Absolutely amazing, so caring from booking on phone to vet doing procedure. Everything was clearly explained & done at a pace that is suited to your needs.

Absolutely wonderful. They were so caring from the first phone call and supportive throughout…even kind enough to check in little while later. It was a painful time for me…but myself and my boy were well cared for every step of the way.

Amazing service, kept me updated along the way. The vets go above and beyond. Their partners in cremation (Pet Eternal) and perfect with their options, their attitude and help throughout. Also made follow up calls in the following weeks to make sure you’re coping without your pet. So happy I chose them.

My circumstances were very difficult when my 14 year old Daisy Dog got sick & I knew she was near end of life. Our family all had covid & were isolating, so I couldn’t take Daisy to our local vet. Goodbye good boy provided a wonderful no judgement, empathetic service pre and post euthanasia. We were able to say goodbye to Daisy in our backyard in a calm homely setting.
We miss her very much.

We had to make the hardest decision for our dog Rocky. 15yrs and a huge part of our family. When we contacted goodbye good boy, from the very first phone call with dawn i felt we would be able to get through it. Dr Sherif came to our house and was unbelievable. Absolutely first class. Made such a heart breaking experience so much easier. They were very personable, caring and considerate. From the lady answering the phone (which is what I was dreading, having to say it out loud) to Dr Tom who was amazing and helped us make the last moments with our little Harley that much easier. We had the most beautiful send off for our boy Yoda with the help from Dr Tim from Goodbye Good Boy. He created the most calming, peaceful and loving environment for our boy, and if we had to do it again we wouldn’t change a thing. X

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Goodbye Good Boy. Everyone showed such empathy from John who come to pick up my girl, he was so very caring and very respectful. It was one of the hardest days of my life but knowing my beautiful poppet was in good hands made it a little easier to let her go on her last car ride. The gentle man (sorry I missed his name, I was a mess)who delivered her ashes back to me made it easier than I thought it would be, and to the lady who rang me 13 days after the fateful day, to check on me and to encourage me to look at all the good times my girl and I shared. My beautiful boy Benson was nearing 18 years old and his health had declined. I was upset & scared about making the wrong decision. I spoke to Dawn a couple of times and she reassured me that the Vet would come out and assess Benson before anything else. I was able to say goodbye to my boy whilst nursing him, at home, peaceful in his bed, surrounded in love. Goodbye Good boy looked after him and followed up with me to see how I was feeling afterwards. His ashes were brought home to me, presented beautifully, very fitting for the wonderful soul that he was. Thank you 💙

Kazbah was our very loved fur baby, he was our little love bug that just filled our life with so much joy. We knew that the time had come to ease his pain and let him cross over the rainbow with dignity and we wanted him to be at home where he was comfortable. Goodbye Good Boy made the process easy, they were supportive and very good at responding quickly to our questions. Everything was just done respectively and in a way that was not intrusive at all. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Sheba and Goodbye Good Boy provided an absolutely wonderful service from beginning to end. Dr. Taylor was sensitive, kind and provided information at every step of the way. I was so distraught and overwhelmed and she made me feel at ease with her caring nature. When I received my Sheba's ashes with a beautiful engraved box, her paw prints and some of her fur, I was overwhelmed again but with gratitude. I now know the importance of having someone come to the house where the animal is at home surrounded by loved ones and made to feel so comfortable. She was treated with respect at all times, even when she was wrapped in a big blanket to take her to the car. I can't thank everyone involved enough to make our pain just a little bit more bearable.

This is a such a great service. The whole thing was so distressing, the only confort was to be able to do it in our own home, where our darling boy was relaxed. We highly recommend Dr Sherif. Thank-you Goodbye Good Boy for giving our darling Rocky a peaceful end.

Goodbye Good Boy helped us say goodbye to our wonderful old dog. The website was an excellent starting point and the phone consultation was invaluable in helping us make our difficult decision. They were able to work with us to find a time that worked for all of the family members.
The vet that came, lead us through the process with compassion and allowed us to take our time. Our dog was able to drift to sleep in the comfort of her beloved garden surrounded by the whole family. We are very grateful for such an ideal goodbye.
