Your website is nice and easy to navigate and search for items. You should post your business address though. I was curious where you are located to estimate shipping time, but had to find you via yellow pages online. Regardless, a good shopping experience.

Had difficulties to find what's the estimated date...
Had difficulties to find what's the estimated date of delivery (no information at all on the website). Website chat with no response, and had to exchange 4 emails to finally discover an approximately date (not guarantee).:-(

I called during business hours twice and never got...
I called during business hours twice and never got anyone to answer and waited on hold for over 30 min! When I decided to order it gave me a price of about $10.00 to ship it to me but as I filled out my information and added the shipping the shipping went up$5.00! I called at that time and after 30 min I couldn't wait any more. Very disappointed!

Gate lift mini device.
It was not easy to locate the brand and model I needed. I did find it and order it eventually. There are not many instructions on how to search the site.
The web site was a little complicated.
I received the mini-gate openers and GateHouseSupplies are fine. There were not any instructions on how to program them. My neighbor helped me, so I am set.

Great was quick...
Great was quick... Expensive shipping cost... You might want to offer free shipping if something is below 10.00 like my order of 8.00 but paying 9.00 for shipping. You need to offer free shipping or folks are going to go to Amazon free shipping. Step up your game I like small business but you need to offer that so we stay away from Amazon.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Phone call, no answer.
Online, after 5 minutes couldn't tell me part number for a specific transmitter. Referred me to Doorking. No answer there either.
Fingers crossed I got the right parts. What the heck... so frustrated and disappointed.

Considering that the shipping cost is more than the...
Considering that the shipping cost is more than the price of the items, it is annoying that shipping charges cannot be seen before entering personal data. I know why you do that but it's still annoying. If you think your prices are competitive and fair then be honest and so the shipping costs up-front with just the entry of the destination zip code.

Shipping is the hard part to swallow when one is ordering...
Shipping is the hard part to swallow when one is ordering such small parts that certainly don't weigh over 30 gm 1 oz (letter mail limits) and even a small puff pack would be far less in shipping value. I just can't see it's need. Oh well when you need the part… you pay the piper

Smooth shopping
After purchasing, it took about one week before I received an email that the items were shipped, but everything arrived within a couple of days afterward. Thankfully, I have not had a need to contact the company regarding defective items, so I can't say how easy that transaction might be. I was a bit worried something might be defective because their return policy appears to be very strict regarding making sure the items arrive in good condition. In my case, I live rurally and have no contact with the company delivering, so could not verify condition beforehand (my delivery was to a main box where all residents have access by using a key dropped in their home mailbox). I'm very happy with my transaction and would purchase from GateHouse again.

Perfect Fit
After assistance from Arnell, found what I need and placed order. Received confirmation and shipping notification within minutes of placing the order. Paid extra for second day delivery. Belt arrived well packaged. Installed it the same day it arrived. Opener working good as new.

The site is badly broken when it comes to payment methods. Apple pay doesn't work (maybe because I use a different shipping address) and when I used paypal it still made me fill in all shipping and billing details which defeats the whle purpose of maling in a single click purchase.

I have ordered from GateHouseSupplies for these same openers previously but could not remember my p/w! I never received the "reset password" information email! Your company has always had fast delivery & the garage openers we needed.

I started out trying to use your website on my phone but it kept telling me to enter a legitimate email address. None of my email addresses worked. GateHouseSupplies I called and was on hold forever so I finally went on my computer and had a fine experience.

Web site is well organized and queries about specs (making sure the correct door opener was selected) was selected was very useful. Online chat feature was useless. I kept getting passed to a different rep and never got my question answered

Fast shipping a great quality
My remote case got broken, but remote still worked. I googled and found out that you can replace only case without needing to replace whole remote. I found the gatehouse store and ordered a case for my remote. GateHouseSupplies shipped it fast and remote case was brand new. I had a good shopping experience and my remote now looks brand new and I also saved money since I not needed to replace my remote with a new one.

Watch out: Bad return policy
I did order an incorrect part, description which was misleading in the Linear manual, sent the part back, unopened and 100% intact and ordered the correct part; after waiting for two weeks, there was no update on shipping and when I checked the attitude was 'we will contact Linear blah blah blah'. I cancelled the order and now 'per their return policy' had to pay 20% on the earlier return. Do read the fine print else you will pay for it!

