I ordered the chocolate hamper for my partner for our anniversary.
Firstly it came a day early which was frustrating and it was in a box marked as a gift basket.
Surprise...
Chocolate hamper was also very small and for the money I paid was a waste.
Go get a favourites box, put a bow on it and that's what you get.

I was given details as to when the giftbasket was ordered, sent for delivery and the date and time it was delivered. This is the second time we've used giftbaskets and both receivers have loved their gifts. Presented beautifully, speedy delivery and quality products. The only company we'll use for family birthdays and gifts now.

I'm not very happy with this service and feel I was misled to think this was coming from Perth (as I'm in Perth) and would be delivered that same day or day after. I ordered this on the 3/7 and it is now 11/7 and it still has not been delivered. Why on earth would this be coming from Queensland when I'm in WA
