I have ordered several cards in the past and have been happy with them. My last card ordered did not arrive, but customer service promised a refund.

I had a problem checking out, so I went to help, and in a short period of time I had an answer.

I made a mistake on my order, so I emailed Greeting Card Universe and they responded very quickly. In fact, I realized that I had made more than 1 mistake, so I had to email them again. Again they responded right away. They were able to help me with my error. I would definitely order from them from now on.

While I am happy with the quality of your cards, your delivery service has a lot to be desired. I order cards more than 14 days in advance and always receive them two days late as i follow delivery on USPS tracking by e mail, they are always delivered 2-3 days after the Post Office says they will be delivered. As I wish to remain a customer I suggest you look into a better delivery service.

I just received my first order and I am delighted with the cards, will order more. Excellent customer service as well.

Since I cannot get out to shop so much, it is great to have a service like this. There are a few details that are baffling to me on mobile device, but computer is much better
