Called reservations 4 times. Went to voice mail with message they would call in 15 minutes. Never received a call! Talk once to front desk and they apologized, said system was down until 3 pm, but took my cell number and said reservations would call.... no call. Finally went to internet to make this reservation
Fine apart from the site did not recognise the name on my first CC so I had to use a second. I think this is because you ask for first and last name in separate fields - not see this before - and my names did not fit this format
Reservation went smoothly but I was very surprised by the "Tax recovery charges and service fees" of $93.89 (as much as the cost of a room!). I've been staying at the Sands for many years and this is the first time I've been charged this fee. If I'm going to pay that kind of add-on fee I'll probably look next time for a place with more amenities.
Everything went well, however, I couldn't find a place to say: We are reserving a room so we can attend the Catherine Engh Wedding. Is there a discount for this block of rooms?
Also, we would like to have a walk in shower, Please.
Attempting to book a 3 night stay at the end of the month of May and at reservation completion the computer changed the dates to 1night the same night i am booking it in Kentucky. Called your customer service only to be told they cant help me and are gonna charge me for tonight…. Pitiful.. I will be fighting the charge and would NEVER recommend using your service again
we come annually to celebrate my friend's birthday and we prefer the corner room (1101), king size suite

Not happy with customer.service when you call. Nobody speaks english been on phone for twenty minutes. I have a rez for May 23 I needed to change it and make it arrival for 24 th even after twenty minutes of talking to four ppl who dont speak english I cldnt switxh my reservatiom so I had to make a second one. Really surprised by the lack of help on the phone as I stay here every year. Super shocked because I have always had five star service here. I even eailed four times no reply its been over two days. No response.
Why are you making me book this while I am standing right in front of your checking by blocking/preventing your staff from helping me? Makes no fucking sense and wasted both of our times.
would have liked to choose what floor. maybe this can be added into the selection process. Even for an extra fee. Some people have fear of heights and would gladly pay extra to stay lower to the ground :)
The process was very simple. I would have liked to be able to read over all of the charges before confirming the reservation. Just to triple-check that it was right for me. But other than that it was great.
I had a problem with my card company putting the reservation on hold because O was completing the reservation just after another large transaction. My husband is the contact on the card so they called him, he authorized it. I tried to call in to clear the reservation on the phone and Adrienne could not seem to track what city, what property and what dates I told her. So I went back and tried again online and it went thru. I would only deal online because you have too many properties, too Much background noise for calling in, and a problem when I cannot say the property name, City & state and the agent remember it to follow thru.
Quick and Easy to Use. This system is very much appreciated especially for hard working traffic engineers like me. It’s even faster and easier than making a reservation with an agent.

The rate was $87 and then below where I confirmed the reservation it showed taxes and fees of $52!!!!! Really!!!!!
I’m furious. I checked complete reservation before I saw this! You should refund the amount over 15% for taxes!
Well...We will see how the reservation goes. Hoping it will go well...you dont know until you see if it all goes well. Vard has been charged...hoping we get what we paid for...lol
I have never had such poor service. Could not get through to a person. I tried several time last week and this week. I was on hold for over 5 hours total. I have a coupon code and could not use it. Probably will cancel these reservations after I get a room else where.
Quick and easy. But I am Hilton Honors, I realize everything has gone up in price, but is this the best deal available? I always stay here when I fly into MKE.

I was offered a room that was no longer available. I was forced to select another more expensive room but the less expensive room I initially wanted is still shown as available. I had to input all my details again.

Non ci è mai capitato di dover pagare per intero la stanza al momento della prenotazione. Suggerisco che lasciare un acconto sia una politica più appropriata. Inoltre, la persona al telefono si è mostrata piuttosto scocciata di dover lasciare informazioni per telefono, limitandosi a ripetere più volte che la prenotazione si dovrebbe effettuare online.
Many double rooms were listed with different prices and different titles but no indications re. what the differences were in the rooms. I had to call and ask this question - your website should indicate the differences in the rooms.
