Called Fix.com and Explained my problem to the person on the phone and together ordered the Parts Required, fast reasonably priced and very pleasant experience. Respectfully, Fred Gregory For Vivian Galluccio

I have an old Craftsman saw that used to belong to my uncle. It is heavy duty and in great shape. The only issue was the trigger. The saw would either not work or not shut off when the trigger was released. Not ideal. I looked on and off for over a year using the Sears part number for the switch and the model number for the saw. The saw was so old (and Sears is no longer around), that I had no luck. Finally saw a switch on the fix.com site that looked like the one from the old Craftsman saw. It was actually for a Skil saw. I took a shot and ordered it. It fit the saw perfectly and works like a charm. Now the old Craftsman saw has new life.

We've had a few issues with our refrigerator and this was the second part we purchased from fix.com. We knew it was one or the other so we tried the less expensive part first and had to Come back and purchase the second part which in fact worked. Love this site and quick shipping!

My daughter's light in her ceiling fan was out for a long time. After researching I come to find out that all it needed was a new wiring harness. I thought I needed a new "Housing" but after talking to the FIX. Com live chat Fix really saved me time and money by informing me that the "Housing" is only the metal outside unit of the light kit. I told them the issue and guided me to buy what is called the "Wire Harness" instead. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was on a time pinch and a tight budget so they really helped me out. Plus they were the lowest online for my part! Highly recommend!

Have a Bohlens tiller that I inherited from my father in law. Had old gas sitting in it for several years. Cleaned the carb, but I needed new gas line, return gas line and bulb. I also got a new air filter and spark plug and gasket that sits behind the carb. All the parts were correct and are good quality. Nice website with parts diagram. Easy to find what I needed. I would feel comfortable purchasing from this site again. Oh, and the tiller fired right up!

Fast, so easy to navigate the website. Got exactly what i ordered. I tried the colman site first and after several tries gave up. Typed the part i needed in google search and fix came up. I was amazed at the ease of finding just what i needed. There was a picture of my tent with arrows! So cool!

Ordered a small part to repair a leaf blower. Stated delivery longer than normal due to CoVid but ok. Due to some unfortunate error the package was returned to the manufacturer. Customer service is worthless in assisting. Now Fix have my overpriced part and my money/credit card number. Not a great company if you ask me!

Fix.com website is easy to use. I was able to find the correct part with little effort due to the great website. I placed my order and less than a week I had the correct part at my front door. Fix.com was able to expedite extremely fast with fast shipping at a reasonable rate. I look at other sites that had the part I needed but their shipping rates were way too expensive. The next time I need a part I will go directly to fix.com.

We've never received our part. I've tried calling customer service but the recording says that all communications must be submitted via email. I've sent several emails with no response! I would really appreciate a little communication! I guess I'll be cancelling and looking elsewhere!

Shipping was super fast (I choose standard shipping), and I found everything I needed at prices comparable to or lower than other sites. Installation was very easy as indicated on the parts I ordered. I was able to fix my dishwasher and will purchase from them again. Very happy!

Found this website to fix our dishwasher. The website is well organized, Every thing was listed easy to understand, delivered early, recommend for everyone that needs home items fixed. The cost was way cheaper than Amazon.

I had a squeaking maytaq dryer I thought the squeaking was the main roller wheels but it turned out to be the belt idler the idler wheel was the perfect replacement part. My only complaint was the length of time shipping I thought it could have arrived earlier but again this could be virus related

I was looking for a replacement key to the 5/8" Jacobs chuck on my Delta drill press. The key fits both 1/2" & 5/8" chucks as stated, and it arrived much more quickly than anticipated. Quality is excellent, and I will continue to purchase parts from this organization!

I ordered a part for my dryer, but found I had ordered the wrong item. There is no one to call personally at this time, but Fix provided a return authorization and shipping label by email, and immediately refunded the full amount (I did pay for shipping since it was my mistake). I ordered the correct part, and had it in a few days.

