We found Grip6 belts first, and my husband was instantly attracted to them. I bought him a belt variety pack for Christmas, and he's never used any other belt since. When my credit card holder broke, I ordered a Grip6 one. It's slim, durable, and holds 6 or so cards nice and secure for me. We ended up trying some Grip6 socks on a whim. They are the BEST socks either of us have ever worn. They're a little pricey, but sooooo worth it. I ordered an 8 pack when I found out we would be attending a pioneer trek/heavy hike this summer. They kept our feet dry and blister free.
I have been so impressed with my grip6 belt. I quite all my other belts and have only worn a grip6 for the past few years. In fact when I was asked to be in a wedding and I needed to get the right colors to go with the suit for a belt I ordered a grip6 because that is all I want to wear.
I recently used their custom buckle option to get belts and buckles for my small business and everyone loves them.
Then to top it all off I ordered their boot socks. I wear my work boots 16 hours a day 6 days a week and I always have used premium wool hiking socks. These grip6 socks are way better than any other sock I have ever worn.
Customer for Life!
Excellent product quality, great customer service, and fast shipping. I initially bought some of their Seconds (which are buckles that supposedly have imperfections) and you could barely tell there were any problems with them, which shows just how exacting their standards are. When I made an error on my recent order from them, they were prompt in correcting it when contacted and there were no hoops to jump through to get it done. I also like that orders always arrive when they're supposed to. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.
It is a great high-quality belt. I was fairly unimpressed with the aluminum buckle, as I expected it to look more premium and sleek. Also it may look a bit awkward the way it is positioned where the buckle and strap holder meet, but it's only in one's own point of view. Apart from that, the belt is so lightweight you can barely feel it and the strap feels very premium. It is definitely the only belt I will be using for the years. I just felt like it has been over hyped, but overall a great product. Recommend
10/10
I never thought I'd get excited about socks but somehow Grip6 changed that! I decided to try them based on a recommendation I heard on a podcast. I bought a couple pairs just to try and I loved them so much I've gone back to buy several more times! I had to at least get enough so I've always got some to wear even when the laundry hasn't been done for a few days! I live in the northwest where it's cool and damp most of the year. These socks help keep my feet warm through it all. And, as an added bonus, they also keep my feet cool in the summer. I bought a bunch of the low-rise/running socks to wear for running and also when the weather is warm and I don't want to wear a crew length sock. I'll be buying more for sure - especially if they come out with some new colors & styles.
I have a nickel allergy and most belts have nickel buckles which cause burning painful hotspots on my skin like silver to a werewolf. Grip 6’s buckles being made out of an aluminum have vastly reduced the presence of these hotspots on my waste since my purchase a week ago. The belt holds up pretty well, I’m very active at work and don’t need to readjust unless it make it too tight and have to release a bit so I can bend lol. I’m surprised how well it holds its place with friction alone. Sturdier than any belt I’ve ever owned so far.
Can we get leather strap options? I’d like belt options that would appear more formal…very business casual though.
First off, I have to say that I never thought I would pay almost 20 bucks for 1 pair of socks. Especially ankle socks. But I am sure glad I did. I own a small construction company and I am on my feet all day long.
Whether I'm on a concrete slab, going up & down ladders, walking across rough uneven ground, or maneuvering all over a pitched roof. My feet have quite the load to carry considering I'm 6'5" 275lbs. I was needing something to help keep my feet from hurting & smelling too ripe at the end of the day. I saw an ad for Grip 6 socks and thought, well it's worth a shot. I ordered 2 pair of socks and was pleasantly surprised. My feet felt pretty good throughout the day. Once I got home and took my shoes & socks off, my feet were dry and odorless. They dang sure didn't feel like they usually did at the end of the day. I have ordered 4 more pair since then and will probably be ordering more in the future. Believe it or not Grip 6 socks are amazing and worth every penny.
I purchased 4 slide belts, the luxury leather version, and they are already starting to break down after 4 years. I rotate through them and still have signs of wear and tear on them. I don't think I'm hard on my belts, so I don't understand why these were falling apart. I love belts without belt holes, so I knew I was in the market for something else.
As a soldier, I've worn standard issue nylon belts, so I know how durable the belts are, but they use thick, cheap, plastic buckles to hold the belt in place and eventually the buckles break, or allow the belt to slip.
