Gym Direct

Item was purchased but had manufacturer fault. Gym Direct was prompt with their communication via email and with their options in trying to solve the problem. Decided on a refund and Gym Direct was happy for the item to be returned and my refund was given quickly. Overall the customer service in my situation was great from Gym Direct.

Fast delivery, almost too fast.. I got an email saying my delivery was on the way and a few hours later it arrived to me in Canberra.

Gym direct have always had great quality products for very competative prices, I always check out Gym Direct first, great company to deal with.

I received what I ordered and the price was good but delivery was too slow. It was several days before the items where packed by the warehouse and the warehouse is only 1 hour drive from my house!

Prompt delivery (within two weeks or so), after being told the item was not in stock at the time of order.
The delivery driver could have been a bit more customer-oriented - the item was dropped at the front door without any notification of its delivery ie., no doorbell or knock. If that had happened the item could have been dropped at the front of the garage door and both the driver and myself would have saved some energy. Despite that however the item is of good quality and finish, and I am enjoying using it.

Great product. Easy to order, easy pick up, returned one item only because it wasn’t required. No problem at all. Money refunded immediately. Customer service outstanding.

I ordered the Muscle Motion Bumper Plate and Barbell Storage Rack for very small gym room. The unit is small but extremely strong for its size. It fitted in a small area with no restrictions on being able to access both sides of the rack. I’m really impressed with the rack, the very competitive price and most of all the service I was provided by Gym Direct. The delivery service was very quick. I will definitely use Gym Direct again

Good coms online, item arrived slightly damaged which looked to be during the handling process (damaged box) - recommended.

I bought a leg extension from gym direct was so sceptic as I only buy from eBay and don't trust Alot of websites. I paid for the peg extension on a Monday by the following Monday my product had arrived.

Great products, prices and service- made an order online and it was ready to collect within one working day. The staff at the warehouse in Taren Point were super friendly and even loaded the boxes in my car, great experience and looking forward to ordering more equipment for the home gym set up soon. Order was on time with tracking,I did get a message saying sorry your order will now take up to 14 days which was not the case it took 6 days

Good quality, fast service and when their dispatch noticed a discrepancy with my order (I’d ordered standard plates by accident and not Olympic ones to go with my Olympic bar) they rang me and corrected my order

Shipping is absolutely ridiculous. I placed a very large order from another company in Victoria for heavy duty equipment. It was here in 11 days. Their shipping was free, which I might add. Not even a single update as to where my 2 bars are from you guys. It's been 13 days, and still doesn't even appear to be in transit. And now I get a email asking for a product review? This is just laughable at this point. I cannot possibly recommend this company to anyone.

I don't think you want me to write a review. At the moment I am still waiting for a second time for a missing part to finished assembly.