I hesitated to purchase from anyone but the manufacturer, but after ready other reviews, and considering the fair price that was offered. I decided if it wasn't what I was after or it didn't fit or it was a cheaper version. Then I was only out a small amount.
The part came within 48hrs. Opened the box to find it to be a perfect match. Followed installation instructions, and it worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier, and I now know where to shop for my appliance repair needs.

I order 2 Maytag washer machine filter screens, for my Maytag washer machine, i order, and bought for my Maytag washer machine, and these 2 plastic filter screens, did not work very real, for my Maytag washer machine, and then i was charge $7.95 on the shipping cost, when this seller, is from Kentucky, and i'm from Texas, and the shipping cost should had not been know $7.95 plus this seller sent my 2 Maytag filter screens, in a poor package, with know protection, luckily, the 2 plastic filter screens did not get any damage to them, that were shipped in this package, and i not recommending these people, to know one.

The part arrived in 7 days, which was good despite COVID. But it did not contain an instructional manual so we did not know the electrical connection was to be put in BEFORE the drain pump, so we had to take the pump out and start over. We found out later that we could have gotten the same part cheaper with another company, and disappointed that it was made in China, since our washer was made in Mexico. We will check around next time if we need to replace it again.

Recently our washer stopped draining. Fix.com had everything we needed for the repair. From troubleshooting, to determining which parts were needed, and the helpful tutorial videos provided on the website, literally every step was provided and with organised search results. Upon search of parts needed, an extensive list of compatible machines was provided. All it took was checking our machine's serial number to match. Really just blown away by how helpful the site is, not to mention the speedy delivery. We got our parts in one day.

I accidently broke the small part that turns the light off in the fridge when you close the door, so the fridge thought the light was stuck on and the temp. Was 45 degrees before we realized the light button controlled the temperature, long story short Fix.com had the part and we had it within 2 days and it is working again.

I ordered a actuator arm for my miter saw back in November. I got notice that it would arrive at fix on 12-8-2020 to be shipped immediately to my house. It is now 12-24 haven't heard a word from them. No way to track it. I understand we are in unprecedented times. But an update email would be nice. I have ordered parts from other companies this year. Was updated continuously where my order was at and when to expect it. Even received parts earlier than expected. Not impressed with them. Last time Fix get my money! Sorry I didn't go somewhere else.

The replacement part for my dryer that controlled the heat to come on was not the same as the one in my dryer. I tried to get some info from FIX but could not due to COVID that shut down coustomer service. Also wiring info was not with part. I was going to return it but the number to do so was not with part. I was stuck with with a dryer that did not work and a $16 part with $10.50 S&H So I felt I had nothing to lose so I installed part & my a mirical it is working!

Called about delivery timing and Fix had part in stock where other places it would have taken A couple of weeks to get I received the part in 4 days. The person I talked to was friendly and thorough.

These guys are great! I have ordered several parts to repair the tools I use to make my living; other sites state between 2-6 weeks for shipping, and that's about right... fix.com has delivered in well under a week and sends status updates so I can plan accordingly when my tool will be back in service; great prices, selection, and fast shipping? Hell yeah I'll go here for my parts! Downtime gets expensive quickly, and fix.com gets me up and running faster than anyone else.

Was ready to buy new microwave due to faulty part of existing microwave we have had over 15 years. Had brainstorm idea to google part needed which cost $51 & we saved several hundred dollars.

My most recent use of fix.com was to get an ice maker kit and ice dispenser solenoid for a 12 year old Fridgidaire side-by-side ref/freezer. The ice maker just stopped making ice one day. Fix.com had a replacement kit. Their site had several customer's detailed instructions and tips to make the job easy. Done in less that 30 minutes. Replaced the dispenser solenoid too during the process. Making perfect ice again within an hour.

My total experience was excellent. My phone call was answered very quickly. The customer service person was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The lower dish rack for my Bosch dishwasher was delivered the next day. I was surprised how fast it came. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. Very pleased customer.

I was looking for a casing nut for a Wilton bullet style bench vise. Hard to find and expensive when i could find it. Fix.com had it for a reasonable price and low shipping cost. My vise is repaired and back in service.