Now I come to GRIP6. They are tough but malleable nylon belts that use metal buckles and a very simple catch to hold the belt in place. Because the buckles can be changed out easily, don't mark up the belt material and feel and fit great, I think I've found my new belt provider.
Thank you, GRIP6!
It’s a crying shame I can’t give more stars, as it stands now I’d give it 10 stars, and I know it’s only 1-5 stars.
My sister gave me a belt that came with a plain buckle, I ordered a flag buckle s as d she got me another belt and flag buckle, and my sister also game me a wallet with finger ring and a leather case.
Long story short, I love this belt. I mean I live it. Belt is great, very high quality! I live the buckled. I love how they function and how great they look.
I really, really, REALLY live my wallet and leather case! The wallet holds six cards, the leather case hold about 8 cards, or some cards and cash. I fit my huge sandwich style wallet in the Grip6 American flag wallet. Wallet is way WAY thinner and holds all I need. Not as bulky so it doesn’t draw a lot of attention.
I can’t suggest the Grip6 belt, buckle, and wallet with leather case enough. Order them now and you’ll see what I mean. Grip6 makes quality products that are durable and work!
My wife got me the 3 belt set for Christmas two years ago, and I've never gone back. I've since expanded my selection many times over and have somethong for every task and every attire. The titanium one is my go too, though. Because of how simple and well engineered the belts are, I branched out to the wallet and socks. Both winners as well! Now if Grip6 would only make a solid, simple high utility pocket knife with minimal bulk (I'll take the royalties for my idea in direct deposit, please).
I have been wearing web belts for over 30 years and my biggest gripe is that the belt buckles would slide or loosen up in a short amount of time. I have been wearing the Grip6 Workbelt Pro Ninja for a year and a half and it has been great! I wear a Leatherman SuperTool on one side and a combination flashlight and adjustable wrench on the other side (~3-4 lbs total) and have experienced NO slippage! Hands down the best web belt I have ever worn. I would highly recommend the Workbelt Pro Ninja to anyone.
I also have a narrower Grip6 web belt that I wear into the office and it has not slipped at all either. Both belts have been comfortable to wear and work well.
I originally purchased a Grip6 wallet. later I purchased two belts. Because I was very satisfied with those products I decided to purchase and try out their wool socks. I was so impressed with the fit, comfort, and benefits true wool socks offer and a lifetime guarantee I decided to purchase an 8-pack of socks - this should serve me well for the rest of my life. I wear Grip6 wool socks every day - very seldom do I not wear their socks.
My most recent purchase was for another 8-pack as a gift to my son-in-law - he had mentioned in the past how beneficial wool socks were for reliability and the ability to wick moisture away and keep your feet dry and warm in the winter. He was very excited to receive my gift.
The grip6 belt is a nice light weight option. Easy to use and good for those active days when you don't want extra bulk/weight of a traditional belt. The socks are comfortable and perform like a wool sock is supposed to. Speaking of the socks-customer support is awesome. I didn't realize until my package arrived that I failed to update the sock size from the default of small. No way I could use them, but customer support came through and promptly sent out the correct size for me. Much appreciated!
I've tried a number of belts, buckles, and even the wool socks. WOOL SOCKS! In Arizona! In the summer?
I love them all. They perform flawlessly and exceed expectations in every way. The belts never slip, maintain form and function, and I love the versatility of swapping buckles and belts as the need or mood strikes.
The socks are super soft, super comfortable, and breathes exceptionally well. It's been amazing! I tell everyone about them and enjoy all of these products very much!
Love the idea and design of all.
The socks, so far, seem quite good.
They are already fuzzing up at the heels within first couple of weeks and washings... but hey, lifetime warranty should bear out if needed.
However, the belts hurt.
I mean, I figured they would break in after numerous wearing... Nope, painful even if wear as loose as is possible.
I am not rail thin, but I don't have serious side handles either, and these hurt after a relatively short time of sitting or driving. I am persevering here and there... buy cannot recommend the belts.
Perhaps the next lower level of "firmness" of belt would be pleasant, but I do not see an automated option to find relief for this website purchase.
I prefer in-person shopping interactions or at least well thought out and easy exchange mechanisms.
I read one FAQ and/or review that basically pointed out that overweight individuals might have trouble.
