Amazing service!!! Ordered my RST Tractech 4 leather trousers Friday afternoon, they arrived Saturday morning, I wasn’t expecting them until after the weekend. If your close by, I would recommend you visit thier shop as the one to one advice I received and trying on the equipment was ideal. I actually swapped some stuff out as I made my order online initially. Good experience, good quality kit....I'll be going back for my winter kit in a few months....

Over the years I have bought quite a few things from GetGeared. If you are looking for motorcycle stuff there is a good chance they will have it. The goods are all good quality, the site is easy to use and despatch is very prompt.

Fantastic customer service. Trish called me the day of delivery to apologise for a delay. And I even got some sweets for my disappointment ( sorry cavities) Perfect product and couldn’t be happier. Will be coming back for more soon. Bike gear not sweets 🤣🤣

Bought the Bobster renegade photochromatic goggles. They are brilliant for the money, came very safely packed. Delivered quickly with updates.
Getgeared were very nice to deal with, even attached some love hearts to sweeten the purchase. One very small gripe, when using the supplied head strap they no longer fit in the very nice pouch. As l will only be using the strap and not the arms, bit of a shame but not the end of the world.👍

Very pleased with my Alpinestars Sektor Shoes WP - Black. As with previous orders through GetGeared my order arrived promptly and well packaged. I ordered my usual shoe size, the fit is snug. I've been out in light rain and they stayed waterproof. They are good-looking and easy to walk in off the bike. The laces could be longer and the velcro tab is a little short. Overall a great purchase. Thanks GetGeared

Came home from a terrible day. Found my order from GetGeared has arrived, earlier than expected.
Unpacked it (it was very nicely packed) and to my surprise found a pack of "Heart" candies - You absolute legends, they are my favourite.

New rider and was made to feel very relaxed. Martin was really helpful and in no way trying to get a sale. Most important to him was my comfort and safety. Walked away with what I went in for and will definitely be back when I need next bits. Would recommend going there for service and relaxed atmosphere to put you at ease. Went in to the Leatherhead store for a casual look at a couple of jackets for myself and my wife. Came out with a jacket each and very happy with them. Martin was very helpful in finding a good fit for me which is not easy as I am 6’4” tall with long arms. Quality and value are great. I Highly recommend this store.

Ordered new RST textile jacket and portable tyre inflator ( puncture while on NW500 makes it an essential buy). Delivered free within 5 days as promised. Items well packed. As a customer of many years standing service has always been second to none.

I brought the Alpinestars AST-1 V2 Trousers the full cost of these are £148 I got £11 off. I brought them in January. Haven’t had a chance to try them in proper rain. Well I did today and my under trousers got soaked. These are not at all waterproof. I think they are a complete rip off, I’m so disappointed!

What can I say, I had an issue with a comms and straight away it was sorted, sent back full replacement no quibble. Unfortunately the replacement was faulty due to a firmware upgrade, Suzy in customer services from day 1 has been amazing putting up with my constant emailing and phone calls but full refund given and new comms ordered today even though they haven't got the faulty unit back yet. If you want good value and top customer service then get geared is the place to use. Its now my goto store for all motorbike equipment. 🏍
