is very easy to use. The only thing I had difficulty with was my shopping cart. The items did not remain in my cart for very long, so each time I took a break, I would have to start all over again.

The lady I spoke with about the scratch/dent refrigerator I purchased told me there were no blemishes on the front. There are in fact several blemishes and I was disappointed when I inspected after delivery.
