Gourmet Basket

I liked the look of it for a friend recovering from an operation. Added a few other treats. It arrived the next day with good tracking communication via Australia Post Startrack.

Our friend lives in another state and was all alone in covid isolation, she was thrilled with the basket and I was delighted by the prompt delivery. Brightened her day and made me feel less helpless. Well done.

I’m located in Mexico and needed to send something to my grieving friend. I loved the quality of the items in the box. I also appreciate the extra effort to write the note in Spanish and the delivery service was top notch. Beyond excellence.

They loved both baskets! The mum and dad enjoyed the baby gifts and especially liked the cheese and wine basket. They just sent us pictures of them regaling in the treats!

It sounds like the basket was great and my dad loved it, however, it arrived a day later than I requested it, so my dad didn't have it on his actual birthday. I understand that this is out of Gourmet Basket's control, but they shouldn't offer delivery on specific dates if they can't ensure this happens.

My aunty was really surprised and happy with the surprise basket that we sent to her. We ordered the Organic Cold Brew Coffee Hamper for her and she loved it!

It’s a nice treat with a great selection of baskets to choose from, and they are always presented really nicely.
These also make a great gift for a work colleague, they look very presentable.

Unfortunately the delivery was made after the recipient had left the hospital so they never received it. I called and spoke to the courier company responsible and they are unable to collect it and redeliver the parcel as they have completed their 'original' job.

The selection of gift baskets is outstanding, with lots of variety for all types of occasions. The speed of delivery is exceptional and everyone that has received a basket has been so overwhelmed. So thank you Gourmet Basket.

The presentation of the box and the contents were lovely and tasty. The team loved their surprise and the courier read the instructions properly (tricky spot) and the box was delivered to the correct office.

Although not arriving on my friend's birthday, she was over the moon to receive a box of lovely goodies on her doorstep. Under the current climate with Covid and Flu the service was still good and communication was good.

I ordered a gourmet basket for a family who had just lost their mother and wife. In lieu of flowers I thought that this was a more practical gift in a time of grief as often you don't feel like cooking and to be able to access some yummy treats at this time is very comforting.

I chose this hamper because it suited my purposes best. Delivery was as promised, well received by the friend it was sent to. I would choose the same again in future.

Mother’s Day gift was to be delivered on the Friday before hand ordered well in advance but never received it until after the desired date including the timed threshold I gave it.

My dear mum was completely overwhelmed by the gift basket. From the beautiful luxurious blush throw rug to the soda, she said the quality was second to none. When you live some distance from your family and you can not be with them it was a lovely way of letting them know I am thinking of them.

It was strange that we didn’t hear anything back from our client after a few days… no thanks or nothing. After calling gourmet gift basket it turns out that their drivers hadnt delivered it. Stories kept changing, excuses were made,
And after 8 longs days our hamper finally made it to our client. First and last time we will use gourmet gift basket

Was looking for something different to give my mother for Mother's Day, and this was perfect. I got in too late to have it delivered by Mother's Day, but she got it the following day, so that was fine. She loved it!
