Flags On The Cheap

We ordered flags in mid February. We had not received them or any communication about them by the beginning of March. I called to request an update ( March 5) and the representative told me that there was a hold up on one of the flags. We never received any correspondence to let us know anything was wrong. I told them to go
Fast forward to last week (March 9) we got an email stating that they are out of material and we could cancel our order if we would like. I called to request a refund and was told that we could not receive a refund because three of our four flags had already been printed. I asked for a refund anyways because this has been extremely unprofessional but was told we could not be refunded and our flags would be shipped soon.
Today (March 15) We still had not received them or any correspondence. I called to get an update and was informed that it the process for the refund has only been started earlier today!

We are truly understanding but I have never been so frustrated with a company before. The representatives are very nice, but the service is horrible!

customer service was very well on point but lost a start becuase they were unable to diagonse the fairly easy issue i had to deal with. so when i went to check out and changed my flag to double sided the background size did not stay the same causing a bit of white to show on the top and bottom of the flag. I eventually figured it out as to just drag the box in the edit menu to cover the white areas but the staff did was unable to provide me this answer so i was trying to match that small bit of backgrounds color code which is very hard to do with the slider. its no big deal but its something i wanted to make aware to the team both from a backend side as well as a customer service techincal side. overall great experince and prompt responses. 8.5/10 will order from here again.

Only placed order so can only review that. Minor issues in creating flags: hard to tell what colors are being used and placement of items. Hoping this goes well.

It was fine, the flag designer needs some work. I'd like to see an image, and text mirror option for when you're doing a double sided flag. Also, I had to do my design twice which was annoying. The proof completely messed up my design, causing me to redo it.

It would be nice when you make a custom color, if there was a spot to type in the numbers to exactly match the color to be able to duplicate it. It took a long time to find the exact same color the second time, and was very difficult.

I haven't received my order, of course, as it was jus placed, but I am THRILLED with how user-friendly this site was to use to customize my own flags. Thank you!

This is my second, and different, feather flag in several months that I have orderd from Flags on the Cheap. It was very easy to use the order forms to create my own design, and I was extremely happy with the quality of the first. I expect I will feel the same way about the second.

is just sad that I did not received an email when you guys put my order in hold for almost a week. I had to call you guys and figure out what was going on.

It doesn't make sense for the price of a double sided feather flag to be more than twice the price of a single sided one. I could buy two single sided flags for less than one double sided.

I have only placed the order so far so not much to review. Prices are a bit deceptive but lets see if it ships in 24 hours and will all the luck in the world it will get here by the 4th of July which is 6 days away or the almost $200 will be completely wasted. I am hopeful because I have 6 more of these to order.

Bill is super AMAZING and patient. He assisted me with an urgent issue concerning shipment and production for a major event that is a week away and really went above and beyond for me. Please promote HIM!!!

The website crashed several times while I was working on my design. It also erased my finished design when I stepped away from computer for a few minutes... so I had to start over again. Maybe a few bugs to sort out?

First item I received was way shorter than specifications. Called and customer service offered to give me partial credit and order another one. Then, they tried to charge me triple the shipping rate. Nickel and diming your customers is never a good approach, especially since it was your mistake in providing the wrong product. In the end it cost me a lot more than going with a local shop.

First time order was confusing with regard to a promotional code. Otherwise, easy process but once the product is delivered and depending on how long it takes, will determine my final review.

Our flags have held up to the Arizona sun for over a year, and still looks great. We are ordering additional flags because we are so happy with how the first ones turned out.

your web site is not user friendly when you are making your design. Not in a sense of using it. But there should be instruction on what you can edit and how

Needed a little help customizing. Left my number for a call back and recieved one within 5 minutes. Had already figured it out on my own in that time with a premade product that was readily available. Felt great about the product I ordered and the customer service.

We'd prefer to download a template and supply professional art work. Instead we had to break out each element and not 100% sure it will print as we are hoping.

Our flag was out for 4 hours and wore through. I sent an email and pictures regarding this. Thst has been 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them. Don’t stand behind their products. For the amount of money we spent with them they should at least have the decencies to respond to my concer.