Since I am 6'1" and 225 and generally trim, I thought I would be good.
I am not interested in potentially being body shamed at 50 years old to have to explain why a sight unseen purchase isn't pleasing so I just recommend people try their socks and acid the belts.
Since grip6 asked via this email, I am providing the requested feedback.
Wish they were in stores so one could try on an item or at least touch it first when there could be such a dramatic outcome of comfort.
At first I thought...DAMN! This thing is huge!...and doesn't hold a whole bunch of credit cards, either!...also expensive! So I bought one to try it out.
Build - very solid and stable.
Color options - nice variety.
Size - sits flat in your pocket and feels smaller than it looks.
Operation - like that it holds all of my credit cards securely and that I have to physically release my cards to gain access to them. #No more lost credit cards!
Overall - With everything mentioned above and that it blocks RFID, for added security, I'm glad that I bought one! Would I but another, sure, if I needed it. I love the finger loop as well. Really a nice, quite necessary, touch.
I was in the market for a new belt, the older I get the more comfort I want . After seeing a few reviews, and comparing prices to other belts on the market this one made the most sense . I Weigh about 205 lbs , waist size is 36 with No belt , I followed sizing directions , and Bam ! My new favorite belt is The simple yet effective design . I don’t use it to carry A concealed weapon or anything crazy like that, but I use it for everything else . I CrossFit and I could not use my old buckle belt due to the buckle digging into my stomach , so I would have to use a shoestring sometimes to keep my shorts up . I use the Grip6 belt now whenever I crossfit, and it holds up my shorts perfectly , but the best part is I do not have the annoying feeling of a buckle digging into my stomach when performing any kind of movement , and no annoying shoelace that doesn’t keep my workout shorts in the position that I need them to be , it took me a good day to get used to due to the fact that I am coming from a traditional buckle to this minimalist design , but now I won’t rock anything else but this .
AWESOME socks!!!!!! I'm a welder/fabricator for more than 30 yrs. I wear steel toe leather boots all day. Through the years I have tried many different types socks to try to keep feet dry with little success. The skin between pinky toe and toe next to it would turn white in color and peel off, then it turned red/raw and split open. I tried many sprays, ointments and spray bandage, nothing worked for long, [a few days at most]. In 2005 hurricane Katrina happened, running on limited generator power for 33 days, the skin on feet and ankles broke out in a patchy rash. I felt like a dog with the mange, itching very bad!!!! Every year since I have suffered with the same rash from summer heat in May through about October. I had received promotional emails from Grip6 for their socks, I dismissed them because of price and disbelief could they really solve my suffering? I finally had enough of the struggle and ordered them on May 22, 2022. I have been wearing them for 2 1/2 weeks, WOWWWW my suffering in OVER!!!!!! No more wet cracked skin, NO more rash!!!!! Do yourself a favor and order some, you won't regret it!!!!
An okay belt, not the miracle product it claims to be. Worked well enough at first. But within the first couple years of owning one my experience has gone downhill. The belt "sags" in places almost immediately after putting it on, so it doesn't really do it's primary job of keeping your pants in one place. It also just doesn't look as good as a leather belt and so I don't feel like I can wear it to formal events. I also have noticed scuffing on the metal buckles just from everyday use. I realize I've had these a couple years but they claim the be the last belt you'll ever buy and that is far from the truth.
First: all the people in the videos are skinny. Their belts don't need to be tight. Some of us have a belly. Some also have no butt. That's me. One video shows how to make the belt tighter but I simply cannot make that work. Hand strength? Old? (I'm 81 - but functioning damn well, thank you very much.) Anyway, I cannot get the belt tight enough to do its job. It seems to me I spend an inordinate amount of time buying and trying belts - the only ones that will in fact tighten enough for me are the ones with holes and they eventually wear out, look bad, etc. And in case you're wondering, my waist varies between 36 and 38, occasionally 34 (not often enough anymore, alas). As mentioned I have no butt so my trousers are constantly slipping down further and further. Suspenders have saved me much anguish but a belt would be better.
Second: call the customer service line? Good luck getting a human. "Our hours are blah blah (and you're calling in that time frame). "Please send an email" --- NO, I want to speak to a human being! I've called at least 3 - and I think it's 4 times. Never a human. I have received the return email but in all my messages I've said, "I want to speak to a human" --- never happened.
