Ordered an $1800 mid xrx. It came with a broken dashboard, which probably happened during shipping, but who knows. Sent pics on the live chat and the person was a complete $#*!. GoKartsUSA said it just needed to be screwed in, when the plastic was obviously cracked. They then referred me to the help desk. There I explained my situation, and they said new parts were being ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them back, and they said they needed more pics and a video. I then got a response back saying the picture files were too big (only 1 mb was allowed). I am not a computer person, but how am I supposed to send a video if I can't even send a picture. I am like a lot of people on here. I don't ever write reviews, but take this for what its worth. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAG MOTHER$#*!ERS

Won't correct their own mistake
TLDR: I ordered and GoKartsUSA assured me I would receive a Fire Engine Red Mini Jeep, they sent out an Army Maroon Mini Jeep. I have emails to back up all the information contained within this review and GoKarts USA refuses to work with me to find a mutually agreeable resolution.

I really didn't want to leave this update, I wanted to work things out with GoKartsUSA but they have not provided any resolution to the matter through any of their support channels. I want to caution all future customers; I wish I had spent more time researching the reputation of this company before placing an order.

Here's the timeline:
7/27/2019 Order placed & model/color on Backorder
1/15/2020 Model/color back in stock
1/31/2020 Shipment received (but wrong model/color) - Email sent to GoKarts USA
2/3/2020 Called GoKarts USA - created support ticket and called GoKartsUSA as directed Nick (company owner?) unwilling to help, Summer unable to help. Email sent to sales representative Mario unable to help.
2/4/2020 Called GoKarts USA - Abe promised ticket update by 12PM on 2/5/2020
2/7/2020 Support ticket updated requesting current status.

I want it to be clear, many emails and phone calls were exchanged with GoKartsUSA when I first ordered so that I would know exactly what they were going to send me and I would receive exactly what I wanted. Despite them delivering the wrong item, they are refusing to do right by the promises they made and failed to uphold.


Our first cart was "lost" then nearly a month and a half later we receive the WRONG ITEM - we have paper documentation as well as information from the shipper confirming it was the WRONG cart. Staff will not give manager name, corporate number or any contact info. First GoKartsUSA said 30 day refund, then 90, then 30 again, now 180 - they are trying to charge us $600 - we will be filing a police report. Check BBB ratings this appears to be common with them - I regret not checking reviews first. Company will no longer answer calls or texts.


You can find other websites with their same exact stock photos. Worst customer service of all time - If I could give negative stars I would. Packing slip shows name and description of wrong item - we refused shipment and while on the phone w/ the company they said "they ship all carts in the same box." HOW? All carts are different shapes and sizes. Later, when attempting to touch base on our refund, whoever I spoke to on the phone claimed to be "as high up as it goes" but would only identify himself as #32. He was completely unprofessional and proceeded to call me a "fraudster." He tried to say they advertise carts with wrong names so that they can sell them for cheaper prices - Yes that is a direct quote! I have all emails and text messages to back these claims up.

Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time GoKartsUSA sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer another, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them. And they still have my money! Go somewhere else.

Good price, no tax, and nice people.
I read a lot of reviews from at least 10 different companies that sell Chinese bikes. GoKartsUSA give many BAD reviews. Seems to me that alot of these people can't operate a screw driver! Also they are mad because they didn't get a Honda for 50 bucks. Also, because they are clueless about how to execute a business deal, they blame it on the guy that stuck out his neck, rented an expensive warehouse, hired employees, and pays fees up the yang to the Socialist Dem's in Sacramento! Let me tell you, the world doesn't owe you a living, so get some mechanical skills and knowledge, and quit trying to make someone else pay for you to go through life clueless! GO KARTS USA is a fine establishment, offering good deals for not much loot. The place ROCKS!

Refusal to issue refund
As I live local, I went to their facility on 6/17/2019 to purchase a scooter. At time of purchase I was told by sales clerk, Zach, that scooter should be ready for pickup on 6/20/2019 and that I should call to be sure it was available. Called on that day, then I was told it would be delayed. Called again on 6/26/2019 and once again I was told delivery was delayed as scooter was out of stock. At time of purchase I was never told scooter was out of stock or that it was a special order item. Went to store on 6/27/2019 to get a refund. Refund was supposed to be returned to my debit card. On 7/1/2019 I was texted a refund transaction that turned out to be no good as GoKartsUSA never funded the return. Since then I have been given the run around on receiving my refund. Company sent me a text on 7/31/2019 stating that refund check was mailed. As of yet I have not received a refund. Reported this issue to local authorities.

215 mini bike
I wish I would have read these before spending $2800 with them, I only received some of the order and what I did receive was in bad shape, the worst QC I've seen. I contacted them by e-mail no response, multiple phone calls and I still have not talked to anybody that knows anything. My fear is that if GoKartsUSA don't take this defectively manufactured frame back I'll be stuck with it, and if they charge me shipping I'm out of $300 bucks I've already paid $125 in shipping cost, so to send it back and ship a good frame it will be twice the cost of the frame. They didn't send exhausts or covers, but they charged me, also was a missing fuel tank. I'll revise my review if they contact me and do the right thing by shipping the missing parts and exchange the frame, without incurring additional shipping cost. We will see, but after reading the reviews in worried. GoKarts USA please contact me, James D

Hawk 250 is awesome
I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent.

GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and GoKartsUSA always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later.
These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick ass new bike.

Ruined Christmas, totally unreliable, and terrible customer service
I ordered 3 go Karts for my kids and was told by customer service GoKartsUSA would come before Christmas. They did not. Customer Service Manager James was hostile, unwilling to extend the credit that UPS extended to me through Go Karts USA, and hung up on me. I was charged extra for lift on all 3 vehicles and none of them were delivered. No empathy, no credit, no accountability, no apology. I would not recommend them as the service is terrible.

What a waste of time! Ruined christmas!
We ordered our daughter a go kart and payed to have it shipped from Texas to west vvirginia around Thanksgiving. Go karts usa gave us the run around when our go kart never showed up. My husband falled around trying to track where our shippment was and NOBODY KNEW WHERE OUR GO KART WAS! We finally concluded that our go kart must of been stolen somesomehow off of the shipping truck. Or atleast thats what GoKartsUSA said! Go karts usa didnt care that xmas was now a week away they didnt do anything to make it right! Worst customer service ever! I am thankful that we atatleast got our money back but worst of all Go Karts USA RUINED OUR 2018 CHRISTMAS! Especially for our 11 yr old daughter!
