Simple and easy to find and order my mini iPad, which arrived perfectly packaged and on time. Working like new, very happy with this service and will come back when the time comes to get more recycled tech., as I think it's crazy not to when we need to be thinking about how we can re-use and recycle wherever possible.

I have used GetTech to purchase 2no. phones now. On the first phone in 2021 GetTech was better value than Swappie, but when looked for the third phone Swappie was considerably better value for the same phone with a new battery!! Time to review your pricing please.

I thought the whole process was so easy from when I noticed that you purchased Fitbit products from owners to when the refund was confirmed by PayPal. The online chat was most helpful also.
I had asked for a box and label to be sent but as none arrived I boxed it up and labelled the box myself.

Excellent service with my phone arriving within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately the wrong cover was included, but again, the correct one was received within 24 hours of the mistake being acknowledged. My iphone 8 was as described, and is working perfectly.

Got a “good” iPhone X for my husband and it’s brilliant. This is the second refurbished phone from GetTech and we will definitely get more. There was a small issue with the cover but when we contacted GetTech they fixed the issue immediately. I would highly recommend.

The phone was purchased 7 months ago, but recently the screen was glitching and eventually presented as a black screen, it was within warranty. My call about repair was met with sales level enthusiasm. The people, in customer service both Cal and Rachel, hope they don't mind me mentioning them by name, provided such a friendly and exceptionally professional engagement that I would not hesitate to recommend Get Tech. Get Tech is definitely the company to use! I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus. The price very reasonable but I was so impressed by the condition of my phone near perfect. Also the delivery was so prompt, really really good. I have used a different company in the past but Get Tech is far superior in customer service, price and delivery. My iPhone XR was in excellent condition even though it was bought as 'Fair'.
I was not clear if the purchase included a standard 3-pin UK + USB charger so I paid about 15 extra for a charger.
The package included the phone plus two chargers - a 3-pin UK + USB and a 'travel bundle' battery as well so am not sure which was free and which one I paid for but not complaining as both are useful :)
Delivery was under 48 hours !

The phone I got didn’t charge properly for whatever reason. But it wasn’t a problem because GetTech have excellent support and sorted me out straight away.
