Bought Philips 5000 series electric shaver. Received exactly what I ordered in just a few days (rural address). Cheaper than most of the competition that had actual stock.
I ordered a shaver last Wednesday. And I only received the confirmation email of they received the payment. No updated shipping information till now. I was trying to contact them by emails and phone calls a few days. And no one reply my emails and calls. I don’t know what’s happening??

I have been trying to contact this company over 3 days by phone calls and emails without any response at all.They have $122 of my money and they have no physical address I can find.Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do.

Fast delivery but the packaging was damaged and the curler metal work on the top and bottom of the curler looks old (it’s clouded)
The glove it comes with it super basic. The curler works good though, would recommend if you’re wanting an affordable curler.
Products are excellent. Delivery was fast and I'm glad because what I bought was birthday gifts.

Just got a email saying they want $60.00 shipping to Australia, even though their web page says Shipping to Australia - $25.00. Nice way to make a little extra money, needles to say, I told them to cancel the order and refund me.

I made an order, was contacted dur to waiting for more stock.
Within a few days it had arrived.
I will continue to use Cut NZ again.

I ordered a Remington shaver. The product was very promptly dispatched. The courier had to be chased - but that is not Get a Cut's doing.

Circus. I think the fact it took 25 emails with me doing all the chasing explains it all. Some comments from Tamara's emails...'wow that's crazy', 'have you charged it', 'so annoying', 'should we refund', 'apologies for the delay' and 'I have been shocking'. Well yes you have and you don't give refunds! Resolved OK in the end...but bloody painful!!

Good prices and prompt delivery, but very poor customer service. No responses to repeated attempts by email, phone. Missed out on a bigger sale as a result.
