Very easy placing my order with an email sent to me as a reminder showing what I had previously ordered.

I have to use links from the emails you are sending as opposed to going straight to website and logging in.

Your shipping options don't include the slower option of USPS regular delivery. The cheapest option available for shipping a box of 100 envelopes was $18, which I think is very unfortunate.

Greatland products are just what we need at a great price. Plus, having an early bird discount helps us lots.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS FOR THE ONLINE ORDRING, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO CALL, I HAD TO NAVIGATE A RIDICULOUS NUMBER OF OFFERS AND I FINALLY GAVE UP AND HUNG UP. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT. THERE WAS NO WAY TO BYPASS IT. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ANY SOLICITATIONS.

I can never tell if I am ordering pages or forms. For instance I need 50 W-2 Copy A, but I have to order 100 as the quantity since Greatland are 2 per page!

I had to call in today because the software was not available to add to my cart. I was worried that it was left off intentionally so we could not use the early discount, but I called and Pam told me all I had to do was type it in the search box. It popped up and I was able to order it easy-peasy!
