LEGGINGS: The leggings are excellent quality! My favorites are the seamless, high waisted ones. I love the ombre and the energy leggings that are all part of the seamless collection. Gymshark suck you in and lift you in all of the right places, without being too tight.
The only leggings that I didn't feel were super flattering on me were the flex leggings. They hit me on my lower stomach and made that area look less than flattering ha. However, they just came out with some high waisted flex leggings and I am super stoked to try them out!

I ordered from them for Black Friday almost one month ago. I had to send 3 emails to learn that my ordered has been lost in the process. Gymshark offered to pay me back or to issue a gift card and say that sending a replacement order was not possible as the items were out of stock. After investigating on my side, I find out that only one item was stock out. And guess what? THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME WAS A FAKE ONE. After contacting the delivery service, they confirmed that it was a SCAM and a FALSE TRACING NUMBER. After complaining and sending 5 more emails (of course they took ages to respond every email pretending to be overwhelmed), they are sending me a replacement order, but considering their customer service, I am not even sure to receive it... AVOID GYMSHARK, they are not trust worthy at all and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I recently discovered Gymshark through a fellow youtuber friend of mine and decided to check out their website! First off, it's a good website. Going through their catalog and browsing products was nice and easy. Gymshark actually have many clothing options for women but they also sell lots of different pieces for men as well!

I ended up buying from both sections and I surprisingly liked the mens pieces more than I thought. I shopped with a friend and decided to tried on his items too, so check out the video if you'd like to see the try-on's and more of what I thought of this purchase!

(ps. I think it's important that I mention this was the fastest international shipping package I've ever recieved. Still shook.)

ALSO NOTE: The sports bra I purchased was too small and I tried to ship it back but I think the process is a bit complicated for me and since there is NO free returns, I've just decided to give it to a friend.

The goods arrived the next day in perfect condition, good quality leggings. Thank you very much. Well done and professionals in their field.

I ordered 6 items during Black Friday Sale, but the parcel was never delivered, since Gymshark forgot to include my house number in the label. When the parcel was returned to the sender, Customer Service said that 3 items were out of stock and that Gymshark could offer a gift card, which I rejected since it was their fault to use an incomplete address and that I would not be able to make use of the black Friday price advantage anymore. Throughout 3 days, I received several emails from customer service contacts, stating contradicting information and not willing to offer me a fair solution other than providing a gift card or refunding the entire order. The same items that were supposedly out of stock were available in other colors, but due to technical reasons, offering these items was apparently not possible. In the end, Gymshark canceled my entire order without my consent, although 3 items were still available. I have tried to contact them, but they ghosted me. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service, wake up, it's 2021 and if you plan on big black friday campaigns, make sure you have the staff and trained customer service team to deal with all issues associated with it.

Fast delivery and great products. Had a little problem with an item and got great online help. Defenitly would recommend Gymshark

I just discovered this site. Gymshark had what I wanted and sent it out immediately. No hidden costs and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted.

Clothing is the greatest quality I've ever seen and Gymshark wheat about a problem and deal with it straight away with no hesitation. Very glad my experience and I'll definitely be ordering again and again in the future.

I buy a lot from Gymshark company and all their products are really awesome, however recently I had an issue. Clara from Gymshark sorted the issue immediately and issued a replacement pair that day without the trouble of me having to send back the originals, so I can give them 5 stars!

Very disappointed with Gymshark's customer service. I ordered a packaged valued at just under $100. The package was to be delivered by FedEx, but the delivery service refused to leave the package at the door and was requiring me to pick up the package from the store (we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am self-quarantining).

Every time I reached out to CS it was a different person. I thought the issue had been taken care of and CS informed me the package would be delivered but then the next day another person reached out and informed me if I didn't go pick up the package from FedEx my order would be returned to Gymshark. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering from this company again. I cannot believe how irresponsible this company is - my time was wasted.