Took a long time to get delivery, but when it came out is the exact part I needed. I had to replace a unit that failed. I have a working 40 year old Chamberlain garage door opener that failed 20 years ago and I got a after market receiver from Sears that now has given out. Found this unit, the exact duplicate of the Sears unit.

In stock. CSR's need updated information or something. Glad I proceeded with the order as I need this ASAP.

Was very pleased to find Gatehouse
Was very pleased to find Gatehouse. Some companies had a slightly better retail price but were going to charge an insane price to ship to Canada. Gatehouse was the best deal by far because of reasonable shipping rates!

Mislead on shipping details
Ordered from gatehouse due to the published delivery date into google's product feed, had many other options to choose from but chose Gatehouse due to positive reviews and fastest delivery time. The item said in-stock on site, but when placing the order with 2 day delivery it was stuck in "processing". The item was not instock and I kept being mislead by their support. Would not have had a negative experience if GateHouseSupplies had been honest. But they weren't, and that usually means if they are dishonest at this level, then they can only be worse in more serious areas. Do not use.

Great that you can supply discrete components for gate...
Great that you can supply discrete components for gate repair. But your Web site is really hard to use for locating parts. (At least for Doorking). So many pictures missing and so much of the description information is incorrect.

Lift Master backup batteries
After searching for these batteries online, I call up your company and spoke to the representative. She was very nice and told me when I will have them since you are in California and I am in NJ. The batteries arrived as expected.

Opener belt
Received the belt promptly but when I opened the package I realized the teeth spacing was wrong
Since I cut the package open it says I can not return, so I ordered 2 of the correct belts and have received them
The belts were about three in too long and had to cut down to length but was able to make work
Would have liked to be able to return the wrong belt

Easy and straight forward

Like others, incorrect stock & shipping info and fraudulent shipping costs.
Web site said, "in stock" but after four business days I called and was told it was on back order for two weeks. I told the gal that I didn't appreciate the misleading info on the web site and was going to see if I could find someone with it actually in stock. Well, right after I hung up I got an email with a tracking number but the number wasn't in the system. Called them and Arnel told me it was actually shipped the day of the order. I pointed out that the order was last Saturday (today is Thursday.) He then said it was shipped today. Really? It shipped three minutes after my phone call? I think GateHouseSupplies knew I was going to cancel and created the fake shipping info. I'll likely have to call back tomorrow if the number proves to be bogus. If you really need the item you are ordering I would look elsewhere. Also, check shipping cost. The system as I placed the order said it would cost $12.32 and the receipt said $19.96. That is fraud.

BUYERS BEWARE they send you defective parts and expect you to pay for return
Other reviews were right. We ordered a new motherboard for our gate and GateHouseSupplies sent us a defective one as confirmed when we troubleshoot with Liftmaster. I asked to exchange for a replacement and they expect us to pay for return shipping even though it was not our fault.

So far the experience was great
So far the experience was great. The one complaint is you don't make it clear in your shipping section when the part will arrive. I selected overnight and paid extra for it. I have been burned in the past when I have selected overnight delivery but it was only overnight from when the part was in stock which wasn't made clear. I think you can give your customers peace of mind by making it clear that the delivery options are from when the order is placed.

Your prices are great, but your chat feature not so...
Your prices are great, but your chat feature not so much. I also need replacement remotes. I used chat to get the p/n. Took 3 min to respond to my inquiry, response was civil but not friendly, and response asked mfg after I already provided p/n for gate. I responded & asked if you're in the US. One minute later, yes, So. Cal. Then six more minutes passed with zero response at all - no "thanks for waiting, still researching " - andI disconnected. I guess I'll get my remotes elsewhere. Chat's supposed to be quick & convenient. Yours wasn't.

I spent the better part of the morning trying to get return shipping waived on a part that was incorrectly recommended for my system (twice actually). So, I averaged one star for the technical support and customer service chat that wanted to make the mistake mine and five stars for the order agent who simply sent me a prepaid return label (which was the appropriate customer service response).

Address would have been great
Everything was great. Would have give a 5 star but never could your address on website. Then when mailed to me, I find out that I only live 2 miles from GateHouseSupplies and I would have perfered to pick it up myself.
