I originally bought my tickets through Voliamo/Getaflight 3 weeks ago. I had to extend my trip by a week, and was assisted by David. Then needed to extend my flight again, and was assisted by Kevin. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed of the assistance, and the kindness received by both sales agents, and it didnt take more than a few minutes, and received all the relevant documentation straight away. I will be booking all my trips with this company in the future and its the best service I have ever received for flights/changes made. 10/10 from me!!

I have a habit of impulsively booking / buying things, and then reading reviews. Glad I didn't read reviews prior to booking as some were negative. But, not for this traveller. I got a fantastic deal to Los Angeles CA from Kevin walker, great price, great airline and great communication. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service.I had issues with may banking when making the payment so i have raised the issue on the online chat. Few minutes later i received a call back from Kevin to discuss my booking and make sure everything is fine from their side.
Payment has been confirmed and I have received my confirmation straight away. Kevin was most helpful.

Kevin Walker staff in this company assisted me with my booking today without any hassle, straight forward with no dramas and rudeness. I have been contacting this travel agent for few days now, Only Kevin has given me the high standard service, I really appreciate his extremely excellent service. my anxiety and stressful event was put to an end in few minutes of his time, Very good job!

I was booking flights for 2 family members, unfortunately there was a slight issue with my Internet connection, thankfully there was a contact number & I was lucky enough to have Kevin walker take my call... he was extremely helpful, professional and went beyond my expectations by doing a thorough search for the best price His customer service was excellent. I had an outstanding experience with Richard when my airline cancelled a connecting flight. He managed to re-book me and my family another connecting flight without having to pay any extras. Sometimes booking flights through third party agencies is a nightmare, especially if there are problems with the booking as its impossible to speak to a human being and even if you can they aren't always helpful. I had a problem with my card at the payment stage and used the chat facility to connect with PH Travel solve the problem. Many thanks to Kevin for their help in getting my ticket organized quickly and efficiently..

He dealt with everything as he said he would and nothing was too much trouble for him. I was unable to complete my booking online and therefore had to contact customer service, the advisor KEVIN WALKER was excellent, very efficient and helpful, He managed to ensure the booking was secured at the same price, kept me informed throughout the process and delivered what HE promised. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using the service again. HE Sent me E-ticket in 2 hours as well ,Smooth seamless process from booking the air ticket to boarding

The WhatsApp service was super easy to communicate with the Getaflight staff. Despite a quite slow response initially, Kevin helped me find a flight that suited me and once caught at the right time resolved my request promptly. Overall this was a much more positive experience than using other customer service platforms.

Kevin was great to change my flight in few minutes now I am happy to Travel to UK back .The service has been straight forward so far. E-tickets arrived within 1 hrs and booking confirmed. Price was better than going direct with the airline.
Rapid, clear communication and helpful when I needed to make changes to. Do remember T&C's for booking with an agent are different to direct with the airline but that is the same for any agent.
Friendly, kind and respected, helped me complete it asap and made sure to help if I had any problems, tony was the staff I had communication with and I was very happy with him

Firstly they offered an extremely competitive flight package and then extremely helpful staff. I chatted with Kevin, who just made the whole process so smooth and easy, even though I had a few complicated needs for my travel schedule. Great service. Sarah S sorted out the booking error I made with no hassle. Guided me through a payments link which I needed to do because of my error. Emailed sufficient detail for me to complete without hassle. Sarah didn't leave me on the chat without being informed as to what she was doing. Great Service from her.

I received a email notifying me of a schedule change to my flight at which time I contacted Getaflight. My call was answered within seconds by Richard Neeson who confirmed that there was minor changes and got it all sorted for me in no time. I found Richard to be very professional in his conduct.

I booked flights to Canada, but there was a problem with issuing the ticket. All the members of staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved promptly. Really good customer service. Having not used Get-a-Flight before, I didn't know what to expect, but I have been very pleasantly surprised.

I made two mistakes on my booking and rather than having to start all over again, Kevin texted me from Getaflight asking if I needed help. He managed to change my bag problems and a name I had inputted wrong in a matter of minutes everything was sorted and booking confirmed. Fantastic service can’t thank him enough. 😊😎.

Customer service is great. 10 out of 10! I could not ask for a better travel agency to book my travel. All my flight-related queries and concerns are immediately catered to especially by Kevin Walker. he is really patient in attending to your questions. I am very thankful to his especially with how promptly he responses and explains the situation. I called Getaflight and within minutes Richard (Neeson) picked up and was able to send my ticket and provide further help with another enquiry I had. I dealt with Richard Neeson who was fantastic our flights had been changed from direct to a layover and I was stressed due to the fact we are travelling with an infant. Richard was sooo helpful and made the whole process stress free in order for us to get our flights changed and called me back multiple times to ensure all the details and changes were ok.
