The service was fine and the reception staff and technicians were very helpful. However I was less happy that the add on repairs I had asked for weren't done. The reason given was that there wasn't enough time. A poor excuse as they couldn't service the motor mover and there could have used that time.

Excellent customer service and informed at all stages of the work needed before anything was done. Professional and polite service and will use again.

Engineer who attended my home to sort out my motor mover was extremely professional and fixed it within half an hour. He explained to me the problem and how to use the mover properly etc as we are newbies to caravanning. Great service

Visited while on holiday desperate for a water part that had, of course, given up on holiday in Wells. Was told to go to them by another caravanned and sooo glad I did! Superb service when I arrived. they couldn't do more to help. And loads of advise we needed.....for FREE!!!! the part was even cheaper than Ebay!!! So pleased. Were back up and running and enjoying our hols again. Thanks Greentrees! Wish our local dealer was this helpful.

My husband and myself would like to thank Justyn for his help in sorting out a problem with our van which the warranty company won't cover. On telling my hubby it would be a bit of a wait due to being busy, my hubby said that's fine and justyn was shocked as most people had been rude about the wait but as everything in life, good things are worth waiting for.

We have used Greentrees for many years. They offer a very comprehensive service both sales and after sales service. Friendly and efficient staff who give an excellent service.

We purchased our very first caravan a few weeks ago from Greentrees. James who delt with our queries was professional and not pushy at all. He made us feel very comfortable. Once we took our caravan home we thought we had some issues with electrical items. Contacted Greentrees who booked the van in to be checked without hesitation. Everything was found to be in good working order and the problem was with the way we had connected to our electricity supply at home. Yes, we felt silly but we were treated with politeness, understanding and again professionalism. Well done Greentrees, what a team.
