Previously, I was using a 2k camera and was quite content with it. Then a friend told me about Lumina and I considered giving it a try. Spoke to their sales support and Getlumina were very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. I received my 4k camera yesterday and it is working perfectly. I have completely forgotten if I ever used a 2k camera before. Thank you!

Easy to use camera packed with great features. Customer service has been very responsive and informative during the shipping delays. New product, so the software needs updates, lots of them, and Getlumina are releasing them on an almost daily basis. We are getting there Lumina, keep it up!

I received my first Lumina 4k camera last month. It performed really well and met most expectations I had. Currently, the upcoming software update is awaited and probably the same or the very next day I'll purchase an additional 4k camera from these guys.

After sale service is good. Camera is 4k with a large sensor and a robust aluminum body. Design is also awesome. I couldn't use all the AI features yet but I have booked an online session with the technical support for further guidance. Will be updating my review soon.

This is the first time I've used a Lumina 4k camera. Setting up and optimization was too complicated for me given I am not a tech savvy person. Thanks to the customer support, Getlumina did it all for me and since then the camera is working perfectly.

I am really impressed with the build quality and packaging of the Lumina 4k camera. Features are also amazing but I haven't had the time to properly test them yet. Software beta may cause issues as some reviewers have experienced but the tech support has already assured me that upcoming updates will rectify all the issues. Considering the premium hardware that in itself is great value for the money spent I am very totally happy with the product and least concerned about software beta issues.

I found a good deal for a 4k camera with amazing AI features. I am looking forward to installing it on my Macbook at work. This is the second time that I have purchased this product. Overall quality is good but the software definitely needs improvement.

Product specs and demos were available on the website and proved very helpful after I received the product. Went through customer reviews after I made up my mind to purchase this product. Some people have spent days writing negative stuff about it and that made me suspicious about the veracity of those reviews because I understand how difficult it is to launch a new product against established competition. Guys, I did only two things. First I watched the demo on their website to check if the video quality was good enough and I really liked it. Then I purchased the product and compared the quality I was getting with the demo and to my amazement the quality of the actual product was even better. I am so happy I purchased Lumina and I'll buy it again without hesitation.

Amazing product, cool design and very impressive features. Only issue is the software can be difficult at times and customer service takes a bit longer to respond than ideally Getlumina should. I really hope they improve on these aspects of the service and make the user experience even more satisfying.

Easy to navigate website - it takes seconds to find technical specs, testimonials and demos of the product. Not sure if Getlumina have already released the next version of the camera because the one I have got seems to perform even better than the online demos.

Amazing build quality, feels robust and premium. Functionality is also good but there is a room for improvement and software updates are really helpful in that department. Other than that overall a great effort and a cool new product. Can't compare them with older products because Getlumina are the reason I supported these guys. Will continue to support them in the future as well.

Not bad for a startup with a new product. I had almost lost patience when I received the product but when I spoke to Mike, the company CTO, and heard their side of story, it all made sense to me. Product is also quite nice, better than I had expected.

Had a bumpy ride with Lumina. Even after I got the product I got frustrated with installation and all but after a few days of use I think I made the right choice by sticking with these guys. Unit is good quality, shipping delays were inevitable because of the overall situation and as far as software bugs are concerned Getlumina are releasing new fixes almost every day. I have been backing new products for a while and to be honest I was mentally prepared to support the product with teething pains as well.

I ordered a second camera from Lumina because of the 4k resolution and AI features. Might find the same resolution somewhere else at a cheap price but it is almost impossible to find the same features. When ordering from these guys, I know I'm in good hands.

Great initial support and frequent updates throughout the shipping delays. Camera is working great so far and software updates are very helpful. Haven't needed any additional support yet but I am confident if I do, the team will be there to help me out.

This is the first time I've purchased this system and I can tell you it has excellent video quality. I am not so sure about the AI features though as I encountered a few glitches. The company reps however promised to address all the software related issues in the upcoming updates. Fingers crossed.

My 4k Lumina camera works fine. I really appreciate the customer service for their responsiveness and the founders of this project for their vision. Software isn't perfect but the direction is great and Getlumina are getting there with constant updates.

This company is amazing as far tech support and product build and features are concerned. Software needs improvements I am told but to be honest I am okay with it. Minor issues aren't a big deal and will be fixed through updates, I am sure. However, if I ever feel dissatisfied with the product or service I'll come back and change this review.
