Purchased two of these and are disgusted that GlowBowl do not last long. Change of batteries and looked for reset button, still doesn't work. Will not order again and would definitely not recommend

CRAP 4 WEEKS OUT NOT WORKING STUCK ON RED! I WON"T BUY ANOTHER AFTER READING ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

GlowBowl assured me on Dec. 2 that my order had been sent and it is now 10am Dec. 28 which GlowBowl said they delivered at 6pm on Dec. 28! What a scam!

I bought one lasted approximately a month and it died I have disappointed 8 year old. I don't know where my receipt is but my mom bought two and her second one died as well. Don't waste your money.

I purchased three of these glow bowl lights for the toilet at my local Walmart. Put the required 3 AAA alkaline batteries in, set it up to colors that we wanted on all three. When the batteries started to run out GlowBowl came on red. I changed the batteries in two out of three of these units, when I went to reset the color on them BOTH of these lights were stuck in red and green light mode. I got the instructions out and re-read them and tried to reset them again and again but they were still stuck in red or green color.
I called the the company who sells these to Walmart and they wouldn't help you if you didn't have your receipt of purchase (which I didn't).
All wanted was customer service help to see if they could direct me in the right direction of setting these up a different way, so they would work right, but no they would not. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING THESE AS THEY ONLY SEEM TO LAST THRU THE FIRST SET OF BATTERIES AND THEN DONT WORK RIGHT THERE AFTER. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING FOR THIS PRODUCT.

WE WILL NEVER BUY THESE FROM THIS COMPANY (GLOWBOWL. TRISTAR PRODUCTS) AGAIN! JUNK!

I had mine for 4 weeks when it quit working. Changed batteries twice & that didn't help! Walmart had one left & it said it was $5.00 cause it was a clearance item. Go figure!

Had mine for 4 weeks stopped working called company wanted to sell me another. Wouldn't even stand behind their product! Don't throw your money away! I purchased another product of theirs another piece of garbadge! Rip offs!

Was working great for about 4 weeks now only get red light, bought 3 now only 1 works Again Piece of CRAP, sent 3 emails to glow bowl all with no response, again Piece of CRAP

I had this 2 weeks and it just stopped working. I changed the batteries and still won't work. Don't buy this it is a piece of junk.

First one lasted about a month and died ordered a new one and this one right out of the box doesn't work bunch of junk don't waste your money
